It was a pleasure working with Confires, installing a new fie alarm system in our Church. The technical team was very talented, making for a very efficient installation. The supervisory staff were very professional, responding promptly to our queries.

We had the pleasure of working with Confires Fire Protection Service technician Damion Summerer. He was very professional and showed up in the appointment time window that was provided to us from the company. He was called to come out to our center to fix issues that weren't previously fixed before from a different technician that we had prior from this company. Damion was very patient and understanding of the situation. He went above and beyond to get the job done correctly. We appreciate him taking the time to double check and make sure everything was working to our company standards.

I called this company because we had a urgent need of assistance and this company understood my frustrations and went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule the staff all professional, understanding, and they got the job done. What excellent work by Christian today. The professional manner and ability to slowly explain what he did on site, and what still needs to be done, made for a very positive customer service event. It is such a pleasure working with everyone at Confires. Everyone at Confires is extremely personable, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. Samantha, Danielle and Lauren are wonderful to work with. They handle proposals, scheduling the work, invoicing and providing service reports. All of these ladies are amazing. I met Ty, Alonzo and Nick when they came to the site I manage to provide the annual inspection services and the 5-year fire suppression system testing services. All of these gentlemen called when they arrived at the building and introduced themselves when we first met. I'm so happy that we switched from our previous company to work with Confires. The team at Confires works well together to provide seamless service. I can't say enough about how wonderful the people at this company are. They provide great service and truly care about their customers.

We use Confires for our annual inspection for quite a long time. They always provide excellent service. Yesterday was our annual inspection. Damion, our technician was extremely personable, professional and very helpful reorganizing our fire extinguishers. Thank You Confires!

Damien was in and out very quickly. SInce he had been here before, he knew the building and where all the existing fire extinguishers were. Confires does a great job with all our facility's fire protection needs.. Damion is a great tech, he understands the job ,makes things easy to understand , is very helpful and professional.

Great technicians. They were courteous and gave great service. Bill and Nick are the best. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied. I recommend these guys because they get the job done.

Har to perform maintenance on system at my business that they installed. Arranged a multi thousand pound delivery hours before they arrived with delivery order they driver not responsible for offload.
Have called them multiple times. Never get a call back. Meanwhile the fire alarm in my building continues to ring day after day. Arguably the worst fire company I have ever worked with in the US.

I called. Made the appt. My staff took care of it. I paid the bill. I passed the township inspection. All is good! I adore this company! They make this one section of my business life simple! Thank you!
