Coty Construction installed a Trex deck and rail system for us. We could not be happier with the communication, scheduling, and quality of the work. They exceeded our expectations. Russ, Kyle, and Brian worked on our project. We highly recommend Coty Construction to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Had some water damage during a recent rain storm and Coty was recommended by some friends that had their roof replaced by Coty. The customer service is fantastic - from the initial call and super fast scheduling. Nick was great assessing the situation, sharing pictures, explaining the problems and providing quotes for repair to get a few more years out of the roof rather than full replacement. Strong recommendation here!

Coty Construction was great to work with! We had hail damage to our roof and they were quick, professional, convenient and very knowledgeable about products and the process. We recommended them to all of our neighbors as well!

We had a tree fall on our roof plus wind damage to the shingles. We contacted Coty because they had replaced the shingles at least 15 years ago and were very pleased with their work. They were prompt in responding to our needs. Had the new roof replaced in record time. All was completed while we were away. Amazing company to work with. Would highly recommend them.

We had a patio door that needed replacement in the middle of winter. They helped us source the door we needed and installed it. They were at our house before the large patio door arrived. They made sure it was delivered without a scratch. They removed the trim around the patio door carefully and were able to reuse the existing trim. They also noticed we did not have enough insulation and some rotted wood. They replaced the wood and added new insulation. We were very pleased with their work. Earlier in the summer they replaced our deck railing and that turned out great, so we expected nothing less than the best. If your thinking of remodeling your deck or getting a new patio door or anything else, I highly recommend using Coty Construction.

Working with Curt Rons and his crew was a good experience. We get to enjoy a beautiful deck that will last for decades. Curt goes the extra mile with customer communication and with following up on details. I will recommend Coty Construction to my friends and family.

Coty Construction has replaced our roof twice (in 2001 and 2013) after hail damage. They worked with our insurance company and we had the best looking roof on the street. Our neighbors across the street had their roof replaced in '01 by a "storm chaser" and asked for our roofer when they needed a new roof in '13. Coty replaced their roof (including all of the decking); great looking roof, too. Another neighbor was getting a quote in late September '13 (by another 'storm chaser'). I recommended Coty Construction to them, too. Another happy neighbor.

Pat Coty stopped by and capped a hole where the old furnace vent came through the roof after we had a new furnace installed (less than 3 months after the '13 roof was installed). Great service and polite crews. I would recommend them for all your roofing jobs.

We contacted Coty Construction & Remodeling for an estimate on the deck in our backyard. The one we had was 26 years old and was showing its age. Russ Erickson responded to our call and we made an appointment for an estimate. We were very pleased with Russ's comments and help. Russ presented us with an estimate that night. We signed the estimate and the work was done within the time frame promised. The workmen were efficient and hard working. They did a great job on the deck and the cleanup after the work was completed. Before they left, Russ was there to make sure we were satisfied. We have had many compliments on our new deck.

The craftsmanship that Coty Construction provided our association when they replaced our decks and patios was amazing. They worked in the dead of winter but they took their time and were very conscientious.

Had a noticeable leak in my garage below a dormer. Called Coty construction and was promptly and honestly evaluated. Crew came out In January and worked 2 days in the cold! Although a small leak persisted a few months later after the first rain, they came back out and found the "smoking gun" that would have been more difficult to find in the winter as everything was frozen. They even used a garden hose to create an atypical deluge to ensure good results. They stood by their work and handled the second visit without any additional cost. I would recommend them on the fact that they stand by their work alone. I will be using them in the future should the need arise.

Coty Construction was a great choice for my bathroom remodel. Put in a pocket door, exhaust fan, flooring. Chris arrived when he said he would, and Brian was fantastic with ongoing communication and follow up. Highly recommend!

Nick from COTY came by for a roof inspection and these guys know their stuff! He was very knowledgeable and explained the issues with my roof, gave me a few options and was very honest and realistic about the life it has left in it. There were no high pressure sales tactics or anything like that! Highly recommend if you're looking for a reputable company to take a look at your roof and give you an honest evaluation.

For a roof replacement, Coty Construction was recommended to me by two different contractors. Pat Coty, Nick and everyone in the office were very patient and accommodating as I struggled to choose a shingle color. Deciding on the Certainteed brand shingle was easy when comparing pounds per square. Once Mother Nature gave the go ahead, the work was completed in a timely manner. Several months after the roof was finished there was a problem with a downspouts and Nick was here the next day. Coty Construction has always been professional, very quick to answer a question or handle a concern and they do top notch work. I would highly recommend them.

I just had Coty Construction replace the roof on my house. They were very professional, and easy to work with. The roof looks fantastic! They were there to answer all my questions, before during and after the installation. Also, not only did they do a great job, but they were prompt, and completed the project exactly within the time frame they told me. Brian and his crew(s) did an excellent job with our basement bedroom and bathroom. The pricing for the job was very fair, they were efficient, cleaned up after they were done, were very flexible with timelines and most importantly to us, they showed up every day on time!! New Deck
My husband and I enjoy spending time out on our deck, having cookouts shared with good friends and family. Our old wooden deck has served us well but was definitely in need of some refurbishing, and we decided to replace it with a new composite deck. Trying to find a builder on Angie's List was frustrating because this season is so busy with many people wanting to do home improvements after a year in a pandemic. We had difficulty getting anyone to call us back. And if they did their terms seemed unreasonable and prices inflated. One builder tried to give us an estimate on the job of tearing down the old deck and replacing it sight unseen, and then stopped responding to our calls. After some research on composite decking my husband found recommended builders on TREX's website. He decided to call Coty Construction because they are listed as a Platinum Builder on the website. He definitely made the right choice! Once we contacted Coty, I got a call the next day to schedule a time for someone to come out and see the property and to give us an estimate. We had the pleasure of working with Curt through this process. Curt is knowledgeable and professional and he was a joy to work with from start to finish. Rex was the primary builder and he did a fantastic job with such attention to detail, despite having to work in rain and even snow, he was here every day. The work site was left clean with our old wood deck waste hauled away daily. The new deck is solid and truly looks like a work of art. We chose the TREX Transcend and it has a 25 year warranty. We are happy it will be maintenance free for a very long time. Coty Construction acted with integrity and were true to their word through every part of this process. We are SO PLEASED with the end result and our expectations were exceeded in every way. Our new deck is stunning and we can’t wait to host a cookout bash to celebrate my niece’s graduation from U of M with family in just a couple weeks!! If you choose to hire Coty Construction for your new deck, you will be very happy with your choice!

Coty tore down our old deck and replaced it with a beautiful Trex deck late last fall. Steve was great to work with. Very responsive, deck done on time, within the estimate, and put up with all of my hubby's questions and suggestions. The work site was cleaned up every day. Although we are anxiously waiting for our first summer to use it, it's beautiful to look at over the winter and the snow cleans off like a breeze. Many thanks to Steve and the Coty team!

The wife and I spoke about it and we decided on Revoltion Deck Systems from Coty Construction. First, the process was so simple, and we knew the pricing as we stood their discussing what we wanted. Brian from Revoltion Decks was straightforward, and we choose everything out and the cost never changed. They handled everything from the permit to call before you dig! They came out and did they ledger board and footing one day, then the next day the deck was completed. The are an awesome group to work with and we would use them again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They did an excellent job on my deck and all our condo decks with absolutely no disruption in my living situation, they kept us all updated electronically as to what was going on/the schedule, I love my new deck, it looks wonderful

Garrett did an excellent job installing a bath room fan at my house today. He arrived on time, explained every step in the process, and left the room cleaner than he found it. This was our first project with Coty, and I anticipate many more in the years to come.
