I am extremely happy with the work provide by QFB. As soon as they were brought into the picture through State Farm, everyone worked quickly to get our home back together. LeBrente Stevenson handled the pack out and care of our belongings while working with Mike Whitten our Project Manager. Mike's experience patience and understanding was more than I could have hoped for. Mike and team really did an amazing job of putting our house back together after the fire. The level of communication was above and beyond. I would highly recommend QFB and even more, I am happy to say anyone working with Mike is in great hands. THANK YOU!!

I could not have had better service from a company that helped me through an unfortunate water leak and resulting damage. I was assigned to Mike Whitton as a project manager. From the very beginning he explained every step that QFB would take to get our condo back to original restoration. He communicated with me on a weekly basis and kept me informed of the progress. The contractors were professional and respectful. The condo was put back together just as it looked before the water and mold damage. I was amazed to say the least. I would refer any homeowner that has water/fire damage to use this company.

During an already difficult time, my dad had a pipe burst that left an inch of water throughout most of his home. After the water was removed and the pipe repaired, I contacted QFB to repair the damage. Glen immediately returned my message, that was sent on a Saturday afternoon, and coordinating began. I cannot express how attentive he was to my dad's medical needs, the timeline we were up against, and the concern he showed during each phone call. I was updated almost daily regarding work orders, insurance issues, delivery of items, and scheduling workers. The crews he brought in to do the work were also of top quality. They were kind, communicative, and did their work well. Dad is happily back in his house and it looks good as new. I would not hesitate to recommend Glen and QFB Property Restoration to anyone.

From the minute we called QFB concerning our mold problem, they were helpful, professional and courteous every step of the way. We had mold growing behind our walls, in the insulation and underneath the carpet in two rooms of our home. QFB tested the mold and created a removal plan within days of calling. Scott, our project manager, handled everything for us and kept us in the loop the entire time. He provided us with phone calls and up to date photos daily of all the work that was being done. We really appreciated the constant communication he gave us. Lucy and her team handled the actual removal and cleaning of our home. She was professional, informative and always on time. We have been so impressed with their work throughout this entire process. They made it extremely convenient for us. We can’t thank them enough for making this difficult problem into an easy solution!

We had the best experience with QFB starting with Bob the operation manager who kindly fast tracked our project and helped with wise counseling as to how to go about the process of restoration. Rob, the project manager was amazing with the scheduling of the different phases of the project, his crew, like Pablo and Tiago did great with the walls and floors. Mileidy the contents manager was very supporting and her crew including Lucy were exceptional with the handling of all content and cleaning after. Words are not enough to express the outstanding job this group did for us by always going the extra mile to make sure our needs were met. I highly recommend QFB for your housing projects. May God bless them all. The professionalism of QFB group is off the charts.

They did a great job. They worked with my insurance and they installed a new bathroom cabinet and a new floor in the front bedroom. And they painted too. It looks beautiful. 😁

The communication was excellent. This was an insurance claim so the budget for them was already low. This didn’t stop them from doing a much better job than what had previously been done. The packout was quick and effortless. The lead was very communicative. Even though the floor was being replaced, they took care not to further damage it while removing furniture and every box was labeled with our name, the room it came from and what generally was in the box. The lead pack out person is exemplary and very good at what she does.

The replacement of the floors was a huge process as it was 95% of the entire lower level of the house. Randy the project manager was very communicative, even on his scheduled time off. The crew took great care to cause no damage and were able to install the new floor with no problems. They even did a few little extras that were overlooked by the previous installer to make things right and look better.

Getting our packed out items back was a snap. Everything was returned to where it was packed away from and took marginally more than 30 minutes from start to finish.

I worked with this company because that is who my homeowners insurance chose but given the opportunity to do business with them again by choice, I absolutely would.

We experienced a shower pipe leak that ruined bathroom cabinetry. We decided to go ahead and remodel the entire bathroom using QFB. We are very happy with the results. Todd, the project manager, was great. He was very responsive and communicated well throughout the entire process. When we needed to have some refinements made to the remodel or questions. Todd would come out and listen to our concerns and then would get it taken care of. We would definitely recommend them.

The ATI team was respectful when packing up our contents and when bringing them back. They took care the way you HOPE that a team will act as they walked into the house. They took pictures of all contents and wrapped up everything to protect it storage. And everything came back safely and was reinstated to the home with little to no drama. They cleaned up after themselves and we had our house back! I am adding them to my “keepers” roster for my home

I can't say enough wonderful things about ATI Restoration and how they helped us during a very tough time with our building. The crew in the Orlando branch were the utmost professionals. I have never had such fantastic response times with any vendor, and from the first phone call to the completion of our drying out, they were with us every step of the way - an odd comfort when you're juggling many balls. I would recommend ATI to anyone in a disaster.

When Mike showed up to our house, we were frazzled and at our wits end. Mike spoke to us and made us feel comfortable. Luckily he was able to get his crew out quickly. The tram showed up when they said, they were considerate of us working from home. They worked hard and quick. Our house is back together thanks to Mike and his crew. We are very happy with their work. The new flooring is especially amazing.

They were referred to us by our insurance agent following a dishwasher leak which required a complete island rebuild. We had some delays due to supply shortages and sub contractor issues but the communication was good and we got through that! Robert did a great job for us and the quality of the work was very high. Our kitchen island is the gathering point of our whole house and it was so important that it get rebuilt to our original specs. Would definitely recommend them.

So water damage from a broken water pipe made it necessary to have the ceiling in the living room and dining room patched up and repaired as well as the wall and floor adjacent to the bathroom where the leak occurred.
This is a very professional organization and they were very responsive. We were concerned that repairs would take a long time, but it only took a couple of days.
Let me tell you these guys (Fernando, Jose and Santos) worked hard, non-stop, except for lunch, to get the job done. They covered everything, scraped off the popcorn and replaced it with knock down texture and it looks really nice. The room upstairs, Robert found the exact laminate flooring I wanted and the team installed it in no time. It looks better than when we bought the house. The painting is outstanding, they showed so much pride in their work and weren’t happy until we were happy. And we are very happy!!!

A great experience with ATI from starting with mold and water mitigation with Adrian and his crew to demo and rebuild with Tylers crew. My pack out and pack back with Milady was awesome and loved her crew. Tyler was in charge and he delivered what he promised in a timely manner. Thanks again for stepping up!

ATI Restoration came out on a same day service request thru my insurance company. This company is by far the best customer service company I have used. Brent and Jim came out and check and rechecked my home for water leaks. My house is only 2 years old. I had an issue where I needed someone to help me on a Saturday because of my office was getting rain water due to the heavy rain. I called Jim and he helped me out as to what I needed to do. I was on the phone with him for about 30 minutes. Mind you this was his day off. Brent has always been available either by text or e-mail, when I have contacted him. Brent is very patient and totally understands the needs of the customer. Jim and Brent are not pushy salesman likes some companies that I have dealt with. I can't thank Brent enough for all he has done for me.

QFB(ATI) came so highly recommended by our ServPro professional, we HAD to reach out, and what a lucky break it WAS! We had weather damage which caused months of disruption and damage but once we involved QFB, they took care of EVERYTHING! I can’t give this company 5 stars without giving OUR project managers 10!!! Due to the personal involvement and diligent care of Nick Anderson, and the fabulous craftsmen he brought to us, we were practically carried through this process. If you have ceilings, moldings or painting ahead of you, BEG for Fernando, need a moving/clean-up crew, BEG for Vicki, SO careful, SO thorough, she even takes before-pictures so things go back exactly as they were. We ALSO made a profoundly fortunate decision to have QFB present and representing us when the Insurance Assessor did their walk-through! You will be grateful to know that QFB uses the same software programs as the insurance companies use, therefore they’re EXPERTLY versed in what insurance companies will ask, where they’ll try to draw the line, and they know how to advocate for all the additional mitigations. BOY CAN THESE GUYS GIVE A QUOTE. I believe ours came out to the PENNY. I could also laud them for their attentiveness, the way they ALL made themselves available to us, and how unflappably PROFESSIONAL and kind they all were, EVEN when the stress of the situation made US “Flap”. So this is a full-throated endorsement of QFB WITH a megaphone! Our eyes still light up when we hear folks looking for contractors because WE know the right outfit they should call. The work was SUPERLATIVE, even better than original, but the SERVICE, the human kindness displayed by Nick, Fernando, and Vicki was what earns QFB our patronage for LIFE!

This review is long overdue and I must apologize to quality first builders for that. A fire in 2020 destroyed a majority of our home so it was certainly a repair from the top down. We were out of our home for 8 months much of which was COVID delays but also the extent of the work needed. Of all the improvements that I am most thrilled with I would have to say the most positive aspect was dealing with Randy Clark, the Project Manager. Of course we were clearly traumatized by such an event and felt pressure to make decisions quickly but at no point did Randy make us feel that way. He was kind and patient. He listened to my all my concerns and responded to each and every one. He was responsive in that same way throughout the project. He was patient with my last minute changes and made our many requests happen, He answered his phone most times I called and if a message was left, he responded promptly. I have not a single complaint as to how Randy handled our project. On top of all that we ended up with a beautiful home that we are so happy to be living in. The rooms are beautifully done according to our specifications. Everywhere we look is pleasing. My favorite room in the whole house is my kitchen. Every aspect of it was done exactly as requested. It makes cooking and doing clean up a pleasure. My next favorite is the flooring. We went from tile and carpet to vinyl plank. What a difference that made in the appearance of our home. The pool that was resurfaced was an added bonus. The quality of all the work was top notch and if we weren’t please with something it was readily responded to. All and all we are very pleased with QFB and would definitely recommend them especially if Randy is the project manager.

I cannot say enough about CFL Roofing and my Project Manager, Sam Edwards. Sam was prompt, professional, and patient while I waited to obtain the funds for my roof replacement. He and his team more than met their mission to “provide quality roofing, exceptional service, and a positive experience for homeowners.” Thus far, I am happy with the product, but more importantly the level of service and care included. I have used CFL Roofing twice now. Each time I was surprisingly satisfied. From the communication, speed, honest price and quality. The first was when I needed my flat roofs over my carport and patio replaced for a refi of my home. The second was when my home owners insurance was going to drop me. The second time is mainly the reason why I will strongly recommend them. My home owners insurance was not going to be renewed. My roof was over 20 years old and I knew it was time to replace it anyway. The project manager who handled my first job called me to ask why I was requesting an estimate for the main roof. I told her my situation and then mentioned that I had lost a few shingles during the prior hurricane. She immediately sent out a person to inspect the roof and informed me that it would be covered under insurance. From that I contacted my current insurance holder and filed a claim that upon their inspection was confirmed that it was covered by my insurance. Then to make things even better when the actual job came they handled all the permits without any assistance from me. The materials and dumpster were delivered to my home on the date I was told. The day of the replacement I got up and went to work at 6:30am. When I pulled up to my home at 4:30 the entire job was done and the yard was completely clean. Nobody likes to deal with home repair but when we have too we all want the simplest and easiest process. Both time CFL Roofing did this for me and my 1100 sq ft home.
