I am writing this review to let you know about how great Complete Demolition Services is. This was the second time that I have used Complete Demolition Services, and it definitely won't be my last. Not only does this company provide stellar results, but they also have great customer service. I highly recommend.

Excellent company! Very professional. They returned my calls and many messages. (even on a holiday)They made time to fit me in for an asbestos inspection that needed to be done right away, when other companies would not even bother to return my calls. Dave took the time to answer my multiple questions and offered expert advice, then followed up with me days after service just to make sure all my questions were answered and that I was heading out on the right path to remedy the situation and that was very much appreciated making a very stressful situation much less so and a potentially expensive issue manageable and even preventable. Their rates are fair and we'll worth it. As a veteran professional contractor of new construction this was my first demolition job and I had alot of questions and I had to learn all the complex, always changing laws and regulations very quickly and thankfully Dave and company were a huge help in doing that. I have worked with alot of different people and businesses over my 25 years in the trades and recognize good business when I see it and it's not always easy to find a good one and this is one of the good ones who I will be using again. It will be my first call when it comes to inspections and demolitions and it should be yours as well. I highly recommend this company.

David Shea and his son Kieran of Complete Demolition Service, LLC demolished a trailer for me last week. It was a trailer that had some asbestos in the roofing material and required abatement prior to the demolition. When I reached out to various contractors for quotes on this work Dave responded promptly and set up an appointment to see the job within 2 days. We did a walk through and he discussed what his company would do and what my responsibilities were. Within another 24 hours he had talked with his abatement contractor and gave me a quote and a tentative time line for the demolition which was about three weeks off. I signed a contract that clearly indicated what services he would provide and what my responsibilities were. Over the next three weeks Dave reached out to me a couple of times and kept me up to date on the schedule and also answered a few questions I had. Right on schedule the abatement work was completed and then within a few days the demolition followed with Dave and Kieran completing all of the demolition work the same day and leaving the work site very neat. I could not have expected a better experience and I would highly recommend their services to anyone with a similar job.

I contacted David Shae from a Google search and found what I consider a diamond in the rough. He went above and beyond to estimate a project for me and my siblings who had inherited an old farm. We were in a time crunch for a court hearing. He immediately did a site visit for a first hand view of the size and scope of the clean up required. David's expertise was immeasurable. His credentials were lengthy and his knowledge and experience with a large project was clear. We were beyond impressed with him on every level. I highly recommend his services.

Working with David & Kirin Shea of Complete Demolition Services was amazing from start to finish. David was very easy to get a hold of initially. After talking extensively to determine if he’d take my job with a unique timetable, my project stalled out for 6 months (for reasons unrelated to David). When I popped back up, David remembered me and we were off to the races. He and his team were professional at every turn, and met each job site challenge with confidence and clear communication. I always knew where we were financially, even with every change order this crazy project threw at us. David & Kirin work in tandem so impressively and smoothly, constantly thinking 15 steps ahead while keeping HSE front of mind at all times. They go above and beyond and are very neat and meticulous, which helps keep things running smoothly and safely. Safety is #1 with this Father-Son team & it shows. I am grateful to have found such a professional team that was also sensitive to the delicate nature of this Demo project that consisted of a mobile home demo & removal, 2 outbuildings, debris/trash/material removal (property clean up) and removal of 2 concrete foundation slabs, and the building of a huge tree burn pile. I cannot recommend them enough. I definitely recommend working with Complete Demolition Services for your job. Highly recommend and will definitely contact them for future work projects!

Dave's bid was VERY professional. His attention to detail made it obvious that he knew what he was doing and left nothing to chance.
During their walk through, they even found personal items that we had missed.
Dave listened to our concerns and worked with us to preserve parts of our property that we did not want demolished and even helped us get those out of the way before they started.
His skill with the equipment was astounding. He was able to pick out individual pieces from the rubble and protect things like the water lines that were protruding from the foundation.
The end result was a perfectly preserved and broom clean foundation ready to build on if we want to. One photo even shows Keiren on his knees using his hands to sweep up that last bit of debris. Great attention to detail. Impressive.
