United Built Homes has made the 1st time home building experience stressless. Dora, Shane and Wendy have all gone above and beyond to make the home come to life from a vision. I can't imagine doing this journey with anyone else. Very professional and timely. No delays. Great job!

All of the team at United are excellent to work with ( Chris, Wendy, and Frankie). They have made the house building a great experience for our family. Wendy is our sales consultant who has made the whole process easy. We went in with a "idea" of what type of home we wanted. She guided us thru the options and we found the perfect home for us. Frankie the contractor is great to work with as well. Anytime we have a question or concern he is always very responsive and knowledge able as well. Chris the general manager has a amazing team.

UBH built me a fine home. From the initial meeting with the sales lady out of the Bossier office Mrs Dora Hatcher made the loan process a breeze. She gave me alot of options and let me pick out everything i wanted. The construction superintendent, Shane Smith did an excellent job building the house. 8 months and they were done. 100% recommend Bossier office.

We recently had our home completed and we are extremely satisfied with the entire process. Jerry was helpful and answered all our questions. Shane was absolutely incredible and was quick to respond anytime we had any issues or questions about the build. All of the workers they sent did quality work. Mr. Roy and his son did our electrical and Mr. Dwight and his sons Daniel and Steven did our interior painting. They were all great to work with and we enjoyed them being around. We will use both of these gentlemen to do any work we need in the future. The ladies in office were also very helpful and assisted us throughout the entire process. We highly recommend United Built in Bossier City.

With all new things come some hiccups but each time Ms. Dora, Mr. Shane and Mrs. Delilah were there to help walk us through the issue, even if it wasn’t a building issue. A great team who went above and beyond!!

Man this place is awesome! Even as a realtor I had alot of questions for new construction and Jared walked us through it with ease!!!

Our experience with UBH has been wonderful. Dora Hatcher has been so helpful and has answered every call (even on weekends when I think of question) and answered every question that I've had. Shane, the construction manager has also been more that willing to answer questions, share past experiences that have also helped answer some of our questions. Without a doubt, we would recommend them to anyone looking to build a home!

United did such an amazing job on our house! I would do it 100 times over! Shane, Jerry, and Wendy were unbelievably helpful. Anytime I had a problem they were on it to get whatever fixed or done. Jerry was our salesman and made sure we were able to pick the plan that we loved and helped us to start the build! Shane was our contractor and was very good with communicating and making sure everything with the build went smoothly. Wendy worked in the office and I cannot say enough good things about her! She did many things that probably wasn’t even her job! I found myself calling her sometimes just to talk! I am in love with everything they did and I thank everyone that had a hand in building our forever home!

Dora has been incredibly helpful with our planning process and with our entering into a contract for the construction of our new home. Dora, Chris, and Shane are all great to work with and we feel secure with their attention and expertise. Our new home is currently being built and we are extremely happy with our decision to have United Built Homes build it.

Update: We are very impressed with all of the work done to date on our new home. The foundation, framing, roofing, in wall plumbing, HVAC, insulation and sheetrock are in place and the quality of each item has been excellent from our perspective. United Built has kept us updated as to the progress and scheduling of each step. So far our overall experience has been excellent.

We have had a fantastic experience with High Country Homes and their team. They have been very responsive and would recommend them to anyone looking for a home!

High Country Homes far exceeded my expectations for our special home building process. My husband and I spent months looking at different builders and comparing floorplans, builds, amenities and nothing felt right. From the moment we toured a few floorplans that belonged to High Country Homes, we knew we finally found our home! We loved that they were a local builder and very personable! They made us feel like our feelings, thoughts and ideas all mattered and were with us every step of the way!! Every little detail that goes into buying a home, details, colors- Jeff and Cory had such personable customer service and guided us every step of the way! Choosing to build can be scary but High Country Homes made it feel so easy! The finished product of our home and the quality and details turned out amazing! Some standard amenities that came with our floorplan would be an expensive upgrade with anyone else! We feel truly blessed! Even after we closed they were always available to answer any questions we had and checked in on us if they were in the neighborhood with other builds! I HIGHLY recommend High Country Homes!! High Country Homes built our dream home in 2016. Our floor plan was highly customized from on of HC standard floor plans. Throughout the design and build process, Jeff Caseber (owner) was supportive, available and communicative. After we took possession, Jeff was still available to us to answer questions and trouble shoot small problems we encountered. At our age, it is doubtful we will build again, but if we did, I would definitely go back to HCH for a bid.

We entrusted High Country Homes to build our custom home on our plot of land. It was a pleasure working with Jeff as he helped turn our concept into reality. We appreciated his honesty, integrity, professionalism during the months of the building process. He is an experienced builder and his expertise played a critical role in completion of the project.
