My roof had a leak and i reached out to Total Roof Services. They were quick to respond and repaired my roof in a timely manner. Excellent customer service.

Jose and TRS were the quintessential professionals when it came to assisting me with my questions (about how to proceed with my insurance,) and then the actual repair and installation of my new roof. The entire experience was handled expediently and efficiently.

I had not looked up for a while. And the nearby trees had kept on growing over the roof. Hmmm, I wonder what our flat roof looks like?
My Answer was that it needed cleaning and the trees needed to be cut back.

I posted a review here erroneously 1 week or so ago. I mistook this company for another one with a similar name. As far as I know, they have solid reviews and are responsive given their mature response to my error.

Using this as an indication as to how they do business, I recommend using them to help you with your roof! They are responsive and want to do well to stand by their work.

Total Roof Services were wonderful. They were licensed, insured and all there work was top notch. They made sure everything was done on time and when they finished everything was cleaned up. We would definitely recommend them.

Roof looked good but after 4 years the leaks started. They came out 3 different times to do a good repair job on three of four different leaks over a one year period. All the leaks were from "low shot" nails. Just out of warranty now and rained last night, more leaks in different places. All the leaks have been above the master bedroom. Not very happy about the roof and whoever it was nailing the shingles above the master bedroom.

Had reroof past week, Really impress by this company. Time control and quality of work very good. Minor cometic problems corrected, Job site clean ed up you would not know they were here. I hired Total Roof Services to for a re-roof project using both shingles and TPO. They did a very good job. The work was completed quickly and they communicated with me throughout the process. Also, when I needed a follow-up visit, Jose and team were responsive.

I went with Total Roof Services about 8 years ago... Jose himself came to give the quote and suggest the material and style to match my home. I hired him back 2 years later after a tree crushed part of the roof. They were quick to respond in a busy storm aftermath.. Got the job done and matched the shingles perfectly. I have no reservation in recommending this company. they do commercial roofs as well, so they have the expertise on how to handle water on a building.

Total Roof quoted me a price to replace my roof that was good for 30 days. At that time I could not do it but, 2 years later I called them and they told me they would do it for the quote they gave me before. They did a great job replacing my roof. They were very professional and clean up all of the debris. I would recommend them anytime.

I needed to replace the roof on a rental. While I got several estimates, Total Roof Services, was highly recommended by someone within my professional network. I selected Total Roof Services and wasn’t disappointed with my choice. My sales rep, Samuel, was professional, courteous and patient throughout the process. Communications were always clear and timely.

Since I was highly impressed with their work, I decided to use Total Roof Services for a second rental the month following the completion of the first roof. The second rental went smoothly as well. Unfortunately during the roof work, a little damage occurred to the house which needed repair. Total Roof Services took ownership of the issue and promptly reimbursed me for the repair. I think that says a lot when a company handles problems quickly and with ease.

Total Roof Services did an excellent job in replacing our roof and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a roof replacement. The crew and Jose were great! They arrived on time, worked hard, and cleaned up around the house prior to leaving each day.
Jose even honored his work about a year later when we discovered a leak at our patio roof. Without hesitation, and at his cost, Jose sent his crew out to fix the leak. That alone made us realize we chose the right company - Total Roof Services - for our roof care.

First off as a small business owner I hate leaving bad reviews, and very rarely do I leave them, but in this case I am leaving a review based on dealings with this company so other people dont have to go through the nightmare I did with this so called company.

I needed a new roof for my house, i secured three quotes, I live in college park orlando. This company did not come in as the cheapest, but i chose them because they heavily advertise in the college park area so I thought they would be trustworthy.

I received there quote for a little over 11k and pulled the trigger. From the moment I signed the contract there were signs this company is not organized. They lost paperwork and i had to sign the same paperwork over and over. The weird thing is a sales rep or manager or whoever he was insisted coming over to my house to sign the same exact paperwork that i signed and emailed over three times. We even had to use my own home office printer and scanner!

So the project finally started and it was going good, they had a whole crew start at 7am and they didnt leave until 7pm for two days. It seems the major problems began because they didnt think the job would take more then 2 days. They said the job should take no more then 2-3 days. After day 2 they did not finish, and then on day 3 no one showed up. I had to call and ask where everyone was, then the crew showed up at 6pm and only worked for an hour because the sun went down...this went on for the next two days.

It was like pulling teeth to try and get updates and an ETA on completion. They lied and lied to assure me it would get done that day it never did. On day 4 I called again and asked when it would be done and the guy i spoke too thought the job was already done. Because they dragged this project out, they only rented the dumpster for two days and then took the dumpster away. They then started throwing garbage on the floor turning my house into a disaster.. They ruined my exterior paint with tar which I had to pay a handyman after they were done to repaint the affected areas. I had to beg and plead with this company for updates and to finish my project. They basically triple booked there guys and when it was apparent they couldn't finish in two days they pulled there guys off the job to go work on other projects.

Even worse, half way through the job I got a call from them and they said they needed to replace some foam and it will cost more money. I asked them how much more, and they said they cant tell but just a little bit more, I said ok do it. There contract also states that if they are to modify the contract and increase the price, the increased price must be stated and both parties must sign an addendum to the contract. Because I wanted the job done since they were dragging it out, i said since its a little bit go ahead and do it. Now when they did finish....10 DAYS LATER, with my house being a disaster the whole time, they hit me with an increased charge of $7k!!! when the total price was only 11k....7k is more then a 50% increase, I told them I was not paying that since we never agreed on a price, and the manager called me crying that this is cutting into there profitability...i told him about all of the damage they did to my house and we agreed to split the difference, so a 11k contract price turned into a 14k total price. Communication was the worst, if I never called they probably would still be working on my roof 3 months later. They are also liars and no one knows whats going on at this company. I have serious concerns if my roof will even hold up.

The best part of dealing with them, is that because they were in such a rush to finish the job, they were working so hard and were not delicate at all that they punched a huge hole in my ceiling and created a mess! so now the outside of my house was a big mess and now the inside of my house was a big mess. Then they started piling trash in my yard because they took the dumpster away. Company is a nightmare to deal with and a bunch of liars and unprofessional. Pics enclosed

We had Total Roof Services come out to estimate, and perform a complete re-roofing of our home in response to damage from Hurricane Irma in 2017. The crew came on time, worked for two days, and did a great job. Any questions we had were answered and if there was an issue, it was promptly handled. Most importantly, we were treated with professional attentiveness and expertise.

Our roofing experience was pretty good. The staff at Total Roof Service were very accommodating with getting things scheduled and kept us informed during the entire project.
