Richie was the contractor that did the majority of the install of our range hood. What made it a challenge was there was not a range hood to begin with so it required opening the ceiling and framing for the new range hood. Richie did a great job in a timely manner and a very respectful person.

Restoration Pro is an excellent company to partner with.

We initially began our partnership on a fireplace remodel. I had a vision- and Matthew and Greg were able to overwhelmingly satisfy it. You can see in the pictures the before: just a plain Jane pony wall. We had nowhere to mount a TV and the room was very open. We wanted to achieve a few goals: 1) build the wall up to mount a TV, 2) install a fireplace, and 3) not break too much of the natural light. We wanted all of this with a very clean, simple and cohesive look. And boy did we get it!! Matthew knew my vision of the wood wall slats- and made the excellent suggestion to angle them. Then Greg suggested we inlay the TV so it’s flat. Just stunning recs!! Furthermore, we realized a mantle was going to be a tight fit and Greg suggested using some of the wood as an accent below the TV. This made the design look cohesive all the way around and is just remarkable.

Sadly, midway through the build, our basement experienced a flood in an old pipe. (This had zero to do with the remodel.) I called Matthew up and the job was cleared up by them as well. They handled the insurance for us- which is a huge value.

All in all- Restoration Pro and every one of their staff have been great to work with. Sometimes it can get a little daunting having people work in your house for weeks but I have to say-each of their employees was not a distraction, in fact, lovely to get to know.

Matthew is professional, always promptly communicating- and we set expectations out from the start. They were timely and I knew the process from beginning to end- which is huge when settling on a contractor. Can’t recommend them enough. There was never a question if they’d take my money and run either- which is one of the biggest embedded fears us consumers always have to worry about. Not with Restoration Pro.

Give them a shot- get out several contractors, and ultimately go with who you think lines up with your values and needs. For us, Restoration Pro checked all the boxes- and glad we selected them for the job.

I had a small project that needed done underneath my kitchen sink. The bottom part of the cabinet had water damage and needed replaced. I contacted Ryan and he got me on their schedule. Greg is the gentleman who did the repairs, he was on time very courteous and clean with the process. I was very pleased with the outcome, and will use them again for future needs.

We are so grateful Restoration Pro did our project. They were very responsive, made sure we knew every step of the process, and were very professional. Costs were fair and they know what they are doing and kept on schedule. On several occasions, they found errors in adjuster’s work and were able to help us get paid for things I would have absolutely missed. Top notch staff and company. Ryan and his entire team at Restoration Pro have been so great to work with! They communicate regularly with both myself and their clients, take extra care when they’re in the clients home, professional and are very attentive to the details. They’re focused to make sure the clients home is restored after a flood or fire has occurred and that the process is smooth and streamlined for all!

Greg was the gentleman who did the work for me. He was very pleasant, personable and clean, meaning he kept each area clean as he worked. He did excellent and seamless work dealing with 1940's buckled ceiling plaster. Also fit an old door into a not so even doorway and made it look as though it was there from the beginning. I love it.
I would definitely hire Restoration Pro for any repairs or additions needed.

After a couple of weeks of heavy rain pooling on the roof (unbeknownst to us), it finally gave way and caused damage to our interior ceiling drywall. Restoration Pro was on site within a day to assess the situation and began work immediately. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent, and their speed, thoroughness, and overall execution exceeded our expectations.

From a property management standpoint, what we appreciated most was the level of documentation they provided. It built a great deal of trust, as we could clearly see that the work completed matched exactly what was outlined on the invoice—without needing to be on site to monitor every step.

The cost was reasonable for emergency response services, and the final results absolutely justified it. We were very pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of the team. Highly recommend them as a reliable and trustworthy restoration vendor!

I had these guys come to my house and put a new fence in the workers were amazing and the owner was very helpful with helping me decide what new fence I needed!

Called on the 1st of May and the voice mail said if I wanted a quote to please send an email. I sent an email and have yet to get a response.

Update- got a call from Brady the owner and he explained he had a family emergency and was out of town. I explained the job, sent him pics, he gave me a price and had it knocked out in a couple days. Excellent work and I can understand a family emergency. I would use him again and he is in my contact list to call for all fencing needs.

Element Fencing did a great job replacing an old fence for me. I had originally requested some more unusual materials for the fence design I had in mind, but when those were unavailable Brady (the owner) worked with me to find something else to substitute. Gavin and the rest of the crew that worked on the build did an awesome job on the fence and really took their time to make sure it was done right. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Element to anyone that wants a quality fence!

We just moved to Meridian and bought a brand new home. My husband was driving from GA with our dogs and I desperately needed a dog run for them before they arrived. Brady and his crew swept in and saved the day. They built a beautiful fence and sturdy gates creating the perfect dog run for us. The work was done with professionalism and completed very quickly. My family and our happy pups are very grateful! I would highly recommend Element fencing.

Employees are very careful to keep customer's lawns nice and not destroy anything. They do work with just about any type of fencing.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would!! Orin & Mike took on my repair job as several sections of my wooden fence blew down in a windstorm on a Wed. Called Element on Thur, they came out Fri to assess it & then worked that Sat, which was a Holiday weekend & their day off as well. They were professional, kind, thorough, respectful & worked 5 hours instead of the est 2 to actually get the job right & fix all the issues the previous company had done wrong. I would hire these guys again in an instant. Amazing guys who genuinely care!!!

Made a call in May to have a fence built for my mom. On May 25, 2020 they sent me an estimate. Signed and sent back estimate on May 28, 2020. Emailed several times to find out when they could put it up. I asked if they could give a couple days notice so we could take down the existing fence. They showed up with no warning around July 17, 2020 proceeded to start taking the fence down. They tell my mom they only have wide pickets and if she wanted something else she would have to wait until the end of the year for a fence. It is to bad that nothing on this project went right.
