I’m very happy with my experience with Mr. Roof. Tony was able to work with us on the financial end of things and the day of installation everything went smoothly and by the end of the day, everything was spotless. Christian, the project manager made sure he was available for any questions we had.

Very professional. Every step explained and followed through. Eric Mooney helped get the process started and every expectation I had was met. I had recent bad experiences with home improvement contractors and they erased all anxiety and followed through. Very appreciative of their professionalism and quality of work.

Michael Sharpe came out and provided a very informative presentation. He listened to my concerns and addressed them accordingly. A very seamless process overall and I’m happy with the service Michael provided. Thank you Michael for your expertise and patience while I asked lots of questions and I’m 100% confident I made the right choice with Mr. Roof!

Joe Rabasi came over & did a thorough inspection of my roof and other damage to my fascia and soffit in the back of my house. The crew came over today and replaced some decking and the new shingles, flashed the chimney, tacked up the existing fascia that was broken, and replaced some damaged soffit. I am pleased with the results and I recommend Mr. Roof.

When the team uncovered the dangerous condition of my flat roof, they wasted no time creating a safe, code-compliant rebuild that was watertight and secure in what seemed like the blink of an eye. Each member went above and beyond, showing true care for both the work and the homeowner.

I cannot recommend Mr. Roof more highly. If you want expertise, professionalism, and a team that treats your home as if it were their own, this is the company to trust.

A couple weeks ago we had some bad storms, water was leaking in my basement. Of course I panicked, thought it was a plumbing issue-got someone to come out, they said it was not; but instead a water proofing issue. Called waterproofing they said it was coming from the chimney. Went outside the cap was twisted. With a little research looking for a reputable company with good reviews- I called Mr. Roof for a free estimate { I love free estimates :) } . Spencer Gray came out and got right to it. It was literally a simple fix, weather twisted the cap and they fixed it. Also did an overall assessment of the property and gave some good information on the siding which I am now pursuing with them as well. I’ll be back for another review after that service :)

This is the second job in which Mr. Roof has done for us in two year span. I called them for the second job because of our experience with the first job. This company truely is for their customers. There is constant communication from start to finish. The workmanship is as good as the communications. I will continue to hire them and recommend you do the same!!!

Joe Rabasi was thorough in explaining my roof options. The crew arrived early on the installation day and finished the tear off and installation in one day. I am very happy with everything.

I'm very pleased with the work done by Mr roof. I had my garage roof replaced and the team that came out to do it were super efficient, very polite, and did a really good job. It was an excellent experience with them. Eric, who was my point of contact, was great as well, no pressure and explained what would be done very clearly, and a shout out to the office for keeping me in the loop. I have no complaints, and now I will have a dry garage this winter. So if you need an estimate for roof work, I highly recommend getting one from Mr roof.

One of the most awful and unpleasant experience I've ever had to deal with since I purchased my house. It's just hard to understand how my old gutters that were bent function better than the ones that they installed. I would advise you to really read reviews. I would definitely not choose this company ever in my life again!

I worked with Anthony Hershiser for my roofing needs after a previous company that had previously repaired the roof neglected to reflash the skylights correctly which led to a leak in one of them. Instead of going back to the company that did the roof 3 years ago I decided to go with Mr. Roof. Anthony was great to work with and the pricing was fair which allowed me to get the roof re-done and replace the old skylights and not have to chase down my previous roofing company, which I could've done but the age of the skylights were 20 years old but were in good shape and didn't need replacing but I figured if I'm going to get roof work done again then I wanted new skylights too and didn't want to go back with previous company. I appreciated how Anthony went out of his way to get me a great price when other quotes were coming in at double the price. If anyone asks who did work on my roof, I will direct them to Mr. Roof

Tony, Salesperson was very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and provided various options to get repairs completed. Definitely impressed with his presentation.

Mr. Roof is the best. They are very reasonably priced & upfront on all costs. I did not go through insurance so the special financing was wonderful. Jon was my initial contact. He was patient, friendly & explained everything for me. Fabulous to work with.
On site for the job my project manager Michael was my contact. Throughout the entire day I got pictures & updates on my project. He was fantastic.

I began by requesting estimates from four different vendors by far. The best quote was from Mr. Roof. It was a large enough company to do the job it’s 3400 ft.² roof and 450 feet of gutter covers. They finished a complete job in one day and left the site is clean and neat as they found it. The crew were friendly and courteous and expert in their craft as I wanted to keep bats out of the attic and required the insert of galvanized mesh screen under the Ridge fence they agreed to do it and did a fine job. I would not hesitate to recommend Spencer Gray their representative he was easy to work with knowledgeable and followed up numerous times to make sure the project was was moving forward again. I would not hesitate to recommend this company if you have roofing issues

I wasn’t sure who to contact when the high winds did some damage, but after reading other reviews, I contacted Mr. Roof. Spencer Gray listened to my concerns due to not being in a financial situation right now to commit to a project, but I needed assistance with that panel banging and I just needed to know further damage could be avoided by getting it secured. Spencer did not hesitate to get his ladder, hammer and nails. He did a temporary fix and I wasn’t charged for his professionalism and most importantly, his kindness! Trust me, when times are better for me, I will remember that kindness! Thank you Spencer and Mr. Roof! 🤗

I can't say enough about Tony and the team at Mr Roof for the great work they did on our home last week. We had issues with ice dams. Tony was great in his communications with us and kept us informed of every step throughout their assessment, proposal and installation process.

They were very specific in their recommendation for insulation in our home after carefully inspecting our attic and seeing updates that needed to be made since our home was built in 1996. My wife and I both felt they were very detailed with their inspection and with the insulation recommendation they made for us. The installation team was thorough and clean and did a great job. We were very pleased and would recommend Mr Roof's Cleveland location to anyone. Worth noting that we called the previous company that had installed our roof 10 years ago and while quick to respond, we were far more impressed with Tony and his team.

I recently hired Mr. roof (11/19/2025) for a pretty big job, 17 sqare roof all new decking, chimney had a huge hole in it, several trees in the way, and new rafters. Extremely happy with the job they did!! everything looks fantastic, and their workmanship was top notch!! They went above and beyond, double flashed the chimney, even braced beams that were near two leaks we had!! Including pics, and i highly recommend Mr. roof to anyone needing a roof!! I would also like to give a shout out to Spencer Gray, very patient, fun & easy to work with, very professional and charismatic!!! Highly recommend him as well!! Ty for everything Spencer!!! :)

Bojana came and helped put my ideas into picture. I needed help designing my patio as I just could not visualize it. I explained what I was looking for and the featured wanted with the space I have. I received both a birds eye view of how it would look with all dimensions and then also a 3D rendering zooming into different parts giving me an explicit view of the design. Very happy with the service and 10/10 recommend again!
