I have used Olde Fort Restoration for personal and business projects. (Water insurance claims, office and home remodeling) They have been very professional and responsive. Work has been completed by scheduled dates and have exceeded expectations.

Olde Fort Restoration was fantastic when it came to helping us with water in our basement. Our basement was a finished basement and our kid area so this was a huge task but they guys came in and did it all and made the process seamless and less stressful. We can't THANK YOU enough!!

I had a pipe freeze and burst and when the insurance company put a different restoration company on my claim they called and said they couldn't be out till the next day and ended up not calling me back for two days. Luckily, I called Olde Fort Restoration and they were able to come out that morning to start the mitigation process right away to start cleaning up and drying everything out before further damage was done. They saved me a lot of trouble and were great to work with and I appreciate everything they did for me while every other company was too busy for me. Thank you!

I will update this at the end of the project if there is anything else to say. I am currently in the middle of a roof and bedroom ceiling restoration. Matt has been nothing short of amazing during this time. I was away on work business when I was told there was water coming in my bedroom ceiling. Matt was out there same day to investigate and scheduled the tarp.

I called Thursday morning, Matt was out there Thursday afternoon, and my roof was tarp by Saturday once it was good to get on top of my house. Matt and his crew were ready to come in that next week, but I held off because of Thanksgiving.

Fast-forward to December 3rd. The crew showed up on time and were incredibly friendly. Matt make sure to be here when insurance arrived to do their inspection. Right now, we are just waiting on the shingle sample and they’ll be ready to get to it.

Honestly, you can’t put a price on peace of mind and not what they gave me from the beginning. Not to mention, they did a fantastic job of packing out my room and cleaning up after.

I know the picture that I have posted is not appealing but I attached it to show that they were delicate and intentional with the tear out.

Was hoping to get a quote for a basement walk out staircase replacement. We spoke on the phone which went very well and he came out to take a look. I think after we got to talking, Phil got the idea in his head that I was just out to get information out of him rather than get a legitimate quote for someone to do a 10-20k concrete job for me. I am very handy but I don’t mess with pouring or finishing concrete. After we spoke for a bit he abruptly told me that “that’s all I was getting out of him for free” and made me return the business card he had given me when he arrived. Wish this would have worked out better it seems like you do good work but you clearly did not want my money.

Phil was great. They did the tear out and replacement of my 2.5 car garage. The job got done in good time and the explanations on the work were helpful. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about getting the job done right. Price was also very reasonable. He came recommended from a handyman and I recommend them too!

Philip did an excellent job on my patio. Quote was fair. He showed up when he said he would. Told me what each next step would be and when. Went from an old unpleasant patio to a space where my family can relax…thanks Philip…if I ever need more concrete, I’d use Philip n Team again.

Hired Able Ready Construction to repair one set of concrete steps and replace another set of concrete steps. They showed up on time, and did job as requested. Cleaned up when done. Phil and his crew did fantastic work and navigated very annoying city government bureaucracy to get this stretch of sidewalk done faster than I would expected. They got the city to remove the tree that was heaving the sidewalk and even got them to grind the stump. They were back out the day after Christmas and got this done, start to finish, in 6-7 hours. They even very nicely fixed the broken part between the stairs and the sidewalk, which I didn't expect. Any time I need concrete work, Able Ready is who I will be calling. Oh, and did I mention his was the lowest bid that I got? Yup, I'm a happy camper.

Absolutely beautiful job!!! These gentlemen were at my house on time and ready to work. They didn’t bring in heavy equipment and tear up my lawn. They jackhammered my walkway , filled buckets with the old concrete and dumped it in their truck. After the job was complete, there was nothing for me to clean up they did it all. I will definitely be calling them for my driveway and back patio. I 100% recommend this company if you want the job done right. I almost forgot to mention the cost , way below what other contractors wanted!!!!! Phillip you and your men did such a beautiful job, thank you for everything!!!

I reached out to Armor about fixing a roof leak - Will responded quickly and even stopped by to check out the issue that night. He was easy to communicate with and explained a few possibilities that were causing the issue. The workers were back the next day and located and fixed the leak very quickly. They provided a detailed quote & scope of work - it's always nice to know what work was actually done and not everyone does this! They were friendly, responsive, professional, and the pricing was very competitive. Fully trust these guys and would recommend to anyone.

It looks as a roof should. Had a misunderstanding of my gutter guards being re-installed but that's supposed to be taking care of next week. If not for that I would have givin them a five star
