Professional and friendly service. We've been using their service for about 15 years!

They do not respond or follow up as required. We had a pump test failure over a week ago which resulted in the system being red tagged. I left a voice mail requesting someone contact me with the next steps. Instead I received a email with a copy of the inspection report and a statement saying my sprinkler manager would be contacting me. I stll have not received any communication from the company. I have been working with another company and am set to have the repair completed by the end of this week. Last year we also had an inspection failure, again they red tagged the system on Friday morning but did not notify us until Monday afternoon by email. A phone call should have been the immediate action to notify us they shut down our system. During that time we should have had a fire watch patrol in place. Do not use Confires.

Always on time, using theam for over 10 years, no issues at all.

He was on time and courteous. All inspections should be completed as throuthly .
