Hired to do several things. They don't respond in email and text messages. We have an issue with the concrete pool they did and we're only receiving silent treatment.

Stay away from this company. They don't have real office and only P.O. box. You can't find them after they got the money to come and fix the issue. Ask for original receipt when you pay them.

Had a problem with a sprinkler head in our spray booth. Technicians arrived quickly and replaced with a new part. They where very friendly , professional and had us back up and running in no time.

Our church was very satisfied with Confires Fire Protection Service, LLC's recent inspection of our fire alarm system. Scheduling our inspection was easy, and their technician was knowledgeable and helpful.

First, Elena Stults no longer works here. My name is Ken Jones. Next, I was told that someone would be here on Monday April 6 between 11&3. No one showed up or called. I received no contact until someone showed up on April 13. I was given no contact number or name when the appointment was made. Lousy customer service. The tech was polite, proficient and professional.

Confires has been great with our property. I manage an apartment complex in NJ and we use Confires to monitor our fire alarms at our site and when ever we have any issues I call Michele Beadle she has always been a great help with her responsiveness and her customer service!! Bill Meile is also a technician. He is prompt and is very knowledgeable and great has workmanship.

Gillian initially was so nice to explains everything and helping us to speedup the process made us feel like they care for their customers. But after we agreed and sign quotes for expensive renew kitchen link system which Gillian said everything is included in the quote (I tried to ask Gillian 5 times if there are another hidden fees or surprise fees afterward) she stated clearly that there won't be any extra charges, only the township inspection fees and the licence fees. When Eddie the technician came, he explained a couple times that the extinguisher and all the things that need to change or fix has problems. But they excluded this in the quote.

1/22 updated: Gillian called to explain patiently that Daniel send 2 quotes in the same day which I had missed and did not sign on the same day. Will update if everything goes smoothly.

1/27 updated: Townhall finally approved. Gillian was very nice and diligently helps contact my electrician and making all necessary appointments. Very liable company. We really appreciate it.

Top Shelf Service.
Andrew and I spent some time together during a substantial project recently. I found him to be one of the most helpful guys around, really goes out of his way to be patient, careful and informative.

We have been using Confires for years. It is very reliable company. Their employees are pleasant and thorough. We highly recommend this service and will continue to use it.

Had a wonderful experience with Confires recently. We have always used them for maintaining fire extinguishers and keeping us in compliance with exit lights and the like but we needed to install a fire alarm system in our 12,000 square foot building in Mays Landing. Confires was the best price and the service was outstanding. Techs Bill and Ricky were professional and guided us through the whole process including waiting around for the fire and electrical inspectors to do their final review and approval. Administrative support was top shelf as well. We were very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend.

i am happy with Confires They honor appointments The technicians are polite, knowledgeable and answer all my questions.
