Overall Axel works did an excellent job if restoring our house to its prior condition before the fire. They coordinated well all trades involved and the insurance company. I highly recommend them.

These people way over charge. They came to my house to fix water damage. They spackled a hole in my drywall and painted the wall for over $2k. Not to mention, they would try to show up randomly at my house with little to no warning. They were very uncommunicative and I am still not entirely sure what exactly I paid them for as none of the invoices they sent are itemized. Sketchy and unreliable to say the least. Choose someone else.

Please, please do yourself a favor and do not use this company, even if your insurance company recommends them. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way. They did a very poor job on both my dry wall replacement and flooring replacement. They admitted that they didn’t use professionals, used new people, who didn’t speak English, from my tenant’s account, showed up late or no showed multiple times, and the quality of their work was atrocious & terrible. They had to come back to fix the dry wall, and hire another company to fix some of the vinyl floor planks, but they only fixed partially because they didn’t want to pay for the time it would take to fix the uneven flooring. I had to go back to my insurance company to file a complaint. Their managing partner has been avoiding me since they admitted to the poor quality. They are simply put terrible. Run the other way! Their painters also damaged our ceiling fan, which we ended up fixing.

I'm very happy that I chose Axel works to do my renovation. Very helpful, communicative, and always ready to help. Especially the Project manager, whenever I needed guidance or had any questions, I was always well attended to, from beginning to end. Even after finishing, the customer service was spectacular. I RECOMMEND 100%. I wish all companies were like this.

I highly recommend Axelworks. Their team is professional, friendly and has great customer service. My concerns were always handled quickly and effectively. They took the stress out of a stressful remodel. They cared that I was 100% satisfied with their work. They did an amazing remodel and I would definitely hire them again. Thanks to the whole team!

My experience with Axel Works LLC has been incredibly disappointing. The hardwood floor repair project was marred by poor workmanship, constant delays, and a lack of communication. The company's unprofessional behavior, incomplete job, and failure to rectify the situation are concerning. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice and explore other options.

Axel Works was 5 stars ! This company handled our recent roof and gutter replacement after a terrible hail storm. Communication was excellent throughout the process. The roof crew arrived early in the morning. The roof was removed in 1 day and it was replaced the next day. Gutters for the whole house were completed on the 3rd day. The crews were respectful of our home and cleaned up after each process. The new roof is beautiful! We highly recommend this company.

Rich and the team at AxelWorks did a great job on restoring my house after a flood. It took awhile to work things out with insurance but once that was figured out they worked quickly to complete all the work. Their crews did a great job and the house looks amazing!

They are a great professional company to have come to your house for water removal and dry out service. They removed and replaced drywall and saved my floors. They were on time and always informative as they proceeded with each step from start to finish. The office staff was always very nice and answered all my questions in a timely manner.

Talk a good game in the beginning
Perform so poorly. Text gets ignored by the owner for days unless I complain to my insurance Adjuster, the drywall tapes showing, as air pockets, where the drywall meets you can clearly see its not levels ugly lines showing. If couple stop this house fire from ever happening I would do it. Then having all these random people into my house playing for a Lots of money im going To eventually be paying my insurance for smh 05-20-25 my guess bathroom water is leaking starting to mold set pictures to my insurance haven't heard nothing back

Axel Works is a excellent local company that was recommended by several contractors. The crew was professional, quiet, thorough and clean. Completed the work on time with absolutely no hassle or after the fact cost increases. Highly recommend them especially over national companies.
