This company really exemplifies no job is too small or big. My small plumbing job was made to feel like it was the only job they had to do. The professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding. I highly recommend this company.

We had an excellent experience working with Brandelle and his team. The quality of the work was top-notch and the pricing was very fair. He also explained the insurance claim process in a clear, easy-to-understand way, which made the whole situation much smoother. Every step of the way he communicated and just kept us in the loop. I would definitely recommend them.

Mike and his team saw me at my worst. I can’t say enough about how they all treated me. They did a fantastic job and took such care of my belongings, I have used them twice within 6 months and would not go anywhere else. From being to the end , the team was great. I highly recommend and only trust them with my belongings. You won’t be sorry. 💙

He did an amazing job , I needed 15 trees cut down stumps removed and then a 30'x50' building slab poured and he took care of everything even gave a detailed sketch for building department when I got my permit total job was 16,000 gave him 50% to start and he did all the work within 2 weeks and paid him the other 50% when he was done definitely will recommend him

I REALLY should've listened to my gut and NOT trusted this guy! All his reviews are real, and his honesty is non-existent. I cannot believe I gave this scammer $4k and never heard from him again. Unbelievable!

He has my $2000 deposit for materials and hasn’t done any of my work it’s been over 10 weeks. Stay away from using him for any work and do not pay him in advance. He never shows up, lies about reasons and won’t return phone calls or text messages. He is not a professional and don’t not use him.

Gave him a deposit for prepping and pouring a slab for a detached garage and he never did the work. Would call and say he was coming and never showed up. Said he would refund my deposit and it has been months and not a dime has been returned. He stole $3000 of our hard earned money. I am not wealthy this is several weeks pay that he took. He said multiple times he would return the money and never return any of my deposit.

Axel Works did a wonderful job removing mold and repairing my bathroom. I especially want to thank Gabriel for the excellent finishing touches and for keeping in touch with me and Eileen for always passing along my messages when I needed help. I would definitely use them again.

I would not recommend this company. I hired them to repair and remediate my bathroom after a leak, and the experience became extremely stressful and unprofessional.

During the project, I discussed wanting a jet tub installed and sent information on tubs I was considering. Without my authorization or signed approval, the company went ahead and purchased a tub on their own and then attempted to charge me thousands of dollars for it. When I explained that I only wanted them to install a tub I selected and approved myself, the situation escalated to the point where they attempted to place a lien on my home.

I ultimately had to involve my attorney to resolve the matter.

Unfortunately, a couple of years later, I am still seeing signs of mold in the same bathroom area, which makes me question whether the remediation work was properly completed in the first place.

Overall, I found the company to be very unprofessional, difficult to work with, and lacking clear communication and proper authorization procedures. Based on my experience, I would not use them again or recommend them to others.

This company is very unprofessional and provides minimal communication. From the front desk to the owners, everyone is clueless. I highly recommend looking for another company to work with.

Good workers, no goofing around, no loud music...used wrong paint and had to come back and redo...they were very apologetic and cooperative. Good firm.

We are very happy with work that was done by Axelworks. It was an unfortunate leak that led to the work that needed to be done but in the end it was a good experience and the rooms turned out to be so much better than the original.

Thank you Rich and company. You have been with us every step of the way since we had our flood. Axel Works has been there through repairs, resolution, and working with insurance. My only regret was not contacting the first to help with the initial mitigations.
