From the day we walked into Dora's office everything has just fallen into place. I'm glad "other people" have had a better experience. Made an appointment in advance and was stood up by a relations representative...No explanation, no apology and it seemed pretty apparent how they treat certain people.
What really upset me the most, is that I took off from work specifically to meet with this company representative, as a potential client for new home construction.
But rest assure that I will share my experience with every person like myself, who's ready to build and who looks like me to take their business somewhere else.

Communication has been good compared to other companies I have dealt with in the past on other issues.

We decided to take the leap and build our forever home with united built. After several delays with the land survey, we finally got started and after 5months we are almost done! So happy with how everything has come together. We have referred several people to United Built Homes and one just closed to build their forever home. Thank you UBH!
