We had them add additional ceiling rafters in our garage so it could be finished in the future. Brian S. was great to work with to help plan the work and the crew did a great job including clean-up! Would definitely hire them again for other projects we are considering!

Absolutely wonderful experience! As a senior, I was concerned about approaching this siding project on my own. The Coty Construction crew was courteous, kind and professional. Nick met with me, patiently reviewed my options, and guided me in making decisions that resulted in the final product that I love! My home now has the curb appeal that I’ve always desired. I had a very good experience with Coty Construction. They replaced my roof after hail damage. The entire process run smoothly from beginning to end. They talked directly with my insurance company and secured proper coverage for the repair. Nick was very kind and patient, and didn’t hesitate to explain all the options I had for types of roofs, skylights, and other small things of the process. Their timing was good as well. I would highly recommend this company to any of my friends and would hire the services again without a doubt.

Last summer we had our deck replaced. Mark, the rep who worked with us, was very forthright, honest— there were no unpleasant surprises. He explained everything very well. The workmanship and quality of materials was excellent. The project was completed on schedule as promised and very timely. Would definitely call on Coty for future projects!

The crew removed an old concrete patio and walkway, properly leveled and graded my lawn to fix water issues, built a deck, and finished with new sod...they did all this in less than a week. They are very professional, had the right tools for the job, the price was great and the work was excellent! I highly recommend them!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We did our research and got four quotes for a deck and all of them were about the same but every one seemed to be missing something and it was frustrating having to keep asking for adjustments. Our deciding factor on hiring Cuzzin was Luke, he was quick to respond, provided us with all the details and catered to what we really wanted for a vision. Even during construction we decided to add some lights on the steps and he was so awesome to make that happen. Marcus and his crew were at our house every morning on time and really did a fantastic job! Start to finish was only about a week. Cuzzin Construction did a great job on the tear down & rebuild of our 35-year-old deck. They were on time & budget in completing our project. The communication during the planning process & completion was outstanding. I would highly recommend them as they also installed new windows for us a couple of years ago. Very professional!

The Cuzzin Construction crew came out and finished our deck after another contractor went out of business half way through the job. They did a fantastic job. I wish we would have hired them in the first place. If you are building a deck I can not recommend them more. They started on time and completed principal construction in just a few days. They were good at communicating and letting us know where the project stood and what still needed to be done. They even arranged for a city inspector to come out right before the city shut down for COVID. The few punch list items I found were addressed promptly and without complaint. Highly Recommended.

I was looking to have a rather large composite deck (20'X24'), even with our back landing (about 3' off the ground). I choose a few builders I found online and got quotes in late Feb. Luke from Cuzzin was quick to respond, and he was very thorough in explaining the options and process that would take place.

Cuzzin wasn't the lowest quote I got, but one of my stipulations was I wanted the deck completed by July 4th. After some planning and consideration Luke said they could meet that requirement.

Work on the deck started in mid-May, and things progressed quickly. The crew that worked on our deck was professional and were obviously skilled. The deck was completed early June (way ahead of when I expected). It looks great, and I can tell it was built sturdy to last.

I would recommend anyone looking at building a deck to consider Cuzzin Construction. It might not be cheap, but you will be happy with the final results.

From the free quotation visit to deck installation, it was a hassle-free process I experienced. Luke and his team were truly professional. The cost is competitive and reasonable. Most of all, their service is top-notch. With our full satisfaction, we allowed them to put their ad signboard in our front/backyard for more than 2 weeks. Anyone who is thinking of building a deck, I would strongly recommend Cuzzin without a second thought.

Cuzzin Construction recently replaced my old deck and I could not be happier with the work they did or the service they provided. From our very first meeting, the team was always responsive and provided helpful, well-thought-out recommendations. While on site, they kept me informed of what to expect and took time to explain specific steps they were taking to ensure that my new deck would be much more sturdy and long-lasting than the one they replaced. Now that it is completed, the deck looks great and is solid as a rock. This is a direct reflection of the team’s commitment to quality construction and service. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. Call them, you won’t go wrong.

We originally contacted Cuzzin Construction last fall about removing our old cedar decking and replacing with composite while re-using the deck framing. Luke stopped out and pointed out some code issues that would preclude using the old framing as well as other reasons that unfortunately would drive us towards a complete replacement. (All verified by contacting the city engineer- so Luke was not just trying to upsell us).

Luke worked on a few designs based on our old deck configuration as well as inputs from us on improvements. He was very helpful with his assistance in material selection, layout, and flexible when we chose to make minor changes. His estimate was fair and competitive with another contractor's that had also bid the work. We agreed on a new design and price

They started construction when promised. Marcus was the job site superintendent and, like Luke, very good at communicating any issues that came up during the build. The building team was professional, courteous, and did a great job constructing our new deck - their attention to detail was impressive. More than once I watched them re-do something that wasn't quite up to their standards - instead of continuing with something that was just good enough.

It's pretty rare for contractors to compliment other contractors, but.... We just had landscaping work completed under and around the new deck and the landscaping contractor asked for the name of our deck builder as they were completely impressed with the professional manner in which the framing was completed. (...and they see the underside of lots of decks). We are equally happy with how the top living space of the deck turned out.
