After getting in touch with them and getting an appointment that worked for me shane came out for the estimate and answered all of my questions and put all of my concerns at ease. Great company and better people. Customer service is top notch. I would have gave them 5 stars but the was a small hiccup in the project. I requested white drip edge for my reroof but instead black was installed. While it still looks good it isn't the exact look I was going for. However Norm (owner) was very quick to try and work with me to fix the situation. He explained to me that sometimes these kinds of mistakes happen (which I understand) and offered me a fair discount to my total bill to compensate for the error. I would highly recommend Rooftop to any of my friends and family. You guys keep doing what your doing!!!

Roof Top Services came to me highly recommended from my realtor and several friends who are in the home renovation business. They repaired a leak for me in 2014 and the service was so good, I called them back out to do an extensive re-roof on my "unique" contemporary 1970's home - including re-sloping an old, saggy flat roof, putting new deck and shingles on my steep pitched roof, and installing updated skylights.

The entire process was so easy! Everyone was a pleasure to work with: Shane (our estimator), Debbie in the office (LOVE her!), and the crew on site. They took time to answer my questions, showed me any issues they had to address, kept me informed, maintained a very clean and safe job site, and were just generally really lovely people.

The crew had to work around the weather and even came out on a Saturday morning when Friday's rain sent them home early - a pleasant surprise! As a result of their work I have no more water ponding/leak issues, the house is QUIET, and my heating and cooling is much more efficient.

Simply put, this company is dedicated to not only doing a top-notch job, but being honest, fair, and taking great care of the customer the whole way through. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs roofing services of any kind. Thanks so much RTS!!!

A customer of ours had been using Roof Top Services for some time. While we were listing and selling our customer's home, some roof repair was needed. this is how we met Ryan and Roof Top Services. Three other roofers had already bid on the work providing estimates at $13k, $10k, and $6.6k. Roof Top Services did the work for a fraction of what other roofing companies had bid; their cost was a third of the amount of the LOWEST other bid! Since then we've referred them out and we've been very happy with their work. Ryan has been very fair with his evaluations on roofs.

I cannot speak highly enough about RTS, not only as a roofing contractor but overall as a company, especially with our rep, Doug Miles. We had insurance issues, and although it was not his problem at all, he went above and beyond (even during off hours) to see how they could accommodate and help us out. The issue was resolved only because of their swift involvement.

Doug speaks to you straight and is very knowledgeable about roofing and insurance companies. He is one of the most responsive people I've ever dealt with, picks up on every call or calls you back almost immediately. Like I said, truly the best experience I have had with any contracting company. I hope to never have roofing issues again in the future, but even if I do, I am not worried because I know exactly who to call. I would recommend RTS a hundred times over!

Fantastic company! From the first phone call and every contact they were responsive, prompt, friendly, professional, and courteous. We had other proposals for a complete roof but Roof Top Services gave us the most confidence in their work and products and followed through as promised They showed up on time- every time-, worked conscientiously, and thoroughly cleaned up. Highly recommended!

Ryan Frank came out to help us with a leak in our metal roof. He was so very kind and detailed and got up on the 2nd story to evaluate the roof (a previous roof company wouldn't even go on top to give us a clear estimate for the repairs). Ryan was very helpful and we found some areas that needed preventive repairs as well. He is very professional and honest. My husband and I were pleased with his work. Highly recommend this company. Fast and good work !

I hired Roof Top Services to repair my roof after one of the major storms a couple of weeks ago. One of there Estimater's was kind enough to make it out the following day. Not only did they fix the damage but also did a inspection on the roof letting me know the rest of it is in good shape. I'm giving this review 4 out of 5 stars because they arrived 20 min early to early morning appointment and woke me up. Other than that they are AMAZING!

There are so many roofing companies operating in Central Florida ,I am so sincerly grateful that I found Roof Top Services. From Jacob the sales person , Noah the foreman Debbie and Tasha in the office and all the guys on the roof this company is detailed, professional, prompt and all around excellent. Brannigan Land Services did an outstanding job clearing my property! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly efficient. They took down trees, cleared heavy brush, and left the land perfectly prepped for my next phase. I've used Brannigan Land Services for personal and professional clearing work and they have impressed me every time. They did a pre-mobilization meet on site to review the plan and ensure they delivered on what I wanted done, so much so that they acquired new equipment to get the clearing the way I needed it. I've recommend them to clients, co-workers, and friends for any clearing needs in central Florida.

I worked with them on a big project in central Florida and it was a pleasure working with them , communication was great they set up everything for easy access to all debris so I could haul away very easy company to work with thank you for the opportunity look forward to future jobs with them

Hired Brannigan to level/grade an acre of land. The grade was supposed to pitch towards the back corner of the property. Instead, they kept both sides high so when it rains, everything slopes towards the middle creating a washout. When called back to show the issue, Brannigan admits that there's a slope towards the middle. Instead of correcting the situation and grading it properly, their suggested remedy was for me personally to dig a "swell" the length of the acre so that the water runs where I want it to go. I would not recommend this company to do any large grading/leveling project.
***Update***
Brannigan Land Service says they graded at a 1-2% slope directing water toward a low corner. That was the plan. However, all water is collecting in the CENTER of the property and does not run to the corner as promised. Concerns were brought up several times, but the owner did not listen. They are correct in the that a "swale" was not part of the scope of the original project. However, a swale would not be needed if the land was graded properly. Water flowing from the path above it should drain to the corner, not towards the middle of the property where it is washing everything out.
Each time they came out, it was asked why one side of the property was higher and they even acknowledged it was. However, they never fixed the issue. Just made excuses. They say they want the customers to be happy, but seems like that's only the case until they get their final payment.

Recently hired this company to do some land clearing on my property and the job was done in a very efficient manner, incredibly pleased and highly recommend!
