We had two repairs done, one roll roof and some of our downstairs plumbing. They came and got it done very fast and saved our sunroom from further damage. They also found mold that we had no idea about which we were super thankful for. Super quick, affordable, and clean! I definitely suggest if you’re looking for someone who has experience and lots of knowledge.

Needed a retaining wall to help divert water. I called Dan Potter home improvement and spoke to Dan he came out looked at what I wanted to do. Told me a better way to do it explained it to me step by step. He had a contract read it to me, explained it to me and let me know he could get the materials, I could of, or he'd meet me at the store and we could pick them up together and I could of paid for it and he would of took the materials to my house in his truck. He gave me the option to buy them myself, or I could of let him get them, or he was willing to shop for them and have them call me and I could pay. No money upfront if I didn't want to. We let him get them, and he got everything and showed us where our money went. He was professional and the work was amazing. I can't wait for the next project. We highly recommend them.

Dan came and turned our basement into what we always wanted. He came out looked at it and gave a estimate his price was affordable and it didn’t take him long to get to us even tho he was extremely busy. He started and finished quickly. The crew was kind and they cleaned up and made it look cleaner then it was before. We are having Dan come back and do a bathroom remodel also. He explains everything thoroughly. He uses contracts you give him a deposit and didn’t ask for anything else till they were done. Complete professional. Thanks Dan and crew.

We had a beautiful front door specially made. Unfortunately lowes didn’t measure it properly I was worried but Dan and his crew built a frame to fit perfect then he ahiplapped the wall all around the door and we had them lay new floors. We highly recommend them they have remodeled our house both bathrooms, built the doors and frame, remodeled our living room, built us a deck. And they are coming to landscape and repaired our privacy fence. They can do anything. Very glad we found them. Use them now!!

We called Dan to come look at tearing down our existing deck, and building a new one, and making it bigger. This deck also is about 15 ft in the air. He came out, looked at it explained to us what he wanted to do. How they would do it, and called us two days later with a affordable price. They came out did exactly what he told us, it looked amazing, and had great craftsmanship. They did it quickly, without cutting corners. They were professional, wrote a contract, wrote down everything he said and followed it. I recommend them to everybody, and are having them come back and stain it. Everything built by hand, excellent quality. We thank them for the deck we always wanted, and will use them in any home improvement projects in the future. And we will and have told all our friends about them. Dan is a honest and down to earth owner, so glad we met him. I wanted to add the pictures of the deck but couldn't figure out how. Looks great. We had a full bathroom remodel and it turned out amazing. Dan helped us pick out a vanity, found the glass doors we liked. His crew are kind and friendly, and they left our bathroom cleaner than it was. They did the plumbing and electric most of the time you have to hire somebody to do that they did it all. A remodel from beginning to end. Highly recommend them. We got their name from a recommendation and I see why. Work was amazing and we will be a repeated customer.

I and my family own a lot of rentals and we use Dan and his crew for every job they can do anything. Crew is amazing, nice, keep the space clean. They are trustworthy, come on time, explain everything they are going to do, and always use contracts and they are insured and licensed. We highly recommend them to everybody who needs work. We used Dan and crew for a new bathroom remodel and it turned out beautiful. They did demo all the way to finish, including the plumbing, lights, everything. They are kind, clean, explain everything, craftsmanship is great. I have told my friends and family about them and they used them too. I will always recommend them. Very affordable. When we signed the contract Dan explained everything they were going to do. Help out your local business. They are worth it.

We trusted Dan to do a bathroom job. He violated that trust by not venting our exhaust fan as he was paid to do, and he left exposed wires up there. Cost me well over a thousand dollars to have someone clean up his mess.

I try to use local hard working people for jobs, I couldn’t possibly recommend anyone use his services.

He replied saying I wouldn’t answer his call. It’s simply a lie. He only called me after I posted a negative review. Before that he ghosted me.

I own a small business that needed a bathroom update. Dan Potter was able to recommend the kind sink and toilet I would need to withstand frequent customer use. He replaced my drop ceiling, patched a giant hole in the wall, painted (happy to see the bright green go away!), hung a mirror and installed new ADA handrails. He worked quickly and left it cleaner than when he arrived! Polite, professional, great price and excellent work.
