We've worked with Texan Concrete Specialists for over 5 years and have never had a single issue. They truly live up to their name—specialists. We've used them across multiple commercial properties, and every project has been completely hands-off. They get it done right the first time. Our sites involve very heavy equipment, and their pads have held up perfectly for years—no cracks, no failures, unlike others we've tried. If you want the job done right without having to babysit, these are the guys.

I hired Texas Concrete Specialist for a patio extension and I couldn't be more satisfied with the results. Their work is top-notch, and they were patient, professional, and attentive throughout the entire process.

I did not have a huge budget, but my patio was a mess. I told them my situation and they wanted to help me. Regardless how small my job was, they brought an army of guys and equipment to get the job done in a couple of hours. I have never experienced this before with any contractor in my life. They seriously pulled out the red carpet for me. Amazing people and I will always be forever thankful.

After my house burned down, I had a very positive experience working with Gregg Construction. From start to finish, Glenn, Cara, Starla, and Brandon were excellent to work with. They communicated clearly throughout the entire process and were very responsive whenever I had questions or concerns.

They also worked closely with my homeowners insurance and mortgage company, which made a difficult situation much easier to manage. I appreciated how smoothly they handled the coordination and kept the project moving forward.

Now that the home is complete, I’m very happy with the quality of the work. The finished result looks great, and I truly love my rebuilt home.

I don’t often write a review, but when I do it is because of either a horrible experience, or an exceptionally well one. This review is for the latter concerning Gregg Construction; one of the preferred vendors (for my national insurance company) in the Dallas-Fort Worth area for fire damage restoration services.

Chris Cartwright, the head of Gregg Construction quickly called me after USAA notified them after we suffered fire damage as a result of a garage fire. Chris and his leadership staff stated up front, that their goal is to under-promise, and over-deliver. I can say in short, that is exactly what they did! What was going to be a 6-week full demolition and reconstruction project of our entire garage was done in 5 weeks.

Their attention to detail, commitment to customer satisfaction, and forward-leaning communication demonstrated some of the highest caliber performance I’ve seen in a service provider. There were times that their staff even worked weekends to support the timeline when weather was an adverse factor in the project timeline. Their workers onsite throughout the process were consistently pleasant and supportive to even the finer details. Weird to say, but when the project was complete, I had a bittersweet moment in saying goodbye to them as they headed to their next assignment.

There is no doubt that (heaven-forbid I need another repair job due to fire damage), I would hesitate to again seek use of Gregg Construction of Hurst, TX! A job very well done!

Brandon Webster and Matt McCasland were our saving grace after our catastrophic fire last year. They were trustworthy, knowledgeable, forthright, and most importantly, honest. They talked me through things, were responsive, and listened to my construction goals. While not everything went perfectly (that would be unrealistic for a total home renovation), the few times something went awry, they made it right. I only wish that they might consider working with me on future rennovations as well.

After fire damage to our home, Gregg accomplished a complete remodel from floor to roof. They worked with us throughout the entire process, helping us choose everything from cabinet styles, flooring, to paint colors. As a result of a major water break to our Granbury home, USAA and Gregg Construction put the internal house back to original condition. Gary Hoard was the Gregg Construction project manager directing all phases of the interior reconstruction in a professional, neighborly and superb manor. We rate this contactor a 10 on a 10 scale! The coordination with the numerous sub-contractors and the their driven standard of quality was perfect to pure perfectionist requirements. Brian, the daily on-site team leader was excellent ensuring cleanliness and quality of each sub-job, particularly with wallboard and painting. When Gary was on a well deserved vacation for a week, Tina filled in seamlessly never missing a beat. We would never wish this kind of a water damage problem for anyone, but having USAA and the Gregg Construction team made our recovery easy and with little pain. I most strongly and without question recommend their services!

After an electrical fire in our 1971-built home, it was difficult to imagine it would ever feel whole again. Choosing Gregg Construction was truly one of the best decisions we could have made. From our initial consultation to the final reveal, Brandon Webster was a calm, knowledgeable, and professional presence throughout the entire process.

Our project manager, Tyler, took the reins with confidence. He kept us informed every step of the way and was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. His patience and courtesy were so appreciated. Carra’s interior design guidance was also invaluable—she went out of her way to make sure we were happy with each detail, including the backsplash selection.

I truly can’t say enough good things about the entire Gregg Construction team. Even our neighbors, who watched the progress daily, commented on the quality of the work and how thoroughly everything was done. Oscar, the foreman overseeing the roof removal and rebuild was also fantastic.

As many know, the smell of smoke can linger if a fire restoration isn’t done properly. A neighbor shared that her mother’s home still smelled of smoke years later because the restoration company didn’t replace all the damaged wood. That wasn’t the case with our home—Gregg Construction rebuilt everything the right way and made it even better than before. The finished result is absolutely beautiful.

If we ever need another remodel, I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

911 exteriors roofing and construction is the best . The owner and the entire team are so patient and hard working especially with my claim which was a complicated and challenging insurance claim , Despite the challenges, never did they complain about anything.
They worked tirelessly on my insurance claim and did an absolutely amazing job. I can’t recommend 911 exteriors enough.

Overall a pretty good experience. As anyone knows getting approved for a new roof can be a task on its own. 911 pushes to get it done (through a lawyer) but it took over a year, not 911 exteriors fault.

Not much communication along the way and I had to reach out several times for updates. When approved, the work got done fast but interior crew had to come back twice to complete a small job.

I would recommend them in the future.

From the moment Ash showed up at our door, we knew we were in good hands. We have unfortunately had several hails storms directly hit our neighborhood in the past year and had NO idea that it caused damage to our roof. That is until water started leaking into our back room 😭 we thought maybe it was an issue caused from some backyard renovations we did but our patio company recommended 911 to come out and take a look. And I’m so thankful they did! Ash was knowledgeable, professional and showed us detailed photos of what was causing the issue. As soon as they put the temporary cover on, the leaking stopped. He was up front that this process with the insurance company would take a while, so we knew exactly what to expect time frame wise and were patient. We didn’t have to do a thing. His team battled the insurance company and in the end we were able to get multiple things replaced or repaired. We are beyond happy with the results.

Just a couple of side notes as a homeowner, that I wish I would have thought through ahead of time. Make sure that you take precautions on protecting plants that are close to the house while your roof is getting redone. Some of ours ended up getting squished from falling shingles. Also take down or move anything that you don’t want to get wet if you have to have your gutters replaced. We didn’t take this into account and had to replace a TV at no fault to 911. Sometimes scheduling isn’t as quick as you think it might be due to weather, so just be prepared. Overall a wonderful experience! I would recommend to everyone!

***UPDATE: This is how amazing this company is. Ash just called after reading my review and not only apologized for the plants and TV damage, but is sending us a check to cover the cost of the new TV we had to purchase. I do not blame them one bit for either of these incidents as sometimes things happen and we could have been more proactive. But I am so very appreciative of the level of customer service that he and his company provide. This kind of dedication to quality workmanship and attention to detail is rare to find today. I will be recommending his company to everyone I know in the future. Thank you again!
