We had an appointment this morning for instillation of an outdoor shield. Jonathan communicated his arrival time and arrived promptly. Jonathan, was excellent with our dog and setting up the outdoor shield and linking it to her collar. Our invisible fence sign was bent from the recent high winds, so Jonathan provided us with a replacement. We have had our invisible fence for almost a year and highly recommend.

Chris and Scott were great. They are personable and worked really well with our puppy, Abby. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Great guys! Thank you.

The family has been very pleased with crew that worked on our Invisable Fence & training . From Geneiva explaining the system to us & mapping the layout . Cody was the tech that installed the fence and shared some good ideas . Scott trained us ( not the dog) on how we can train the dog learning her boundaries. And Sam was our final trainer amazed at how amazing our Lucy was learning ! The crew was a great team to learn with . Thank you all.And our Star was our smart cockapoo Lucy learning so quickly with minimal correction .

Eric messaged me he was in the area when my appointment wasn’t until tomorrow. I appreciated that. He addressed all my problems I was having, and a few others! Happy with his service and attention to making sure every detail was covered when it involves our dogs safety.

Invisible fence made installation and training so easy for our two small dogs. They both caught on very quickly and are so happy to be able to run around the yard finally! We have a 5 year old Shih Tzu and almost 3 year old Shih Tzu- Bishon mix. They love their new freedom! Jonathan, Scott, Chris and Genevieve were all wonderful to work with and very responsive. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative to a traditional fence!

Great experience with our fence so far! Everyone from the sales Rep Genevieve, to all the trainers Jonathon, Justin, and Jake, have all been so knowledgeable and helpful. We feel confident that our dog is safe as he enjoys the yard!

We are very pleased with Invisible fence itself as well as the company. Our dog has responded very well to it and we are pleased she has extra yard now to be free to run and play in. Jonathan and Cody were wonderful and courteous. Jonathan was here for 3 of our dogs training sessions, he is very knowledgeable and really does care how our dog was responding to it. The company is very responsive whenever calling them as well as texting. I would highly recommend the Invisible Fence to anyone who is considering one.

We are thrilled with our experience with Invisible Fence. We looked at many different fencing options and finally decided upon Invisible Fence for our 5 month old golden retriever puppy, Sunny. We worked with Jonathan, Ethan and Missy, and they were there every step of the way guiding us and training Sunny on her new boundaries. She is loving life in her yard and we especially love the indoor hot spot to keep her away from the kitchen with no issues!

Sunny, being a rambunctious puppy, dug up her line a few weeks after we had it installed, and they were out to fix it the next day free of charge.

Our trainers, Jonathan, Ethan, and Eric, were absolutely outstanding. They were professional, thorough, and great with our dogs. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt confident using the system.

The fence is working incredibly well for our five year old Goldendoodle and our four year old Pitbull. We’ve already seen great results, and it’s given us real peace of mind.

Ernie Demastus from Mr. Roof came out the day after I called to have someone come and provide an estimate regarding fixing a leak in our roof. Ernie was supernice and easy to speak with. He did not pressure us to replace the whole roof and gave us a good quote on repairing and replacing a section of our roof. Signed the contract the next week and we are set to have the work done in a few weeks. Highly recommend Ernie from Mr. Roof.

Joe worked with us to get the best deal. Joe was great, but now that the work has been completed I would not recommend Mr. Roof. Upon arrival on May 15, 2025 one of the workers got out of his work truck and went behind our garage. He returned in view “adjusting” his pants zipper area. Approximately 2 hours later a man entered our property taking pictures. I found out later from the project manager that the man was from OSHA and had sited the crew for safety violations. The roof job was satisfactorily done, but the issues that accompanied make me change my opinion of this company.

Had heard quite a bit about Mr Roof through others. So got in contact about problems with my roof.They sent out a young man Josh.He was very knowledgeable about what was wrong he was patient and spent a great deal of time with our questions and solutions for our problem.I would gladly recommend Josh and Mr Roof.

Don’t be a sucker like I was. Eric is a great sales man, but he over promises and way under deliver. They said that there would be a site manager who would update me throughout the process, that was a lie. Chase didn’t tell me when construction started, and didn’t let me know construction wasn’t going to be finished by the time I got home. They broke my gutters, lit my lawn on fire, did a bad job with the siding, left my yard a mess and threw food in the recycling. A month after construction started and the work they promised still isn’t done. Do not, under any circumstances, use this company for anything.

I was too quick to leave a review and I should’ve waited so I could truly express what great service I got from Eric Mooney with Mr. Roof Cleveland.

Eric made me feel comfortable with all of my choices for the work I was hiring Mr. Roof to do. He understood my situation as I looked to hire Mr. Roof to replace my leaking windows.

The scope of work that Mr. Roof is willing to do help with something like a repair is fantastic. I already have ideas for future plans with their other services.

Ernie from Mr. Roof gave me a quote for a roof replacement and repair options. He was very thorough and honest and gave me options to discuss and make an informative decision. I appreciated his approach and look forward to working with him.
