I have been using GraEagle over the years through my insurance company and have always been happy with them. They have done several different repairs on multiple properties. Any issues that developed after the work, they came back and took care of it with no questions asked. In Las Vegas, that is not common. I highly recommend them.

They exceeded all of our expectations. Workers showed up on time and the quality of the repairs was amazing! We recommend them for all of our households of repairs and builds.

When my house was flooded, GraEagle showed up promptly after my claim to USAA and made sure I was getting the best deal on the repairs, plus set us up with a great mitigation team and flooring company. Our house looks beautiful again and everyone we worked with was incredible! Thanks GraEagle!

The folks at GraEagle did a top notch job on our condo. Jesse was our project point person, and he was very responsive and always made us feel like our project was the only project he was working on, even though he manages many projects at a time. We are 100% satisfied with the work GraEagle did to restore our home after a flood. Each member of the team was easy to work with and quick to respond. Mario and Jimmy did unbelievable drywall, texturing, and painting work. Our home looks better than it did before it flooded!

Had an appointment set with Jerry and another guy to track down the source of a leak. Jerry called and said he was 15 minutes out and I went out to wait for him. Over 45 minutes later, the other guy shows up and said Jerry had broke down. Jerry had the diagnostic tools needed. Before the guy left he said Jerry would reach out the next day. Never happened. Completely left me hanging. Will never use these people for anything and it took over two months to get my money back, but they were sure quick to take it. Find another company that is reliable, because this one is NOT!

They were excellent at each stage of my project. The cleanup after a pipe burst was quickly and thoroughly done. I really appreciated their helpfulness and communication - they were available to me at all times. I would highly recommend them for any project you have.

Do not do business with this company!! I did business with them about eight or nine months ago. They finished the job for me, so I thought we had a good business relationship and had another job to be done. I contacted Gray Eagle and sent over my estimate from my insurance company for the work that had to be done. Another company took care of the remedial work. I contacted Gray Eagle in the November timeframe last year. They came out and did their estimate and told me that no work could be done until after the new year which I understood because of the holidays. After that I tried contacting them in January and February got a complete runaround, I personally talked to Vanessa Interiano on several occasions and she assured me that Ryan Inman was taking care of the discrepancy between them and my insurance companies estimate and that he would be in contact with me while working with my insurance company. I got the complete runaround from both of these people never return my phone call never returned my text messages and found out that my insurance company had the same problem with Ryan and Vanessa not responding to their emails or their phone calls. Very disappointing considering I was trying to give them repeat business. They could’ve at least given me the courtesy of saying they didn’t want the job instead of completely ignoring me. I think this is completely unprofessional and inconsiderate giving the fact that we’ve done business before. after giving me the runaround for several months and our house being torn up from the remedial work, I now have to find another contractor to do the job. I repeat, do not do business with these unprofessional individuals!!! I will never do business with GraEagle again or refer them to my worst enemy! if I could give them less than a one I would.

They did an absolutely stunning job on my bathroom. Everything about it is perfect.

They’ve done an amazing job so far with the remodeling of our house and we are a few weeks away from it being completed. They’ve kept in close contact with providing updates and photos as we live out of state currently. They are extremely flexible as we’ve made extra changes and additions since beginning the project. Would definitely use them again.

ATI Restoration team is easy to work with. They are knowledgable and genuinely care about getting the job done right. They helped repair the interior wall in my garage from water damage. They came the my house and dried out the wall, took measurements, and repaired and painted the wall. They worked with me and my insurance company very well. I am so happy with the end result. I would definitely use them again if I need help in the future.

Gave an offensively low quote to our insurance company that would not remotely cover half of the job needed to put our bathroom and closet back. This is despite them walking the job with my contractor who is also a licensed Allstate contractor. Wouldn’t surprise me if Allstate is paying them to rip off homeowners. Unethical, they do not seem to know what they are doing, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone looking for a job properly done.

Amazing company to do business with. With so many bad contractors out there this organization has it together. Our Super. John is the best. If anyone is looking to scout a great Super. for big money, this is your guy. Honestly, this guy knows what he’s doing and follows up and follows through. Our house looks great and I would use these guys again. Also, April and Jennifer, part of the mitigation team, were professional and honest and really great to work with.

ATI is a first-class organization. I would recommend them to anyone in need of water damage clean up, and restoration.

Recent rains last two weeks brought in a new leaks. I called Black Tree Roofing and was able to schedule a free estimate the following day. I was received a booking confirmation text and was contacted when the roofer was in route. Bailey arrived as scheduled and explained the process. After checking out my roof, it was discovered that I had some shingles that blew off and caused a leak and some flashing had started to flair up. It was also brought to my attention that the shingles were at the end of their life span and I was given a repair estimate and a few estimates to compare what would be best for me. I appreciated that as I did feel pressured to go either way but to options to choose from. I’ve decided on a roof replacement as it’s going to be a matter of time before other shingle tear off. Bailey was able to get our reroof scheduled the following week. Bailey also kept us updated as we approached the week our install was to start. The entire project took a day and a half. The crew was clean and professional. I’m impressed with the efficiency. There was about 6 guys that worked together. My new roof looks great and I’m excited about the vented ridge and improving my attic ventilation. I recommend Black Tree Roofing to anyone needing roof work.
