Tim was very professional and accommodating every step of the way. I’m a new homeowner and received estimates from several businesses to complete my concrete driveway extension. I landed on concrete driveways as the price and communication seemed to fit me best. Will definitely be working with them again in the future.

We've used the services of Concrete Driveways, Cleveland multiple times for different investment properties that we own over on the West side of Cleveland and some suburbs.

Crazy amazing service!!!!! Scott is phenomenal and even was even willing to bring his dog for some specific training a while back! It was incredibly helpful! Had to ask them to come out again 18 months later since my Weim was jumping an interior fence. Brilliant work around! Honestly couldn’t write enough great things. Justin also came in the most recent visit and was a phenomenal problem solver!

Justin who lives in Mayfield Hts., OH was fantastic. Invisible Fence should be proud to have him as an employee. He was personable, knowledgeable and explained everything. Always asked if we had questions. He went to work right away laying the line and did a great job. Explained training a cat on the Invisible Fence. If I was a headhunter I’d steal him away.

Scott came to our house today and located and fixed our broken wire with perfect professionalism. He was very polite and courteous and make sure everything was cleaned up and working properly.

This is the second dog that I have trained through Invisible Fence on an old system. They did fantastic the first time, so I did not hesitate for the second dog. I’ve had an initial bad experience, but then, after speaking with Tanya and meeting Tiffany , it made it so much better. My New dog that I got from a rescue was scared of men and had high anxiety from being in a shelter for 3 months. So initially when I called and spoke with Cameron from Invisible Fence sales I asked if I could speak with somebody to get the appropriate time to train him since he has more needs he was not very helpful at all. All he did was try to sell some thing for an extremely high dollar figure. He was not even listening to my needs as I did not want my dog trained inside the home at all because I wanted to safe space for him. After Cameron called back, I called back again and asked for somebody else because he continued not to listen to the needs of my dog nor my questions. After calling back, the sales lady gave me Tanya that called back in 24 to 48 hours. .

Tanya listened to my dogs needs and gave me the appropriate recommendations as when to train my dog which made me happy that she actually cared. She also gave me a better price quote, as this was my second dog getting trained. As Cameron was trying to sell me new system and did not hear I already had a system installed. Tanya also made sure that I got female trainer as my dog is scared of men. Tiffany was the trainer and initially because my dog is very protective and fearful. It took a little bit for him to get used to her and her to get used to him. She did the most fantastic job! As my dog is different, and she even said, this is a great learning experience for her as well. She was patient, kind, and worked around my dogs needs first then did her training.
She did such a great job with my dog Jerry and even gave a recommendation for at night to add a light up collar so I can see him once I start releasing more of the leash when it is dark.
Tiffany is a great asset to Invisible Fence Company and they are lucky to have her. She made the initial negative experience the most positive experience! Would highly recommend Tiffany to anybody to get training. She also made sure that she had my dog Jerry for every visit because he does not like new people to ensure that he was able to get the most out of the trainings in the short amount of time. Brandon from Invisible Fence was out at my property trying to trouble shoot my fence issues. He was very thorough and was able to identify a number of issues. He will be out again to make one final repair. He was very conscientious of cost and presented me with a number of options. Very pleasant and professional explaining everything that he was investigating. I would totally recommend him to work on any Invisible Fence issues you may encounter.

We renewed our Invisible Fence battery program last week. Unfortunately the batteries did not arrive in time -- our two beagles figured out their collars were not working and broke free! A major winter storm was forecasted and I was in a panic looking for the dogs. I called Invisible Fence. They immediately stepped into action. They explained that according to their records the batteries were delivered Tuesday -- We could not find them so without question our sales person - wish I had his name said he would Fedex a new set... We got them in less than 24 hours AND we found our pups!! 2 very happy endings from a very happy customer! Thank you Invisible Fence

I have been with invisible fence for 8 years. In the spring of 2021 I purchased another receiver because we added another dog. Now mind you this is the 7th dog with the invisible fence system. My son has the same unit and 3 dogs that come over and use the invisible fence. Having 3 acres and lots of dogs invisible fence worked very well . Until….. batteries started lasting about 2 weeks when it should last 3 mos. Tool the collars in question to a local invisible fence dealer, oh your dogs are getting too many hits that’s why the batteries are dying after several replaced batteries, I was told your wire is older and unfortunately probably comprised by moles are mice chewing. Ok laid new wire. Did not fix the problem. Had several reps out fiddled with the box, replaced batteries and said your system is working fine . Two weeks later my Irish wolfhound is running down a road that’s a 50mph street and another dog in the neighbors yard. Trainer comes out replaced the batteries. Some advice , keep the collars tight it’s not jewelry can’t be flopping up and down- not that it ever was. Few weeks later batteries are dead. Well it must be something in your house draining the batteries. Went on a search to figure that out to no avail. Now we’re in mid summer. Call invisible fence and I ask for a supervisor, I get a supervisor who says gee I am so sorry you had all this trouble. As a courtesy we will replace all three dogs batteries for 1 year. Never something I would have even asked for let alone think of. Batteries came quick few weeks later dead again. Called back,, finally someone with some common sense said sounds like the receivers. Sent out 3 batteries and 2 replacement receivers. Now here we are 3 mos later - where are the replacement batteries I was told I would get. Called invisible fence today and spoke with a rep who said I will have a supervisor call you back in 15-30 min. No call. I call back get a supervisor named Kevin who by the way has no one above him but a Lauren R with no ph # no ext but an address. I have no faith this is an address for Lauren R. 10427 pet safe way knoksville TN 37932 because the conversation about the one yr of batteries for my inconvenience never happened. So therefore over 9 batteries I’m selling my invisible fence disks, collars and box. I purchased pet safe back in April with 3 collars anyway but when they tried to appear if they were helping I stayed the coarse. I do not recommend this over priced company who does not stand by there word. Good bye invisible fence

Cody was AWESOME. So incredibly knowledgable and helpful. He was efficient, kind, and most importantly WONDERFUL with our dogs. We can’t recommend Cody enough to anyone looking to put in Invisible Fence!

We love working with Invisible Fence, Jonathan was our tech who was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable!!… He listened to what we needed, and it was almost like he was reading our mind. When he was done, he had us check to make sure we had everything covered. We knew he had a long day ahead of him. It was hot out there, but he took the time to make sure that we understood where all the wires were, where they were reconnected for us, you could tell he enjoyed what he was doing. He checked on our collars that we had for our puppy to make sure we had batteries and he got us set up on that plan.We truly appreciated his friendliness and help!

Scott was great. He let me know when he would be coming within the 4 hour window. He was on time. He was thorough. He was friendly. He was helpful.

Aaron came out to install Invisible Fence in a yard that had some tricky spots but he did a great job working around it to keep our dog safely in our yard. He easily showed us how the system works and walked our dog through the first training. Great experience and thrilled to have Invisible Fence at our new home.

We had our second training with Angie today. She was great to work with and was able to answer all my questions. She brought her dog to distract ours which I loved since we have a quiet neighborhood.

Brandon was great! He kept me updated on his arrival, walked the line with me to look for issues, and then explained the plan for the repair. He was friendly and knowledgeable and well represented the Invisible fence brand.

Working with Justin and Eric to train our second puppy for the fence was excellent. They were very informative and helpful. They were amazing with our dogs. Answered all my questions and left me feeling very prepared to work with my pup until the next training session. We are very pleased.

Angie is fantastic. I have a sensitive shelter pup who is about 7 months old. Angie was recommended for as a trainer for Invisible Fence training. She took her time with our puppy, assessing, adjusting, and evaluating her constantly before, during, and after training. Angie also wholly understands dogs. Trainers like Angie reflect positively on the Invisible Fence brand.

There is nothing like seeing your pup joyfully racing through your yard. We did not want to put up a physical fence because we have a large corner lot...expense and aesthetics. Had some installation issues that were weird but finally figured out. Had an episode where alarm went off and would not shut off..company responded to fix within 48 hours. Had several trainers...but Jonathan was the one that seemed to enjoy his job and interactions with Raylan. He is the best!

Jonathan came out because we had a break in our line. He was wonderful! We had questions about the service plan and he answered them honestly. He was very knowledgeable & kind. Invisible Fence is lucky to have him as their employee!

We’ve had Invisible Fence for several years now, and it’s been a game-changer for our home life with our dog, Nash. The system gives us peace of mind knowing he’s safe and secure, and it’s been incredibly reliable. Service calls have been few and far between, but when we recently had an issue with our indoor disc, Eric was quick to respond and took care of everything efficiently.
