CFL Roofing was an absolute joy to work with. I had four other companies come out to diagnose a problem, and they were unsuccessful. CFL came and, in a matter of minutes, found the actual problem. They got me a reasonable quote quickly and came to perform the work quickly as well. The crew that came out was professional and expedient and fixed the issues I had with lasting effect. They even took the time to clean up and even folded the tarp I had been using to cover the leaks. After years of dealing with a problem the builder had left, CFL came to rescue and I couldn't be happier.

CFL Roofing did an incredible job taking care of a couple of missing shingles for me. From my initial interaction with Crystal, she was absolutely wonderful, professional and walked me through exactly how the process would work. Fast forward to today and the guys showed up to take care of the job. The original shingles were not to my satisfaction. Crystal confirmed they were not to her satisfaction also and sent the guys back out to redo the job. It was taken care of with zero hassle. I cannot thank Crystal enough. In our current day’s society especially when dealing with roofing projects, CFL Roofing came through. Will definitely use them again if the situation presents itself.

CFL- Sam and his crew- amazing through the whole process. Great communication from day one! Sam keeps line of communication open and lets customer be an important part of the whole process. His crew, extremely meticulous- right down to using a magnet to collect any and all metal out of the yard. Tarps were placed all around home to protect while stripping old roof even with dumpster in drive.
Being almost 60, and lived in multiple states, I have experienced numerous roof replacements. CFL, Sam and his crew are by far the cream of the crop when it comes to all aspects and steps to roof replacements. With CFL/Sam you are not just a customer- you will feel part of the family! The quality of materials are steps above what other companies use. I know this first hand as old roof had damage from a hurricane a few years back- insurance declined claim so had a local roofer come out to repair/replace damaged/missing shingles. Dustin was great to work with. Communicated well and followed through on everything he said his company would accomplish. Our roof repair was more work than originally anticipated (no fault of Dustin's - just the reality once they started doing the work and pulled back tiles). CFL was very responsive and had fair pricing we were very pleased. We were in need of a smaller roof repair. Some contractors wanted to charge very large amounts for the repair or would not even respond to our requests for repairs. CFL was responsive, fair and professional. The team showed pictures of the repair and seem to have fixed our problem. We appreciate them handling the small repair with the type of care and professionalism that they do for large repairs or new roof projects.

Let me first say that I am so happy and pleased with the result of my roof repair done by CFL Roofing.
I had had another roofer attempt a repair for me and after their initial visit, and several additional return visits, I was still experiencing leaks on my porch.
It is a flat roof, which I know can be difficult to repair. I worked with Crystal, who was wonderful about making sure I had a time scheduled that worked for me.
After the first visit. I did have a few leaks. She was very understanding and scheduled someone to return to fix the leaks.
In the end I was extremely happy, no leaks! And I felt that Crystal was really concerned about making sure that I was taken care of properly.
I recommend them and would use them again.
