Great experience with Jeff at Chappelle Roofing. Friendly, responsive, and the workmanship exceeded expectations.

Last year, Chappelle roofing replaced our roof and did a wonderful job. Yesterday I was having my attic insulation removed to put new in and the person working on it pointed out some cross boards that wiggled. He had never come across that before so I contacted Chappelle.
Ray H. came out to inspect the attic for me to ease my mind. He explained that the stick frame construction used those boards to hold the support beams in place until the ridge board was installed. He further explained that we could remove the wobbly boards as the had nothing to do with the roofs structural integrity.
I love that the company was proactive in insuring their work and giving me peace of mind that things were fine. I again state that I would highly recommend this company. I appreciate Ray giving me a thorough explanation of the situation and was told not to hesitate calling him if I had any other concerns.

I contacted Ray for a leak after a heavy rain storm and Ray and Blake showed up. It was hot and humid
outside. Blake and Ray went to work and sealed up the leak and resealed the entire area where the leak was entering into my home. Blake and Ray did an excellent job coming out to my home on this hot nasty humid day. I would recommend these guys any time and any where because they are dependable and very respectful. I will refer to them any time I have a roofing job or repair and I would also recommend them to all my friends and family . We were very pleased with the work that Chappelle Roofing did on our roof. It turned out beautifully. It was done as promised and they handled all the insurance correspondence. Blake and Ray even came back on a weekend to finish the roof on our shed. I would highly recommend Chappelle Roofing.

I called these guys after we were hit with 3 straight days of rain storms because my backyard shed needed gutters. The rain water was seeping through the foundation and flooding the floor. They were at my house within an hour after my phone call to review the job and give an estimate. Their gutter guy was in my backyard two days later, and tackled the job in less than two hours. I'm extremely happy with the finished product and I'm sure it will solve my water problem. I will definitely do business with Chappelle again. Mike and Tyler were very knowledgeable and quoted a fair price. Mike even showed up after the job to make sure everything was right. These guys are top-of-the-line!!!

Our home was damaged from the Tornado that passed through BrookPark on Aug 8, 2024. Ray from Chappelle Roofing was there within 30 mins after it passed. Ray immediately jumped into action. He took pictures of all the damage. While it was still raining and high winds, Ray was up there tarping our roof that had blown off by himself. We unfortunately had to retain an attorney to combat State Farm’s unwillingness to cover the loss of damages. Throughout the process, Ray and the attorney worked together and got our house roof and siding fully covered. Chappelle Roofing just completed our roof and my wife and I are more than happy with the results. I highly recommend Chappelle Roofing. If you call them,ask for Ray. He is hands down the most professional and knowledgeable roofing/siding and all around construction related individual I’ve came across.
