Leaks 2 year later after the install and still have problems that had to resolve on my own

We had the worst experience with this roofing company !!!! They sent a crew of 5 guys over to do the job and they really worked hard and consistent. The only problem was is that NOT one of them could speak English so communication was null…. From what we decided on with the sales person all things with the old roofing was suppose to be done so everything matched. We. 3 times the inspector in the job said yes and the no they could not do the carport so that doesn’t match which does not look good driving up to the house. The roof on the back of the house which is all screened in for our sunroom which ended up shingles BUT 2 huge whiles in the ceiling which they said their warranty company would fix ….but as of yet no call from anyone in it 🤷🏼‍♂️🙈 the inspector from the city were here today and he did NOT pass it !!

The team that installed the roof were kind and clean. There was no profanity or un professional talk while they were working, which I appreciated. What I most enjoyed was that I was able to see photos of the process, I feel more confident about my next purchase and what to look for in my next home.

The warranty provided is competitive with others in the market ( I had 7 quotes done), the reason why I chose TRS was because of there service. Overall I am happy with the process and results.

This company was very responsive in making repairs on my roof. I needed the repair done ASAP for continued insurance coverage. They completed the work promptly and properly. I would use them again for any roofing services.

I needed to have the roof on my two story house replaced. Total Roof Services did a great job. They got started on time, finished in the 3 days they said it would take and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this business.

Horrible experience. They installed during a date I asked them not to, because I was out of town. Came home to items knocked off my walls and broken, recessed cans knocked down, job was left uncompleted until I requested it. Was never able to approve drip edge finishes as noted on my agreement, they replaced my 1" with a 2", so now I have to treat for wasps constantly. Gentleman I worked with was combative and rude. Surprised this company is still in business.

Jose was highly recommended and did an amazing job. Sammy did a great job from beginning to end selling their services as well as following thru. The guys worked hard and had to replace . several boards and everything was done well and in a timely fashion. I highly recommend them!

They're the best I've done flat roofs for me they've done shingle roofs for me. I've spent over 1.5 million with them over the last 6 years. Some of these have been commercial some have been residential.if there's any issues problems they sent somebody out to take care of it I can't say enough good things about them they are not your typical roofing company you can't go wrong with them
