Prices were reasonable, work was excellent, and they really went above and beyond in ensuring that we were satisfied with every detail. We were blown away as Mike went above and beyond expectations in many ways. Very trustworthy and dependable.

I must say I was truly impressed with the process. I’ve had previous sour experiences, with other companies so to have a company like this was a blessing ,from start to finish everything that was promised and completed we’re beyond my expectations.. when I met Mike the owner, I must say I was a little skeptical that everything went as smooth as he described. I thought it was just another selling Pitch. I’m having trouble uploading photos as soon as I figure it out I will upload them you guys will love the before and after pictures. Oh, and don’t let me forget ,out of four estimates he also had the best prices.

Professional Home Services is honest, thorough, reliable and efficient. I was looking for vinyl siding and new windows and obtained 5 quotes. Professional Home Services had the most competitive price point as well as made me feel the most at ease with their commitment to quality. Mike did not pressure sale us and was able to gain our business by his overall commitment to the customer and their needs. He was available at any time day/night to answer questions I had throughout the entire project. His crew was a pleasure to work with and did everything they could to make sure the job was done correct. Salvatore (one of the crew members) went out of his way to ensure the vinyl was wrapped around a portion of the house which required him to remove part of my back deck to wrap the vinyl and then replace the deck. He could have easily ignored this step and being naive I would not have known this needed to be done. Another extra step they took was spraying the outside of my house for wasps as they had to remove hives when doing the project and there were wasps all over my property searching for their home, thank you Dan for doing that. I would most certainly recommend ProHomeVA to anyone looking to replace or get new vinyl, windows and roofing. Thank you all for everything!

Michael Gundersen has really come through when I've needed him. He has a great disposition for making things happen. He cares about his customers and people in general. Over the years if I've been in a bind he has been there to help!!!

I was in a bind with a couple rental properties of my own customers here recently and he went out of his way to make sure things were taken care of.

I had my roof replaced, gutters replaced (with guards), and had some soffit repair by PHS. I was looking for a company that could do all three, and allowed me not to try to get various companies contracted for the 3 separate jobs. I had a number of estimates done. Mike (the owner) was my first estimate. I immediately had a good vibe with Mike, and overall, he's a straight-shooter, that's not going to try to sell you anything you don't need, and he'll work with you budget. He also encouraged me to get other estimates as well.

Another thing I liked about Mike, was he gave me a complete estimate, on the spot, and left me to think about it. He was always open to my questions, and I texted/emailed him over a 3-4 week period with various questions. He never put the hard sell on me or called to pester me.

When I finally decided to do the job, he came back to the house to write up the contract. He explained everything and was very patient with me. I liked the fact that Mike respected the amount of money I was laying down, and he maintained the importance of the job he was doing.

On a side note, Mike also took the time to walk down to my neighbor's house and to point out things to me in other homes that helped me understand the job he was able to do.

Mike was able to start the job that following week and had it done by week's end. Mike was also flexible and didn't nickel and dime me for extra work like painting a small patch or wood here and there. He also sent a worker out to fix a small detail in my home that we discovered in our final walk around of my house after the job.

Mike also gave me a follow up call and text to see how things were with the roof and how the gutters were performing. That's exceptional customer service, and to reiterate my previous statement, Mike's a straight-shooter. Nothing hidden or nothing he stated was false or exaggerated.

Lastly, Mike's estimate was actually the lowest of the four that I received. Some of these companies were looking to charge me anywhere from 12Gs to 20Gs for the three components of my job (roof replacement, gutters with guards replacement, and soffit repair. Mike's estimate was doable and within my budget, and I would fully and enthusiastically recommend his company. THANKS Mike! Brendan M.

I recently had my roof replaced by Professional Home Service and they did a great job. I was very pleased with how everything went from start to completion. Mike came to my house took measurements and then that same week started and completed my roof in one day. I plan on having him replace my windows as well as new siding and gutters. This company is professional and reliable and will definitely be using them in the near future for more projects.

Fairly priced, honest to a fault, great service. One of my new gutters was damaged and rather than use it, as I wouldn’t have known the difference, he pointed it out, reordered a new one before completion of a job very well and professionally done. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Our dedicated support person kept us updated throughout the process. The installation crew was superb. They exceeded our expectations for taking care of our home inside and out, I’d say they left it better than it was before the new windows were installed.

Fantastic work done by a great team across the whole process. They genuinely respected our wants, needs, time and home. I will call them again for any future windows and doors project, and will be referring all coworkers, friends & family in the future. Keep in mind these professionals are in high demand and you will need to schedule work with sometimes several weeks in advance depending on complexity and size of your project. We scheduled in late June, install was done early August.

We had an appointment at 6pm and Patrick Ramsey showed up and was the most polite and respectful person. He was very thorough and made sure we understood and got the best value for the money. He didn’t leave our home until 10pm. I highly recommend this company but honestly the experience we had wasn’t just the quality of the product that amazed me but the professionalism of this gentleman and overall care for us and are needs. My experience with Renewal by Andersen was great from start to finish.Tim was respectful and demonstrated excellent knowledge of the product. He provided an extensive demonstration of the windows. The Fibrex material and financing options were particularly attractive selling points. The installation crew did a great job with installing the new windows. They protected furniture and other surfaces in my home. They cleaned up and removed debris from both inside and outside my home. I want to give a shout out to William (Bill) Morris who came to my house for the initial consultation. Bill was the consummate salesman: polite, personable, and entirely professional. His knowledge of the product was impressive and he was able to answer all my questions, and even helped me with the math. I was totally sold on Renewal by Andersen after that one meeting. Bill helped with changes to my order that I asked for the next day. He was always quick to respond to emails and texts. What a nice guy! I feel like he's a friend now. Give the man a raise!

Also, the installation crew was superb. Christian and Jose Navas were two of the hardest workers I've ever seen. They arrived on time, explained what they would be doing, and worked hours without a break. There was no trace left behind of trash or debris. Both young men were polite and professional. The windows are beautiful, and their work was excellent.

I would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen to anyone. And it is in large part because of the wonderful service I received from these three gentlemen.
