I was very grateful for the help through my insurance claim even after my HOA was giving me a lot of problems, selecting a color the owner of 911 exteriors, Mr. Ash Abraham came and assisted us called the HOA personally and got it taken care of. They handled all the stress for us through the claim through the hell storm Making sure everything was clean and making sure I had the best possible shingles. I highly recommend them. they are well deserving of the five star rating they’ve earned.

I contacted 911 Exteriors after a tree limb fell on my roof and fence, causing damage that needed to be repaired. My insurance company made an initial appraisal for an amount of damage that was barely above my insurance deductible. Ash and his team at 911 Exteriors fought for a full roof replacement due to the age and condition of my roof, and after a lengthy battle they won. It was a long process, and I almost gave in due to my impatience dealing with the insurance company on my first big claim. I'm glad I stuck with 911 Exteriors, however, as they were able to fully replace my roof and repair the damaged section of fence, all for the same out-of-pocket amount. The roof is fully warrantied and the repairs took place over a couple days. Ash was flexible and responsive, and always had the customer in mind.

I needed a new roof after some hail and wind storms in my area. My homeowners insurance inspected my home and said the roof was fine,not any damage to the roof. After some shingles blew off from the last storm,I thought to get s second opinion. I call 911 Exteriors and spoke to Ash about my concerns. He sent a inspector out and found more damage the I expected. He also tarped my roof to avoid anymore more damage. They worked with my insurance and got ne a new roof. The crew fixed my roof quickly and keep everything clean. Everyone that I spoke to was courteous and professional from the owner and inspectors,the roofers and the office staff. Replaced the roof on an existing pergola and did a fantastic job! Previous roof was polycarbonate plastic. Professionalism, Communication, materials, employees and customer service was great! We are very pleased and would recommend them to our Family and Friends.

911 exteriors did a fabulous job replacing my roof. The best part was how they took the responsibility of having to deal with the insurance company off of my shoulders. The worry that I had was gone! Ash and his team at his office were very knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with the adjusters, insurance company and the whole process. They kept me up-to-date the entire time. They replaced my entire roof, installed new gutters, window screens and even some interior painting. I can't thank the whole team at 911 exteriors enough. They even found additional damage to the decking and took care of it. They earned 10 stars!

I am very pleased with the quality of repairs and service received from 911 Exteriors on my rooftop terrace. Having a roof leaking is a stressful event and not something you have to deal with that often. I live in a townhouse where the “floor “of the rooftop terrace is my ceiling for my primary bedroom. The leak was causing damage in the bedroom and I needed to get it repaired ASAP. I called 911 Exteriors in the morning and within two hours Ash Abraham and a roof technician came to my house to assess the situation. Ash later sent me a quote for the repairs and we scheduled a time to get the work done. The repairs were done the day we had scheduled and they did the job right and didn’t take any shortcuts. They also cleaned up everything and you couldn’t tell they had even been there. Ash is someone you can trust. The service was prompt, honest, and professional. It seems it so hard to find reliable, trustworthy, competent, and professional service these days, but Ash and 911 Exteriors clearly take great pride in their work. I highly recommend this Company.

911 Exteriors went above and beyond delivering a new roof. Ours was complicated by the fact that we had Solar Panels that had to be removed and replaced. Also Ash and his team had to deal with a very reluctant insurance company for coverage. Both of these issues required multiple months to get approvals but 911 stayed the course and resolved all the issues created by both companies. We have a great looking roof, Solar working as new and Ash also changed out our Power vent and aging Sky light. Couldn’t be happier and would recommend 911 Exteriors for any repair needs.

These guys at 911 Exteriors Roofing and Construction did an incredible job. Mr. Abraham patiently explained the entire process, ensuring the quality was maintained throughout. The new roofing color and replacement rain gutters transformed our home’s appearance, making it look brand new again. Even the chimney stack siding repairs and painting were done with such care that they appeared brand new as well. Additionally, they provided service construction services as part of our claim for interior Sheetrock repairs and painting caused by the roof leak. They handled that as well. The overall outcome was fantastic. Our home looks beautiful. They were punctual, hardworking professionals.

Mr. Ash was great to work through the process of getting my roof replaced and dealing with my insurance company. If he wasn’t involved, I’m not sure we would have gotten coverage for it from the adjuster. If you want integrity, good qualities of shingles

The team worked efficiently over the weekend, paying close attention to every detail—even improving the poorly aligned decking underneath. I had my roof replaced due to hail damage, and 911 Exteriors Roofing and Construction did an excellent job from start to finish. Fernando, the project manager was knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful. He guided me through the entire process — from filing the insurance claim to completing the roof replacement. Another roofer told me my roof was fine, but 911 Exteriors helped get my claim smoothly approved. Their professionalism, communication, and quality of work were outstanding. Highly recommend!
