Luis gave us a great price on our fence and the crew did an outstanding job on the installation. I appreciated how the crew leader explained the process before any work was started and then followed up when it was complete to make sure I was happy with it. The job was completed fast (two days) and the crew did a fantastic job cleaning up after the fence was installed. Everyone was very courteous and professional. We highly recommend LL Fencing.

From start to finish, this was an excellent experience. Luis and his crew were pleasant, professional, and worked diligently to remove our old fence and install the new one, even in the rain. The price was fair and reasonable, and I highly recommend them. Our new fence enhances our property and looks absolutely beautiful.

LL Fencing installed a black chain link fence with a single and a double gate for our front yard and not only were they the best price, but they have two of the nicest, professional and ethical guys I've met in a long time, Luis the owner, and his Crew lead Armando. I guarantee if you hire LL to do your fencing project they will not consider the job complete until you are 100% satisfied. I am very pleased with my decision to use LL Fencing. Luis was great to work with and responsive to every email I sent. Arturo and his installation team knocked itnout of the park. They showed up promptly at 8:30 in the morning and got right to work. They completed the job including clean up by 3:00 pm. Arturo even used some of the dirt he displaced to fill in some holes my dog dig in the back yard. They truly deserve the 5 star rating.

Luis came by for our initial quote and he was amazing, efficient, informative and very friendly. But, I cannot say enough good things about Arturo and his crew. I was told to expect them between 8-9am on a Friday and he was here at exactly 8am and instantly got to work. He walked through with my husband and I and made sure to verify exactly what it was we wanted and was very accommodating. We had a permit with some strict restrictions and he made sure to go through it thoroughly and caught a mistake that would have cost us a lot of money in fines and would have made us forced to redo the fence. While assuring us it was our decision and he would do what we wanted, he made sure to inform us of all our rules and regulations to prevent any issues which I was extremely thankful for. The job was done by 4pm and he cleaned up absolutely everything. He asked us where we wanted the dirt disposed at and even went out of his way to hide it under the deck (which was our choice). The fence looks absolutely fantastic, is even, straight and sturdy. I have zero complaints and we have had multiple people stop and compliment the fence. Not to mention the entire crew was extremely friendly and the price was the best out of all quotes we got. Thank you!

We own alot of properties and have hired Dan Potter home improvement llc to work on several of them in Cincinnati, and we are so impressed by how the properties looked, how many things they know how to do. They did complete remodeling of our entire properties. From top to bottom. New floors, decks, bathrooms, kitchens, tile, foundation repair, roofing, painting,concrete work, lots of plumbing, building us garage also and lots more. They did businesses for us too. We only use them to work on our homes and businesses. Thank you Dan and guys. Everything done by the book, contract was written and everything was in writing, Dan was always available and explained everything to us. Our associates use them also. Highly recommend them. Their work is great and they are affordable.

Had a painting job needed done and everything was done in a timely fashion. Everything was kept clean and the price was unbeatable!

I hate to leave bad reviews but to save someone the time I’ve made 2 appointments with dan now, first one he was having truck issues, ok fair enough I understand we rescheduled for the next week and now he no showed and didnt respond at all.

Anything you need done, Dan Potter Improvement can do it ! Great quality for a good price and they have great customer service. Give em a call for ANYTHING home improvement, you won’t regret it !

Update our full complaint is now published on the bbb Cincinnati. Run don’t walk away from this company . He’s the biggest crook I’ve seen . Has no clue how to run a business. Only discovered this after finding out the work he did was horrible and he will not back up his name at all .This company replaced a roof over our patio. The work was done wrong. Had to pay a new company to replace his work after he failed to take any responsibility at all. Complaints filed with bbb and attorney generals office . Photos of receipt and comments from new company that replaced his work .

Shout out to Dan Potter home improvement llc for remodeling our basement into our family room and adding a bathroom! So now we dont have to climb up our mountain of stairs lol. Dan and company built us a fence it was wonder looking and affordable. They were professional explained where every dime of the money went. They left the yard nicer then when they came. We will use Dan and company for everything we can. Want to thank them .

I desperately needed a pair of patio doors replaced and finding reliable help became a job in itself. Mr. Potter totally stepped up to the rescue. He came and assessed the job, made sure everything was there to do it and called and came when he said he would and that speaks volumes and was impressive but most of all was through. Sure it’s the busy season for home improvements but he never made one feel like what I need was an impossible back burner task. Our family plans to use him and his great crew Mr. Tim and Mr.Jeff in the future. This was just an awesome self Mother’s Day present. Thank you Mr. Potter!
