Just want to give a shoutout to the Alert team in their timely manner when it comes to showing up and getting things done! Also for staying in touch and explaining about the work that is going to be performed. Want to thank Elias as well for showing me the work he and his crew did. Also for answering any questions I had for him!

We recently dealt with a water damage issue and hired Alert Restoration to handle it. Martin was sent out to assist us, and he performed excellent work. The results were fantastic, and we are very happy with the outcome. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of professional restoration.

Edgar and Marcos showed up within an hour of contacting the office. The assistant Tina in the front office was wonderful and most helpful. I highly recommend them. Really takes the ease and stress off of a disaster.

I should have listened to the people who warned me not to use Alert Disaster Restoration. My experience with this company has been a complete nightmare.
From the beginning, the workers they sent were completely unqualified. They clearly had no training or supervision. They painted without cleaning or prepping the walls, left plaster unfinished, and have had to come back multiple times to “fix” the same areas because their work keeps failing. Every visit creates more problems instead of solving them.
They were careless with my home — they got paint on my furniture and appliances, and didn’t bother to protect anything properly. The quality of their work looks rushed and unprofessional, as if they were hired off the street that same morning.
Even worse, no one from Alert Disaster supervised the job. I was the only person paying attention to what was being done, and I had to constantly point out mistakes and ask for corrections. I even joked with them that I should be getting paid as the “foreman” since I was the only one managing the project.
To make matters worse, the billing has been confusing, inconsistent, and full of unexplained charges.
Overall, this company shows zero professionalism, poor workmanship, and no customer care. I truly regret hiring them and wish I had listened to the warnings. Do not use this company — I learned the hard way.

Alert Disaster Restoration was great to work with. They helped diagnose and take care of water damage in my home quickly and professionally. Big shoutout to Alex for doing an awesome job and explaining everything clearly. Highly recommend them.

I want to thank Kelly and her team/family for helping us out. Our solar panels were installed in 2020, and in 2021 started to produce about half the energy they had previously been producing. I was nervous and unsure as to how to even go about fixing them and figured someone would charge us thousands to do so. Kelly and her daughter (shout out) read our contract, looked at our solar data, and helped get someone out quickly to fix the problem at an extremely affordable rate. Mitchell and his boss were great to work with. They were on time, transparent with information, worked with the insurance company. They sent a big crew and finished our big, complex roof in 1 day. The last time it took 3days for another contractor to do it.
