Sam Edwards was awesome throughout the process of replacing our roof. We were having difficulty with the insurance company and he went the extra mile to contact and get the ball rolling. We are very pleased with our new roof . I give CFL roofing a 5 rating.

Due to a recent hurricane, we had several roofing companies evaluate our roof and provide estimates to repair the damage. CFL Roofing was one of the companies. Unlike the other companies they did a detailed inspection and recommended replacing the entire roof (the other companies, also recommended replacing). We decided to go with CFL Roofing and Dustin Barker was assigned as our project manager. Dustin worked with us through the entire process from filing HOA paperwork to final completion of the project. Whenever we called Dustin, he answered immediately or returned the call quickly. He was able to schedule the work to be done at a time that was most convenient for us. The work was completed on time and completely cleaned up when finished. I would definitely recommend CFL Roofing to anyone looking for a roofer.

Great experience from first contact to job completion. CFL is an AWESOME Roofing company, and the level of communication was top notch. Elisa was very helpful in assisting us with picking out the right material and color for our home and giving me routine progress updates while I was away. The fished product is amazing. This is an easy review to write. We had an excellent experience with CFL roofing and the project manager Jesse. They were prompt with an estimate, the quote was good, and they were professional throughout. Jesse was outstanding at communicating and his team did an excellent job. I've already referred CFL Roofing to others. We are genuinely pleased with the roof.

Not often you come across a service company as professional and reliable and by reliable I mean they do exactly what they say they will do. I am extremely happy with my new roof. The entire process from my first appointment with Sam Edwards the project manager for an estimate to them dropping off all the completed paperwork was pleasurable. Sam made it easy and enjoyable, I am glad I chose CFLRoofing to replace my roof.
Last but not least, their price was way cheaper than any other roof company that I contacted before and they took only two days from start to finish, changing some rotten wood panels and leaving the all property free of debris at the end.

I needed an older roof replacement after excessive hurricane damage. Jesse was very personable and didn't mind taking his time explaining everything. Replacement was authorized by insurance and CFL did all the required communication with them that they needed. The one roofer I interacted with was very friendly. The job looks well done. I would hire them again for sure.

CFL Roofing was the ultimate stress-free experience. We needed to replace our existing roof in order to maintain our homeowner’s insurance. We had been procrastinating because we didn’t want to deal with the hassles. Thank goodness we found CFL Roofing. They made the process so easy. The project manager Jesse even helped us get the approval from the HOA and from the city. Once we got the approval, they completed the project so quickly. They even sent me photos of the completed roof. The new roof was absolutely beautiful. CFL Roofing did a great job, and I will definitely keep them in mind for my next project!

I was waiting for about 2 1/2 years for our claim to settle up with the lawyers, but our contractor pulled through. She set me up with the best adjuster and lawyer to deal with my roofing case. They were patient with us and gave us a good price for the roof and other things we needed to take care of for the insurance. Now my house is practically new. 10 out of 10 service. Ask for Brenda. Excellent experience with CFL Roofing after getting out of a contract with another roofing company who was looking to drain my insurance and cheat me out as well. You’re not going to find that here. You WILL FIND excellent service, quick quotes with fair pricing, friendly staff who will follow up with you on all task with a smile. I’m a very difficult consumer because I want things perfect, and I change my mind over and over 😬, but it was never a problem for them. John, Dustin, and Nelly assisted me with everything from replacing my entire roof, gutters, and drywall replacement. My roof was done in one day and the dumpster company they use picked it up that same day 😊. I’m extremely happy with the final result!!

My project manager Brenda Rechdan (CFL Roofing) has been very communicative , responsible, knowledgeable and helpful during this long process with my insurance company that started back in May 7, 2022 and finally finished 4/25/2024 and metal roof 5/15/2024.
