I contacted Mr. Downs and he promptly got back to me. We had impending storms coming and he pointed out that he couldn't get to the driveway until after the storms had cleared out. After the storms blew through, he promptly contacted me to set up an appointment. On the day of the appointment he was prompt. During his prep work, he removed the grass that was growing from the cracks in my driveway and edged up the driveway before sealing the cracks with a rubber compound.
