Gold Potomac Construction did a fantastic professional job in transforming my 20 year old rotting wood deck to one with Trex flooring and metal railings. It was completed in only 10 days and that included unexpected issues like three days of rain and an incorrect delivery of materials. Joel is a great person to work with, explaining what is being done and is able to suggest improvements on an initial idea. If you are thinking of building or redoing a deck, don’t hesitate to ask Joel for an estimate. He will also give you a very fair price. I highly recommend his work.

Writing this review after 2+ years of remodeled. The new deck gives out stunning look. Just change different direction of stairway and it saved lots of space. Joel and his dad did a really good job, in professional way. I’m a picky person, I pay attention to small details and they didn’t disappoint me. Highly recommended.

After looking for a contractor who understood what I was looking to do, Dany and Unlimited Contractor understood me and made my Deck, Fence and Patio Project look Wonderful at home and it was the best decision I made in hiring it and without a doubt I recommend them and I will use them again for my future Bedroom project

They built our deck, and after getting multiple quotes, their price was definitely the most reasonable. I’m really happy with how the deck turned out. It did take longer than expected because of material delays, but the final result was worth it

They did a fantastic job building my fence, deck and patio at my house, I definitely recommend them.

Dany and his team did a great job with my fence! The pricing was right and the job was completed in quick time!

AVOID! This contractor has poor communication, low quality work, and still owes money from a past job. Save yourself the headache and find someone else. I regret working with Dany on this project.

Fence came out OK The issues I had was I paid the man on time paid him in cash and you had to track them down just to finish the work but didn’t 100% finish never came back to finish the caps on top of the fence did it myself And noticed that even though I showed him the outline from the old fence the didn’t follow it. Nice guy, but he could do better than that. Gotta be more professional, but that’s on me. I went with the lowest bid.

I would strongly recommend to "STAY AWAY" from this contractor (Dany Garcia Rivera). He is hungry for the money but does not follow up to stand by workmanship. I have waited for 3 years to return to complete faulty workmanship on my porch railing and defective retaining wall stone. Constant text messages communication with empty promises of not returning.

I want to congratulate you on the great work you've done. I really like your experience and the way you perform your duties; the effort and dedication are evident in every detail. You work very well as a team and have proven to be excellent individuals. You're undoubtedly very good at the projects you take on, and it's been a pleasure to see the results of your talent and commitment. Keep it up!
