He conducted a thorough and comprehensive inspection of my roof, pointing out areas of concern and explaining the necessary repairs in a way that was easy to understand. I am very pleased that I contracted Shane to install my roof. He explained the work process very thoroughly and communicated with the Insurance adjuster as needed. His crew arrived as scheduled & started working immediately. I was amazed that by 3pm the job was completed & I’m absolutely happy with the job they did. I found Shane (Absolute Merit Roofing) on Google following a storm that left a large hole in my roof. Out of the 3-4 roofing contractors I contacted the next day, he was the first to arrive. He patched my roof, there and then, at no charge. He inspected my roof, took photo's and was there when the insurance assessor came and made sure that the assessor noted everything that needed addressing. He only asked me to sign a contract after the insurance had approved the claim (unlike some of the others who wanted to lock in your business with promises that you will not have to pay your deductible, and want you to sign something the moment they showed up). Shane also negotiated with the insurance on my behalf. Thanks to him, I got a new roof with impact resistant tiles (which will save me 15% on my home owners insurance), new gutters, interior water damage repaired and my fence re-stained. He has someone on his crew who can do anything you need - he is more like a general contractor than simply a roofer. His crew were timely, professional and the quality of their work is outstanding. I am extremely pleased with Absolute Merit; they are honest, helpful and have been a great partner to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Shane earns your business and works to keep it. I'm now working with Shane to address some other 'projects' that I have been putting off for far too long.

I cannot recommend Shane and his team at Absolute Merit Roofing strongly enough. A fantastic experience from beginning to end with Shane willing to perform a roof inspection while I was out of the country and even temporarily patching up part of the roof with tarp even though I had not agreed to a contract yet. Shane is honest, reliable, has a strong work ethic and is very knowledgeable about the insurance process. He was present during the Insurance inspection which resulted in not only a new roof due to hail damage, but also new gutters, a re-stained fence and new window screens. Shane is a general contractor, so I was able to do all this through Absolute Merit without having the headache of dealing with multiple contractors. His team turn up on time and complete work to a high quality and perform an excellent clean up at the end of the day. You will not be disappointed if you decided to go with this company!

They replaced the roof, gutters, facia, and got my trees trimmed after a limb fell on our house earlier in the year. 5 months later everything seems solid, no leaks or anything wrong. They knew what to expect with the insurance and knew how to handle everything from the front to the back. The whole process went pretty fast and now its like it never happened. The experience honesty and professionalism they bring to the table is what really makes the difference. My first claim and it was real easy.

Insurance covered cost of all work plus my deductible. They went above and beyond and even fixed my patio as part of their service. I would strongly recommended them for roof installation and gutter installation. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would use them again for any work I need to have done.

Roofers were very efficient and did a great job. They were conscientious of our plants and yard. Shane & Kale, owners, were always present and willing to take care of any concerns. They also handled all the details with our insurance company. Left us not having to deal with any problems which was awesome.

Absolute Merit Roofing handled our house restoration from a recent hailstorm in March 2025. We required a full roof replacement, new gutters and much replacement of exterior trim pieces shredded by the large hail.
Through the leadership of Shane, Scotty and Rose, our project was started and completed in a very short time span (about 2 weeks in early April). It has been amazing watching their talented teams repair damaged parts of our house.

Shane and the crew did great work. They replaced the roof in a single day, even stopping for a quick break when we needed to let the dogs out for a potty break without anything falling on us. They handled the insurance company and got them to cover hail damage to the fence that instance at first said was only cosmetic (it wasn’t cosmetic). All the crews were very respectful. The roofers, garage door, and gutter crews were particularly good. All involved were very friendly and professional. Even when my husband was out of town, I was comfortable with the crews doing work while I was home solo. Highly recommend them. We’re planning on using them for future upgrades to the house as well.

After a pipe burst at my Mom's home we were in a terrible way. We were confused and overwhelmed. We had the good fortune to meet Vitaly at Restoration Experts and it was the best thing that could have happened. His team jumped in and did everything needed to contain the problem. They have the resources to address the problem and rebuild the property. Best of all they understand how to communicate with your insurance carrier, largely leaving me out of it. I received plenty of messages keeping me updated on the progress. Its so wonderful to know a team and organization that understands customer service. I highly recommend!

Vitali is awesome. My home was flooding and insurance was not helping. Vitali came in and spoke some sense into them and helped repair my house.
