My home was seriously damaged by Hurricane Florence and I needed emergency assistance...and fast! There was wind and wind-driven water damage to the roof, attic, ceiling, walls, and carpet.
I hired GeoWell to work remotely on my house to get it finished as soon as possible, as I had back surgery that resulted from military service-connected disabilities and could not perform the work myself.
I trusted Brandelle to get the work done while living over 600 miles away - and he came through with flying colors. Brandelle kept in contact with me throughout the process, supplying photos and making sure that I could see the progress. He was always up front with his estimates of work and any issues he encountered.
The GeoWell crew was prompt, professional and worked like finely-tuned mschine. They were extremely hardworking and the quality of the work was excellent. GeoWell ensured my home was free of moisture in the roof, attic spaces, ceilings, floors and walls. They were also very neat with their equipment and the clean up was spot-on.
I plan to do quite a bit of work on my house and will absolutely use GeoWell for upcoming projects. I highly recommend Brandelle as a contractor who will perform the work he says he will; he is a true craftsman who takes great pride in his work and puts customer satisfaction first.

After Hurricane Sally hit we had tremendous damage. No knowing what to do next, we decided to look for contractors. Unfortunately, we didn’t feel satisfied with the ones we contacted. Until we found this company. We read their reviews and reached out to this company with hopes of them being able to lead us in the right direction.

To our amazement, they did more than lead us, they were compassionate and did more than we could ever ask. The owner, Brandelle, even helped us beyond the scope of this project by moving all of our things out of our house and moving them back in after the project was over. He also made sure other workers and contractors didn’t get over on us.

They fixed the problems as fast as they could. This company is the epitome of what a caring company should be. Being business owners ourselves, we know what it takes to have compassion and awesome customer service. This company has what it takes to take your problem and give you a solution.

Brandelle was very polite and came quickly to tarp the roof after Hurricane Milton. Tarping took no time and both gentlemen were very quick to assist when needed. Tarp looks great and has held perfectly. Would highly recommend them in a time of need for roof assistance!

Geowell is one of those rare companies that provide exceptional service. Geowell is by far one of the most professional contracting companies I have ever had the opportunity to work with. They had to fix an issue with my roof that was caused by a roofing company that went out of business. The owner met with us and immediately went to the store and fabricated a temporary fix for us while the insurance company handled the claim. I was immediately impressed. Brandelle is hands down the best contractor I have ever worked with. Brandelle was on my side ever step of the way. He did not hesitate to reach out to my insurance company and the adjuster to make sure everything was covered and fought to get what he believed was in the best interest for me and my house. Brandelle from GeoWell was EXCELLENT. He is very knowledgeable about insurance procedures, and worked with us throughout the entire process.

We had a washer flooding incident, and he helped us not only recover from the issue, but made it so that even if this were to happen again, we would not be affected.

Brando and GeoWell was great to work. Quick and easy response times, helpful, insightful and friendly. Do yourself a favor and hire GeoWell if you need work done at your home!!!! I had a water incident that required multiple disciplines to get my house back into order. Brandelle was at my home immediately to assess the damage, provide a (fair) quote, work with my insurance company and get the job done. Teresa the project manager effectively oversaw the whole operation which was scheduled tightly over a few days. The people that they brought into my home were top notch and treated my home with respect. The finished product was way better than even I expected!!

The GeoWell team had an very fast response time to getting our roof tarpped. A second tarp was requested by field adjuster and the GeoWell team was back within 24 hours of our call. The roofing team was great in communicating the short delay to getting supplies for our roof. Our roof also had some unexpected wood replaced and they handled it with ease. Thankful this team was assigned to by our insurance.

I don’t even know where to begin. This has been a long road and a traumatic road. Before Christmas my house was broken into. I never thought this would happen to me. But I came across Brandelle George AND geowell in Apopka, fl. I spoke to him one day and meet him the next. As he listened to my story he begin to just sympathize with me on what happened. He told me I am going to get the window done don’t you worry. Next day he came and Padded window up so no bugs could get in. I was so grateful for that. Every step of the way he communicated and just kept me in the loop. I could not have been more grateful for this company and its people. The window guy came out and just put window in and was very nice and just sympathetic as to what happened. I must say God was on my side. The turn around time was very quick.
