Top Rail Fence was fantastic with the fence installation process! My wife and I had about 260 linear feet of fence installed and they were able to quickly get everything done despite the difficult terrain in my backyard.

Bob (the owner) is also a straight shooter with the whole process. He gave us a fair quote and didn't up charge things like one of the other bigger contractors we got a quote from.

The whole process was very quick as well since I was working/communicating directly with Bob. From the time he came out to give an estimate to the time the guys were packing up after the install was only about four weeks (and they could have probably done it faster but we had to get a permit and HOA approval).

I'd definitely recommend them for your fencing needs.

I used Bob Stewart (owner of Top Rail Fence) and his crew several years ago to install over 400’ of fence and 3 gates. His crew did an outstanding job at an incredible price; and they far exceeded my expectations!! Since then, I did a large backyard project where a different construction contractor came in and busted up my large double-gate and about 50’ of fence. I knew if I wanted it repaired and/or replaced correctly, the only person I would call is Bob. Bob came out the next day to assess the problem; then his crew was there within a few days and had everything looking brand new and aligned perfectly within one day. I thought I was going to replace most of the fencing due to the damage; however, Bob’s crew was able to salvage most of the damaged fence to the point where it literally looks like no damage was ever done, saving me thousands of dollars. When his crew completed the job, they took their time explaining everything they did and made sure I was 100% satisfied before they left. We recently used Top Rail to put a wood privacy fence around our backyard. The owner, Bob Stewart, was outstanding to work with from our initial meeting to the end of the project. We also wanted to stain our fence. Top Rail easily gave us the best estimate. We worked with Tanner on this job and we are very pleased with the results and his work. I see many stain jobs that look fake or artificial. I felt the stain on our fence is very natural. I like I can still see the grain on the wood. Highly recommend.

Have never been so excited for a home improvement project, what I thought would create huge anxiety was a breeze with this company. Bob came first thing the day after I called, he was prompt with his quote and ordering materials. The guys who installed the fence were fantastic, quick, quiet (while working) got here I. Put a phone call in to owner Bob Stewart to come out to give an estimate on taking down my old fence and replacing with a new privacy fence. He got right back with me and set up an appointment to come to my home. He walked the whole yard with me to see exactly what I had in mind. There was no high pressure whatsoever, he wanted me to get what I wanted and be happy with it for a long time to come. He gave me a price, I added a few more of my wants to the job, we settled on a price. Bob scheduled an appointment 2 weeks out to start my job. He ended up calling and asked if it would be OK to start the job a few days early, I was glad for them to get started. His guys came out on Saturday, worked Sunday and completed the job on Monday before rain was expected to start that week. The guys worked hard, were respectful of me and my property and got the job done. Cleaned up after themselves and hauled the old fence and any trash away. I would definitely recommend Top Rail Fence to anyone thinking about fence work at their home. Did what they said they would do in a timely manner, of which I was so appreciative.

I had a privacy fence installed recently and the whole experience was excellent. Bob came out to do the estimate—he was professional, no pressure, and very responsive over the phone. His pricing was also very competitive, which made the decision even easier. Joshua and Dilson did the installation and these guys absolutely rocked. They were friendly, helpful, and did a fantastic job. You could tell they really cared about doing quality work and took pride in the final result. They are great work with. I just had a small 4×6 storage gate installed. As busy as they were on what I am sure were larger projects the team made me fill like my build was just as important. They were able to fit me in and kept me informed the entire time, very responsive. I will definitely contact them if i ever decide to get a "big boy" fence. LOL. Thank you for your work.

Using Top Rail Fencing was one of the best choices I have made. I had Lowe’s install another section of fencing a few years ago and their quality of work is not even close to Top Rail Fencing. I was so impressed with the quality of their work I am asking them to return and quote us on fixing the work that Lowe’s and their subcontractor did.
