We recently had Coty Construction finish our basement, and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Brian and his team were nothing but professional from the initial consultation to the final walkthrough. They were punctual, courteous, and attentive to every detail. Their communication throughout the project was outstanding, keeping us informed every step of the way and ensuring that our vision for the space was realized.
The team at Coty Construction went above and beyond to ensure our complete satisfaction. They were accommodating to any changes or additions we wanted to make along the way, and they were always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the final result. They itemized out each component of the project, allowing us to take on the portions we were comfortable doing. This maximized our budget and gave us the opportunity to add on premium components we would have otherwise had to forego.

Coty Construction did a great job on our roof. Due to the fact that the weather got cold so fast, we had to wait a while. But as soon as we had a warm enough day, Nick came over right away! They were easy to work with and very personable. Thank you for a job well done! I would recommend them to friends.

I recently had a new deck put up by Coty. They did an amazing job. They were very professional and answered any questions respectfully and did not talk to me like I was asking a stupid question. They made sure the yard was cleaned up after they were finished with the deck, I've had some folks that did not do that. I would recommend Coty Construction for any deck, siding, roofing, windows, and basement work.,

Brian & his crew at Coty Construction built our deck in May of 2021. Brian , our salesperson was straightforward and easy to work with. He & his team were hard working & professional and they got the job done on time! Communication, & quality of construction (all Trex products) were the best. We definitely would recommend them.

Coty Construction replaced my old, rickety deck with a Trex composite deck. The company, Doug, the owner and others were all awesome! They helped me plan my new deck, arrived on time, and built a beautiful deck. They made the process easy, and everyone was very professional and trustworthy. Coty Construction and Remodeling installed new railings on our patio. 5 star company - quick work, they filed all the warranty papers and were quick and tidy. Highly recommend.

Coty Construction has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! From the estimate through the completion of our project they were available to answer all of our questions and help us understand the process. Our new deck is better than I ever could have imagined and am so excited to have a place to relax this summer! 10/10 would recommend!

This is a difficult review to write. The good was that the in-house employees did fairly good quality work. That’s about it. The bad, I had a full remodel of my main floor. Kitchen, bathroom, all new interior doors, trim and tile floors. I have a bathroom that we can not take baths in due to it flooding the basement, (I was told that it’s because my house is old and not vented) we ordered cabinets with no handles. And now have handles “which are not lined up and everyone is a different height.
I came home on multiple occasions to find workers laying on the floor watching videos on their phone.
I could go on, but really what’s the point. Last thing I’ll say is. The project manager ghosted me at the end, never checked in to see if everything was done to my satisfaction, nor did I even get a thank you for the business.
Now I have to hire a second contractor to fix everything that is screwed up.
So much more I could go on about, this isn’t even all of it!
Would I use Coty again or recommend them. Nope, no way, not at all.

Back in 2021, we had Coty Construction tear down our back deck and rebuild it with Trex material. It was such an easy process, quick (only 3-4 days), and it looks beautiful. We still get compliments on how nice the deck is. We are VERY happy with the work provided.

They were great! Prompt service, great deck restoration and courteous and careful craftsmen. Our 36 year old deck looks like new. They were also willing to work with the city inspector's office to be sure no problems with the building permit.

Coty Construction and Remodeling worked on a balcony replacement project of 124 units in the condo building I own in. They were extremely professional in their work and in communications. That is a lot of people to communicate with and to satisfy. I am very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Had great luck with the company. Did what they said they would, handled insurance, returned to solve any problems. I would certainly recommend!

The Deck Kit is an excellent product. I have already received several compliments on it's appearance. The personnel at Coty Construction were very helpful with the the selection of options, training prior to installation and frequent follow up during the assembly of the deck. This is the type of contractor you hope to find when you are considering improvements to your property.

My husband and I wanted to express our sincere gratitude to the Coty Construction Team and Sales Team; without them our backyard would not be the complete oasis we had hoped and dreamed of.
We worked with Steve from the sales team and from the beginning he was honest and personable. He was so caring and helpful throughout the selection process and gave us so many options and incite that helped us make the perfect decision. His communication was impeccable. He kept us informed every step of the way and we appreciated it very much. Although the Trex Company had a minor slip up with our original selection at the warehouse (which was no one’s fault, an unforeseen issue) Coty Construction jumped right in to support us through giving us their undivided and immediate attention to get everything back on track. Their willingness and attention to help make the issue right was greatly appreciated.
During the construction phase the crew was wonderful to work with. They definitely are meticulous when providing impeccable detail. My husband and I do care about minor details and they delivered absolute perfection. I would recommend Coty Construction to anyone who has an appreciation for hard work, dedication, and perfection. Working with Coty Construction was truly meant to be, and we thank them from the bottom of our hearts for working with us and making our dream deck for us to enjoy for years to come.

Curt was great to work with, answered all our questions and responded promptly. He really went above and beyond to make sure we loved the finished project.

We had a fantastic experience with Coty Construction in rebuilding our old deck, which was unsafe. From the beginning, they were honest, helpful, and straightforward. Our sales consultant, Paul, was very responsive and was fantastic at communicating the potential material limitations we might encounter due to COVID. They remained flexible when requested to delay our project due to a job loss in our family. Once we were comfortable to start the build, they came out on the date we set and completed our project in 2 days!! Brian and his team of workers were awesome to work with! Our deck turned out better than expected and now we don't ever have to worry about it falling down or any railing coming apart. Did I pay more than I initially wanted? Yes. Am I glad I did? Absolutely. The experience and quality of workmanship was second to none! Thank you to all at Coty!!
