We hired Colorado Building and construction to build our new deck. Overall, the new deck has completely transformed my outdoor living area. It’s now a space I’m proud to show off and enjoy daily. I would highly recommend Nathan with Colorado building and construction for anyone considering a deck project reliable, skilled, and easy to work with!

We had an excellent experience with Nathan and his crew on our second-level deck project. Nathan was highly knowledgeable, reliable, and easy to communicate with. His crew were professional, friendly, hard-working, and not deterred with completing the work through cold and snow. We initially got five quotes, but decided to go with Nathan due to his flexibility and competitive bid. The completed decks look better than we imagined, and were built well enough that my father (general contractor for 45+ years who has also built decks) said it was some of the best craftsmanship he had seen. We have also gotten several compliments from the neighbors. I am grateful we chose this company and highly recommend them for any deck projects.

Nathan did excellent work on our new shower. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Any time I had a question or concern, he answered it. I appreciate knowing we have a dependable contractor who is reliable, trustworthy, friendly, clean, and attentive. They are the only call you have to make

Nathan and his team did a nice job replacing our deck. We appreciated the recommendation to go a bit smaller as the deck was so large, we didn’t need all that space. Our favorite feature is the rain scape. Makes the deck usable year round and keeps the furniture and patio dry.

When I was in the process of selecting a contractor for our deck-replacement project, I contacted five recent references for CB&C. Several didn't answer my call, BUT ALL CALLED ME BACK WITH RAVE REVIEWS about Nathan Reynolds and his crews. I thought they might be on his payroll. All their praise was well warranted...Nathan, Moises and Juan (the primary crew) delivered as promised and then some. "The crew" are skilled craftsmen, with a lot of experience; and the final product reflects that. New deck boards and railings were placed with care and precision, even that weird little chunk of railing under an eve. Nathan was involved and extremely responsive from day one to the end. There were a few change ordered, but well needed and their costs were minimized. No budget-busters; and Nathan's original bid was about 15% below the competition. I never doubted my choice of contractor and heartily recommend CB&C.

We hired Colorado Building and Construction first for a total kitchen remodel, then for re-doing our staircase and finally for a new outdoor covered patio. Can't say enough about Nathan, Charlie and crew. They did most of the work themselves, only subbing out portions of the job better suited to specialists. We had heard stories regarding shoddy workmanship and long delays from friends on projects they had undertaken, but there was none of that with CB&C. They were here when said they would, the quality of the work was top notch, completion was on time and every detail was addressed and completed, including some additional small projects. We couldn't have been more pleased with the outcomes.

We searched over a year for a contractor to build our new deck and roof. We elected to move forward with Colorado Building and Construction, who came highly recommended by a neighbor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Nathan had great ideas to maximize project success and was a pleasure to work with through the whole process. The crew was incredibly skilled, and we were consistently impressed with their work ethic. CB&C will be our first call for future construction/renovation projects. If you’re looking for quality work and excellent service we can’t recommend them enough.

Colorado Building & Construction did a great job on our new deck, which replaced our 32-year-old Redwood deck. We had to work through a material supply issue and a couple stair details, but in the end we were completely satisfied. We love the look of the Deckorators Summit product. Nathan's crew was highly skilled and they worked hard on our project. I would highly recommend Nathan and his crew for your deck project.

Nathan was great to work with as well as his team of workers who actually laid the tile.
Nathan was quick to respond, talk over the job, give necessary suggestions and then send the workers in.
My biggest positive about Nathan’s workers, aside from the stunning shower and bathroom floor they did, was how CLEAN they worked each day. Contractors in general struggle in this area and it drives me crazy! But not Nathan’s guys. They kept the area clean as they worked, cleaned up at the end of each day, including the outside where they used the hose and washed out their equipment.

Nathan and his team did an awesome job on my deck. The whole process was super smooth from start to finish. Nathan was friendly, easy to work with, and kept me updated the whole way, which I really appreciated.

The crew worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and you can tell they know what they’re doing. The deck looks amazing now and feels really solid. It’s already become my favorite spot to hang out.
