We had a great experience with Mr. Roof. Michael Sharpe was the one who sold us our roof and genuinely took the time to get to know us and establish rapport and respect before his sales pitch. We appreciated this very much as young home owners. His effort to be kind and get to know us is what ultimately differentiated this company from others in the area. The tear off and installation process was all completed in the same day. The guys were efficient, diligent, and respectful. Clean up was excellent as well. All in all, Mr. Roof earned a 5 star review from us and we would recommend them to anyone who needs roof work!

Mr. Roof is great!! Eric Mooney came for our consultation when we had a leaking roof, we went over all of our options and thoroughly explained every step of the process when we decided to replace our roof.

Installation was scheduled quickly and completed on time in one day, the crew was great, they cleaned up everything, you'd never know they were here. Great company to work with!

Joe was very thorough & took the time to explain everything thoroughly. He made sure to fully explain the product options, warranties, & finance options. He made us aware of some roof issues & we had just replaced the roof! He wasn't high pressure & said to call him if we have questions. He left a great impression representing the company.

The roof is done and they did a superb job. It was suppose to take 2 days but weather changed for next day to rain/snow, so they sent out their best crew and got it done in one day. They put in 2 new vents and fixed the insulation in attic to make sure there is enough air flows correctly. They followed through with everything they promised. Chase came to inspect and is willing to come back out when gutter helmet reinstalls gutter guards to make sure they didn't mess anything up. I had terrible icicles all around the house since they put in roof and fixed airflow no icicles. I'm very pleased and highly recommend Mr Roof.

I recently had my leaky roof replaced by Mr. Roof. It was a great experience and the prices were reasonable!! I can’t say enough about the excellent customer service I worked with Eric Mooney, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. I also worked with Kathryn Virgo she was also vey helpful with working with my HOA and getting permits. If you are in the market for a new roof. Check out Mr. Roof!!

Everything was great! Love my new gutters. Ernie and team were fantastic! Highly recommend.

We hired Mr. Roof to handle our full roof replacement and new gutters. We got 3 bids for the work and Mr. Roof ended up being the most competitive and was willing to handle our HOA process as well, so they won our project. I was hesitant with the requirement for 50% down payment before starting the project, but after seeing the other quotes this seems to be a standard for our area so I felt better. Overall I couldn't recommend Mr. Roof enough! The following is our experience:

Pros: Customer service level is superb. Responsiveness to emails, texts and phone calls is top notch. This was very important to me with such an expensive purchase. Eric our sales person was amazing. He was thorough, understanding and answered all our questions. Chase our project manager was also amazing. Again responsive, communicative and ended up going above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

Cons: These aren't really Cons, more comments to help level set expectations for others. The project ended up taking longer than expected, but that was weather related and not Mr. Roof's fault. The company made sure the house was protected while it was underway since we experienced weather delays. Also, some of our screens got damaged during the removal process but Chase fixed them all himself so they are great now! And lastly the gutters were done and a few downspouts were missed, but again Chase ensured the work was completed and we were aligned on the plan before the remaining downspouts were added. Chase also answered all my questions during the final walk-through to make sure I felt good about the completed work.

The result is we have a beautiful new roof and gutters and I am very pleased. Mr. Roof made this experience painless and again if you need a new roof seriously consider using Mr. Roof.

Latest ice storm caused the gutters to be ripped off my home. I had Eric, senior project consultant with Mr. Roof out to do a free inspection. He was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable & thorough. Office administration, Sara & Kathryn gave me a warm welcome call & kept me updated on all pre-installation updates. The crew was out within the week. Work was completed in one day and looks amazing! The project managers Chase & Michael performed a post install quality control inspection. Eric never pushed for a decision & when I was ready helped with all my questions. I would highly recommend considering Mr. Roof!

We had rainwater leaking into our laundry room as our built-up asphalt roof on our connected garage was failing. Michael and his team installed a new EPDM flat roof, fixed our rain gutters, a fault in our roof slope, and did a great job updating our roof drains, too. I highly recommend them for their quality of work!

Ernest Demastus Project Consultant came to our house for a roof quote and was very thorough. Ernest explained issues that he found and explained the solution very well. Ernest explained the differences in shingles. Mr Roof also does doors and got a quote for an old door that needs replaced. I was happy that I could go with one company to fix multiple issues.
