Shane and his guys did great work on our house after that crazy hail storm. They repaired our roof, replaced windows and power-washed and restained our fence. Would definitely use them again but really hoping the hail skips us next time and we don't have to!

These guys are great! The crews installed a new 40yr shingle roof and metal roof on our front porch. The owner (Shane) completed the work on time and his crews cleaned up once the work was completed. No complaints from the neighbors!!! Shane got up on the roof and personally inspected the work. These guys are top notch!

I have several rotted beams on the roof. I tried several roofing companies, they came out but failed to give me any estimate (I think the reason must be they think the job is not big enough). I was so surprised that Shane came out and promised to find people fixing the problem for me. He gave me a really reasonable quote and even made another special trip to find the matching paint color. Now the job is all done and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you, Shane! You can be sure I’ll be calling on you in the future.

Great job! They kept everything clean, they helped us get financing, they helped us get a good solar company to uninstall and reinstall, they communicated well. Very pleasant experience all around!

If you need a roof replaced, I would advise you to get a roofer to be there with your insurance adjuster. Otherwise, you will run into problems getting your roof replaced.
It took months to get my roof replaced because I didn’t know what I said an above. Shane fought fir me but insurance was digging in their heels. The turning point was when I got advice from a person to call the adjuster’s boss. With a lot of prayers that boss decided to send out a second adjuster.
Shane was there when second adjuster came out and fought more for me and along with many prayers. Finally, adjuster agreed roof needs to be replaced and his boss was convinced too!

Back in August 2022, the Dallas area received 13 inches of rain in a very short period of time.
I was leaving my home when I heard a noise coming from an upstairs bedroom. Upon inspection I stood and watch the ceiling cave in and eating coming into this room.
Immediately I called 2 different roofing companies to insect the damage.
To my surprise neither one would help me, because my insurance Co was Allstate.
I honestly didn’t know what I was going to do.being fully insured and no help.
One day there was a knock on the door it was Ben Standley from Absolute Construction. He asked to inspect my roof. I gladly said, yes.
He then called his boss Bob Baldwin, who went up on the roof and inspected the inside of my home. He said he would help me.
It took 20 months, but with his inside and determination we won!
Believe me, the joy I felt when new planks, roof gutters went up on my home and the inside was fully repaired as well.this being finished with the help of Brandon Tanner.
These three men were God’s warriors, that were sent to do this job. I’m extremely grateful for their kindness , professionalism and determination to follow through and complete the entire job. Thank you for everything!

Shane was incredible!! He helped me with my insurance claims process. He explained every bit from start to finish. I highly recommend Absolute Merit Roofing. There are a lot of roofers in Dallas. But this one is the way to go.

It is my deep pleasure to have the Absolute Merit Roofing as my contractor to fix my roof damage from hail.
To start off, my claim got a very interesting approval from my insurer Allstate. It only approved the placement of half my roof, based on the pictures taken by Allstate contracted adjuster. Shane, the owner of Absolute Merit Roofing, and his team, did a thorough inspection of my roof. Since the picture qualities are very high, and they showed clearly that they are damages on the other half of the roof, Allstate proved the whole roof replacement based on their photos without sending second round of inspection. I am deeply grateful for their quality work.
Shane and his Absolute Merit Roofing not only completed their work, well, but also did that in a fashion to satisfy my specific needs. Shane helped me and my wife to choose the roof color that is compatible to my brick color. He also replaced the downspouts on the east side that are not included in Allstate estimate without extra charge. He further advised me to fix the damages on the chimney side instead of the cosmetic dents on the chimney cap.
As to the fix of the nail pops out of the roof insulation, Shane insisted to inspect the painters work on both floors to make sure it’s up to his professional evaluation even after we said we were happy with nail pop fixes already.
I also learned from Shane that homeowner plays an important role in the whole claim process. My involvement in the communication with Allstate, together with Shane, certainly helped to speed up the claim processing process.

Its not good enough to just have somebody work on your roof that knows roofing. You need someone that also understands dealing with insurance company's.
