This was by far the worst contractor experience I've ever had, they wasted my time (ironic) and 5 grand for what? I'll tell you what, bring in fans for three days, ripping out about 200 sq. ft. of laminate floors, that's it folks. They took my insurance deductible, then billed my insurance company for water mitigation services for the rest. If anyone take one bit of advice from this review is to NEVER PAY your deductible to a contractor if your filing a claim. These are the facts so they must be said. They were very communicative and friendly until they got my money and realized I wasn't going to do a full restoration with them. I was told and promised so many different things and none of it was true. When you call their office and it's like a calling center, the person on the phone won't answer questions and just says someone will call you back, and they don't. I truly wish I could go back to the future, but not in their time machine, I'd never make it.

We had a pipe break that flooded 5 rooms. Time Machine came out that day and started the drying out process. They worked with our insurance to get a fair assessment of the damage. They replaced our flooring, repaired some of the drywall, repaired the lower kitchen cabinets and painted. At the very end they came in and cleaned. I was very happy with their work and service.

We used Tim and his company Time Machine contracting when we had a major leak at our house. He managed the project from start to finish and we loved working with him and his team. He was always available and showed up on a moments notice if needed. I can’t recommend his company enough!

We had a bad mold problem in our walls due to a faulty wax ring for the toilet. The water stayed within the walls for years until finally it was noticed by our plumber doing a routine maintenance check. He immediately called Time Machine. The same day Tim (Owner) and Todd (Project Manager) came out to inspect and realized this was a serious issue. They started immediately on removing the mold. Then they remodeled the area to make it look exactly how it was prior to the issue. I can not say enough positive things about everyone involved. This was not a quick problem to fix, but my family is safe now and we can feel safe in our home. I strongly recommend Time Machine for their responsive reaction time.

Tim, Frank Jr., Frank Sr., Frank R,, Nelson, Todd and the whole team at Time Machine were the right ones for our project. After my wife and I discovered a spot of mold in our master closet and suspected a leak in our master shower on Christmas Day, the moment we sought help on Home Advisor, Frank Jr. was calling to see how soon they could come help. They were prompt, fair and worked hard to not only restore but remodel our master bathroom. They showed up the day after Christmas to assess the restoration and dropped off a dehumidifier. A few weeks later we had a beautiful new shower and they completed the job on time and on budget. Choose Time Machine if you need help and they will surpass your expectations. Tim and team will help you navigate through insurance claims, mold inspections, choosing materials and rebuilding or remodeling your home to be better than it was before.

We hired Time Machine to clean or ceramic tile & an area rug. They were able to schedule the work quickly (2 days). They showed up on time and were very professional. Their technician was very knowledgeable and was very meticulous in his work. I’d highly recommend their services.

Tim and his crew responded very quickly and had us going in the right direction the next day. They work with the utmost attention to cleanliness and professionalism. Tim and his team were very helpful in working with our insurance company after a water loss from a sewer main line backup. Time machine is very dedicated to achieving the best results for their customers! This is evident from all the help that we received over the past 7 months while fighting with our insurance company and attempting to reconstruct our home after such a devastating event. I would highly recommend using them for any water fire mold occurrence that you may have!

I have written very few reviews, but this company deserves recognition for the work that they do. They showed up on time, a crew of two worked hard all day but most importantly they did a beautiful job at a fair price. My tile floors look better today than when they were first installed. I whole heartily recommend Time Machine Cleaning!

As we were heading to our Orlando, FL condo from Ohio for a couple weeks we received a call from our condo association that the unit above us had busted a fire sprinkler water line causing water damage to our unit. The next morning we somehow found Time Machine Contracting & Restoration through online searches and gave them a call. The owner, Tim, was at our condo that day. One other contractor we called never returned our call, and another contractor called us back a couple days later. Obviously, time was of the essence since we were dealing with water damage and Time Machine treated the situation with the urgency we thought it deserved and we hired them. We were truly blessed to find Time Machine as the dry out, demolition and reconstruction carried on over a two-month period. A special shout out to Todd and his crew from Time Machine for the thoroughness throughout the process. It turned out we actually had mold and damage from some earlier event that we were not even aware of. Time machine worked diligently to uncover all damages and used a 3rd party company to test everything once they had removed damage materials and cleaned the unit. No reconstruction was started until we got a clean reading from the 3rd party. Time Machine truly did take us back in time to what our unit looked like prior to being damaged by water. The other great thing for us was that Tim and his crew took care of the entire project from start to finish - no having to find various contractors. They even moved and protected all of our furnishings and they brought in a cleaning service when everything was competed. We highly recommend Time Machine for any mold remediation, water restoration and reconstruction work. Everyone was easy to communicate with and they do all of their work the right way - no shortcuts! All of the guys we dealt with were so professional and courteous and wanted to make sure we were happy with the work they were doing. This is definitely a 5-star company!

A week prior to hurricane Irma we discovered major water damage in our kitchen. We contacted Tim with Time Machine and got immediate response and action to resolve our situation. Tim was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise. He and his Assistant navigated us through each step of the process to get our claim filed and work began to get our kitchen back to its original state. We highly recommend Tim and his team at Time Machine to anyone who needs water damage restoration and or remodeling done as we had him remodel or Master bath after seeing the amazing work he did restoring our kitchen! Tim and his team are the ones to call they are the best in town!

Josh from Time Machine came out immediately on the day of our leak and outlined a plan, working with our insurance carrier as well. Simon followed up each day thereafter and was great. Simon was prompt, called before each visit, kept us informed and was very knowledgeable. He is terrific.

Time Machine did a fantastic job of getting my house back together after water damages from Hurricane Irma. Besides being very professional and knowledgeable, the best part about Tim and his crew was how caring they were towards my family and our needs with a new born baby. I will, no doubt, hire Tim again for any future work and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a restoration company.

Time machine was an absolute answer to prayer. They came and assessed our situation and then provided the solution. Their bid was fair, and even more importantly they showed up when they said they would and did e erything they said they would do. Shane was very helpful with the cleanup, Everything is spotless. He's very knowledgeable and kind and thoughtful too. If you need remediation for anything, but especially after your roof leaks during one of our many florida storms - call Time Machine. I’m a project manager for a general contractor based in McKinney, TX. I met Tim through a customer of mine. Tim/Time Machine crews headed to the Dallas area after our mid February weeklong freeze. I’m so glad they did. We were overwhelmed with calls for burst pipes/water damage. The company I work for doesn’t do dry out or any mold remediation, thankfully they do! The need here was great and they helped out tremendously. I’ve seen countless water damage claims over the past few months and I can honestly say the Time Machine crew did the absolute best job compared to other companies in town that skipped a lot of important steps in order to go from job to job quicker. I learned a lot from them in the time they were here. I had no problem referring them to my other customers and only heard great things about them from my customers. If you need any of their services you can feel confident in their expertise and knowledge of the right way to do things without any shortcuts. As a contractor I don’t feel comfortable recommending another company unless I’d have them work on my own house. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Time Machine on my house.

We have (unfortunately) had to call Time Machine Contracting & Restoration a few times over the past couple years.Tim and the rest of his team are the absolute best at mitigating water damage, assessing leaks and other issues, and recommending efficient/effective courses of action. Today we had Brian and Eric investigate an ongoing leak and they were able to quickly pinpoint the issue. A portion of ceiling had to be cut away and it was done with care and precision. They also cleaned the floors with an antimicrobial solution to prevent any further damage. Now our plumber can access the leak and fix the problem. Time Machine is also helping us with an ongoing insurance claim and has been an invaluable resource. We can't recommend them enough!

When my property management company failed to have a third party licensed mold remediation company come out twice, Tim Machuca of Time Machine was able to come out and give me a free consultation, providing me with moisture readings of the room and reassuring me I was in good hands. Isabela of Time Machine was so kind to provide a photo report of the water damage to help my claim. I’m glad I was able to call them and have them come out the day of, saving me thousands of dollars in water damage.

The following goes for the entire Time Machine organization. I’m still pinching myself wondering what have we done to deserve the personal and caring service that we have received from Time Machine. Our house was flooded during Ian and they were highly recommended. They have been the most caring. nice, dependable. honest and professional people you could ever imagine. They are punctual all the time, very safety conscious and keep us informed on everything that is happening. Even our insurance adjuster made a comment after they had left that we were in excellent hands! Although we are still a work in progress, I would recommend them without a doubt! Thank you Time Machine for showing us that there are still good, caring honest people in this world!🙏

Our contractor suggested Time Machine last year,2024, for restoration after a plumbing leak that flooded a bath and bedroom. While we never had a formal contract, we agreed on a scope of work and start date for restoration with the understanding either insurance would cover it or we would self pay. After no contact on the days leading to the start date, our contractor informed us that the sales person contacted him, the day before the agreed start date, and expressed that they where no longer able to assist us due to the storms that had recently affected the west coast of Florida. While I understand others in need, we did have an agreement. Do not take this company on it's word alone. They will leave behind you for the bigger pay day.....

Tim and his team are amazing! My little sister lost everything in Helene, I called Time Machine and he was there same day! Gutted the house in no time saving the flooring from permanent damage. Fast and efficient; I can’t say enough great things about this company :) 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!
