I'm very pleased with the workmanship and quality of my newly installed fence. The company was quick to respond to my questions and keep me informed from the initial estimate to final install, all for a very reasonable price. I strongly recommend Top Rail for any of your fencing needs.

Top Rail installed an aluminum fence to replace our old wooden fence on the front facing portion of our backyard. The removed the old fence and installed the new fence in one day. What a transformation! It completely changes the front of our property. The install team was great to work with and even double checked with us part way thru the project to verify the final details. The fence really improves the look of our property. Bob and his team were easy to work with throughout the process. We are very pleased and happy to recommend them if you are looking for a new fence.

Top Rail Fence installed a fence for our church that is longer than a football field and it is perfectly straight and level! Could not be happier with Bob Stewart who explained the fence options and gave us a very reasonable price, as well as the crew that took care of the installation. I highly recommend Top Rail Fence. My backyard fence was falling apart. Bob came out and told me they could take down the fence and put in a new one within 14 days. He sent me a proposal that day, at a very reasonable price, and Tanner scheduled it for today. I was worried with the storm coming that it would have to be rescheduled, but they came this morning and were done by noon. My new fence looks great! I’ve already been told by neighbors how good it looks. I’m thrilled. The whole process was very professional, and I will be glad to recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone.

If I could give Bob and the Top Rail Fence Team 10 stars I would, as I had an exceptional experience getting my 6 foot partial privacy fence installed along the back of our property line. Bob is very down to earth and personable. Really nice guy. I got an appt for a quote next day, and he did not disappoint. He took time to answer all of my questions and offered me the best price, by far, compared to two other companies. Once I had my HOA approval, Tanner got us scheduled for installation very quickly and was always very responsive via email. Hercules and his crew completed the installation quickly and did an amazing job. Thank you Bob and Top Rail Team!

Top Rail Fence guys are amazing! They did a wonderful job installing our fence. The team was very professional and took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything clearly. I’m very pleased with their work and highly recommend Top Rail as a go-to team if you need a fence installed.

Satisfied: Bob quickly scheduled an appointment to assess my repair; quickly scheduled the repair within a two week time frame; showed up on the day scheduled and got all the repairs completed.

The owner of this company is absolutely amazing! Top rail fence provides a high-quality fence at the same cost as some of prefab fence and even cheaper than most quotes I’ve got. My fence looks great and his team did a great job installing the fence. I highly recommend anyone looking for a fence to give this company a call for a quote. It’s an okay fence. It doesn’t look terrible from afar but upon any kind of closer inspection, it’s clear that the work down here was suboptimal. We are not even one year into our fence and we are already dealing with a lot of problems.

When we first called, the owner was very nice and the price seemed in line with other quotes we had gotten. In order to get our business, the owner promised the price we were paying would include staining. He told us to just call after 6 months to allow the wood to dry and they would come back out to stain. When we called back for this service, however, the owner was incredibly rude and stated he would “never” have promised anything like that. If I had been on the phone alone, I may have just chalked it up to me misunderstanding but my husband and father were both listening to the initial call with me and they both confirmed with me that he definitely made that promise. Just a crappy way to get business.

Outside of that, the communication between the owner and his employees seems to be bad. When the crew first got there to install the fence, the foreman seemed to think we’re were getting a 4 foot door. We were actually getting a 10 foot door. My husband noticed that the posts were way too close and went out to investigate. When the foreman realized his mistake, they decided to use a quick dry cement for the posts. That was obviously a terrible idea and not what we had paid for. After only a couple of months, the 10 foot post split down the middle and now the entire door is falling in on itself. It’s incredibly hard to open and is essentially not functional at this point. I cannot express how difficult it is to just open the door to our backyard—you have to swing the door back and forth and open the lock at just the right time for it scrape open. If you’re carrying anything with you, forget about it.

Further, the fence is riddled with bowing and lifting boards. Again, this fence is not even a year old. We are going to have to pay someone else to come over, fix like 10 bowing boards, demolish the non-functional door, and rebuild it just to get what we already paid for a year ago.

This company has terrible communication between employees, a snake oil salesman as the owner, and charges top prices to leave you with a subpar product.

I recently needed to hire a fence company to install a vinyl panel in my yard. It was a small job and some companies didn’t even want to talk to me.
I filled out an online form for Top Rail. The owner, Bob, reached out to me in under an hour, even though he was out of town.
Within days, he had someone here to look at the property. He gave me an excellent price. Every step of the way, they were responsive to my questions. They went above and beyond to address my needs.
The panel was installed quickly as soon as I was ready. They did an excellent job and I would definitely hire them again. They did great work and had the best customer service!

We recently contracted Top Rail to do our white vinyl fence which was a great upgrade from our broken down wood one. Let me tell you that they did an amazing job!! Install guys were professional and quick. Cleaned up nice and I couldn’t be happier!

Had a lot of seal coatings over the years.
Mr Downs did the best job ever. I do my homework and know he uses the top rated sealer available and that hot rubber crack filler machine makes all the difference. He worked around weather issues, price was fair and I’ll call him next time this is needed.

I’ve been using Just Like New Sealcoating for years. He does a great job & stands behind his work. Very dependable & does a great job.
