Ed and his crew did an awesome job on our new pool deck and fence! Our yard had awkward elevations but Ed made it look wonderful! Super fast too! I highly recommend them!

Ed and his crew did a phenomenal job on our deck and we couldn't be happier. 6x6 posts with 2x10 construction and the deck could essentially be free standing because of how many piers he poured which was a major concern of mine when talking to some builders. The crew was clearly experienced, came prepared to work every day on time, communicated well with us to ensure we understood what was being done, and that we were satisfied. They kept the area clean and when they were finished they left nothing behind.
I really can’t recommend Gent Construction enough. If you are considering having a deck built do yourself a favor and call Gent.

Ed and his crew were wonderful to deal with. They were professional, courteous, and very hard working. They showed up when they said they would and worked all day with barely a lunch break. Once they started our job, they didn't leave until it was finished. So many other contractors that we have worked with take on multiple jobs simultaneously and they might disappear for days at a time because they are working at another site. Not so with Gent. I would highly recommend them for the quality of their work, their work ethic and the fair price.

Ed created a wood deck design for our 30x15 above ground pool. He and his team did a fantastic job and had it done in 4 days. Ed worked around our schedule, as we had to have some electrical work done before the deck could be completed. He and his team worked constantly. No standing around or breaking- they all worked like a well-oiled machine. Very professional and would recommend this group to anyone! Down the road, we plan on having Ed do other projects for us.

We cannot say enough about Ed Gent and his team who came to remove an old, high, wooden deck from our home and replace it with a modern, beautiful, composite deck in just 3-1/2 days. When we contracted for this job, Ed told us it would be between 5 and 6 weeks until he could start it. When Ed called us to let us know he would be starting the work, the timing was spot on. Ed and his team worked all day long, with maybe a short break around lunchtime. We offered them the use of our bathroom and water every day, but they never asked us for anything. The men were very nice, respectful, and mannerly. Working with Ed was a very positive and excellent experience. We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs any kind of deck work around their homes. We would hire Gent Construction again in a heartbeat!

We recently hired Gent Construction for a deck project, and are extremely pleased with the results. They removed and replaced our deck steps, installed a new black aluminum railing and fascia along outer deck to match ourdeck. The overall improvement is incredible. Ed communicated well, was onsite every day, stayed on schedule, and kept the work area clean when finished for the day. The attention to detail shows in every part of the project. Our deck looks modern, sturdy, and beautifully finished. We highly recommend Gent Construction and would absolutely work with them again.
