Custom Home Builder reviews across the US

Old Town Design Build has done fabulous work building our new house in the Old Town North neighborhood.

Apparently their $70k trucks didn't come with working turn signals. Consideration is not their strength. Their character is questionable.

This is by far the best contractor in Fort Collins and northern Colorado area.

Really poor service and unprofessional service over the phone to the point that I believe it’s a racial profiling just for saying your name. I was happy that I found this company and their website looks incredible but unfortunately they were rude and unprofessional

Scam Artist Alert! Bailed on contract after 3 months and took most of my $5000 deposit with no deliverables and huge margins. Did not provide adequate itemized receipts. Will leave you for hanging for better contracts and then bill you for it. Huge mistake.

Loveland Design Carpet One Floor & More is very proud to work with Old Town Design Build. We appreciate their attention to detail and the amazing customer service they provide to their homeowners.

Chuck and Kiera are committed to constructing Quality Built projects, large or small. They share a wealth of knowledge and experience that will benefit all their Clients. I would highly recommend their Company to anyone who is looking to have a project built.

We've had a decades long relationship with Chuck, Keira and the Old Town team of professionals. They have been our choice for repairs after a tornado, a semi-finished storage building and an oversized garage addition. I am so grateful to them for their attention to the extra details and extraordinary care they extend to make sure the job gets done right. They are my choice for building needs and I would recommend them to anyone for their building needs as well.

From business to business, Old Town Design Build has been a pleasure to work with. Professional, attentive, and great at thinking outside the box to deliver a great product every time. From the designers, to the guys in the field, this team has it together.

Thank you.

Old Town Design Build is such a fabulous partner to us at Weaver Stone Company. Their excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail when creating a vision is so amazing to see. Keira and her staff truly have a passion for what they do! I would recommend them over and over again if you are looking for an organized process, great communication, and just stunning home projects.

I have had the pleasure of providing Old Town Design Build with their countertops for several years. If you are looking for a hands-on design build, this is your builder! They do the most unique, fun projects and the quality is outstanding!

From ground breaking to the day I stepped into my new home, Old Town Design Build gave me an exceptional experience. Keira and her team offer nothing short of spectacular and timely service, professionalism, attention to detail, a careful ear and keen eye, advice and 100% satisfaction. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Absolutely the worst. Would never recommend.. Take a site visit and meet his entire crew that he doesn’t have. I recommend you don’t pay a thing until the work is complete and check your invoices closely.

OMG - I happily owe my friend many fancy dinners for introducing me to you. What a pleasure to meet such experienced, qualified and very talented people. So excited to having you build my Dream Home!

We could not be happier with the job that the Carriero team did for us building our home. They are excellent communicators and kept us updated and ahead of choices that needed to be made, They were honest and transparent with everything and fair in pricing.

The quality of work was outstanding. They paid meticulous attention to details and completed a very complicated project right on schedule. They took so much stress out of what is otherwise a very stressful undertaking. We would highly recommend them!

Carreiro Builders did an excellent job for us when they completed a total remodel of a 4500 sq ft home. We were so impressed with their work that we chose them for another project and built our new 3,100 sq ft home more recently in 2018.

Tom Carreiro was always responsive to us and provided a lot of value by offering excellent suggestions of how to improve our architectural plans. He is a man of high integrity and delivered both our projects on time and with excellent quality. When issues arose, as they always do in construction, he and his team provided common sense solutions and kept an eye on keeping us within budget.

My wife and I highly recommend the Carreiro Team.

Carreiro Team built our dream home in Windsor and we couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this once in a lifetime dream home. The team was always on the job, they were organized, paid attention to details, left everything clean everyday. Tom worked with us on costs and kept all subcontractors to agreed upon prices. The job was done in time, great help with permitting (someone was always here when Inspectors were scheduled). The carpenters, plumber, HVAC and tile subcontractors were especially wonderful. We could not have chosen a better team. To this day we have deep gratitude for the beautiful home we get to live in everyday and know it would not have happened without the Carreiro Team.
