Cynthia is an exceptional professional who exceeded my expectations in both custom home building and real estate. Her attention to detail, creativity, and expertise in dream homes is unmatched. As an agent, she demonstrated unparalleled knowledge of the market and provided invaluable guidance throughout the entire process. Cynthia's dedication, passion, and commitment to her clients are truly remarkable. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trusted partner in building or buying their perfect home.

From start to finish, Cynthia is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly attentive real estate agent. She takes the time to understand exactly what her clients are looking for and guide them through every step of the home-buying process with patience and expertise. I’m beyond impressed with Cynthia’s work and would recommend her and the Dream Construction Co. to anyone looking to buy/build their dream home.

We work with Dream as structural engineers. They are very professional. They do not cut corners. They always make sure they are doing things the right way.

Dream did a great job on my RV garage, I added a few extra items during construction and they were more that fair on the pricing of the extras.

My construction adventure started in 2017. I interviewed several contractors and selected Dream Construction.

They did an outstanding job building my 4900 sq ft custom home. Cyndi's interior design expertise made our decision-making process effortless. Highly recommend thier services.

Dream Construction did a fantastic job on our "build from scratch" forever home. If you are looking for a construction company who will truly listen to what YOU want in a custom home, and actually deliver on that dream, look no further. You will not find a better, more ethical company than Dream Construction. Absolutely phenomenal experience.

Sapphire built my home eight years ago. My home still feels as new as the day we got it. The quality & the craftsmanship speaks of the brand. Randy and his entire team are great people with complete transparency. You get what you signed up for. I highly recommend that you reach out to Sapphire when you are ready to build your dream home.

We built our home with Sapphire Luxury Homes in 2022, and I would do it all over again! The entire process was smooth and stress-free thanks to Randy and his team. Communication was always clear, and any questions were handled quickly and professionally.

We moved in in 2023, and it truly was a dream come true. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and Randy’s attention to detail from start to handing over the keys was impeccable. Even after move-in, the team remained responsive and helpful.

We couldn’t be happier with our home and highly recommend SAPPHIRE LUXURY

Great builder. Exceeded expectations on all fronts. Honest, timely and a pleasure to work with.

Great experience from day 1 of signing till today ( 2 yrs after moving in).
Very helpful and responsive team.
Customer service is top notch.
Shout out to Jake Rimatzki for his wonderful work.

We could not be happier with our experience with Sapphire Luxury Homes! From the very beginning, the attention to detail, creativity, and professionalism were outstanding. The entire process — from designing and building our home to creating the beautiful landscaping — was handled with such care and expertise.

The craftsmanship throughout the house is exceptional, and the design perfectly captured everything we envisioned. The landscaping completely transformed the property and tied everything together beautifully. Communication was always excellent, timelines were respected, and every detail was thoughtfully executed.

It’s rare to find a team that excels in design, construction, and landscaping all at once, but they truly exceeded our expectations in every way. We are so grateful for the incredible work and would highly recommend Sapphire and their team to anyone looking to build their dream home!
