After our deck of nearly 20 years needed to be replaced, we interviewed several contractors to help us build out the replacement. It was a complete re-do and we couldn't be happier with our end result. The work was scheduled and completed quickly with no delays. The price was fair and the craftsmanship was on point. We love it and wouldn't hesitate to contact Nathan for any building projects we may have in the future!

We met Nathan at the Denver Home and Garden show last February and were very encouraged by his attentiveness and understanding of our desires for a new deck at our house.
He came out to our house in May and we went over in detail what we were looking for. His estimate was extremely reasonable. In June, his crew came out to build our deck for our house.
I can’t say enough, how awesome and professional, his crew was. They are all master craftsman, and it showed in the quality work, which was done on our deck. If I had a question, they were more than willing to explain. The crew were all gentleman, and just the best people I’ve ever worked with. I guarantee any future work that’s needed on my house, I will be calling Nathan and not even calling around.
I thank Nathan and his crew so much. They did a fantastic job on our deck, and we could not be more happier. I guarantee that you’re in really good hands with Nathan’s company and his outstanding crew he has working for him.

I wanted to update this review after recently realizing it had been three years since Colorado Building & Construction completed the work described below for me. Nathan has very high expectations from himself and his crew and it shows. Their workmanship is the highest quality and is meant to stand the test of time. Due to their attention to even the smallest details, everything still looks fantastic. If I ever need work done in the future, there is no doubt in my mind that I would hire CBC again. I also have no qualms in referring Nathan to anyone and would be happy to provide testimonials to that effect.

Nathan and his crew are beyond exceptional! They updated pretty much my entire house including installing new flooring, a new guest bathroom, painting the entire house plus customizing my fireplace and adding custom cabinets to my family room hallway plus numerous smaller projects. The entire time, my comfort and needs were respected. They cleaned up every day before leaving, communicated constantly and were true professionals in their level of workmanship and concern for the end product. Best of all, they are SO much fun to be around! They patiently worked with me to address questions or ideas I had (which were ongoing!) while also making suggestions to enhance my original ideas. I couldn't be happier with the finished product. I feel like I'm living in a new house and just wish I had another property for them to work on so I didn't have to say goodbye...! You will not regret working with Nathan/Colorado Building and Construction.

CBC recently remodeled our hall bath and we love it! They came highly recommended by a neighbor and they did not disappoint. The whole crew was great, Mike, Charlie and Nathan were all helpful, patient with indecisiveness and provided good feedback and communication. We also had some exterior siding that had weather damage and they took care of that as well. Looking forward to working with these guys again for our basement remodel!

Nathan and Charlie helped us out of a very horrible situation when another contractor had basically bailed on our project halfway through. They got things rolling and completed the work in a few months. It is very difficult to come into a project halfway through but they were able to shift and accommidate when needed. The price was fair and the communication was generally pretty good throughout. The addition is gorgeous and we couldn't be happier with the finished product!

I’ve not had as good of an experience as I did with Colorado Building and Construction. Nathan worked with us and was very flexible and attentive to any concern we had. They did framing, electrical, duct work, drywall and paint, and the flooring. Saved me contacting 5 different contractors. His workers were great and trustworthy. I felt that they were working for me because they wanted to, not just doing a job. Everything on time, passed all inspections to code. Very pleased and will use again along with a 5-star review!! Also, VERY reasonable in price compared with my other estimates. Thanks to Nathan and his crews!

Colorado Building and Construction remodeled our basement in our 65-year-old house in Denver. Their work and craftsmanship was absolutely top-notch. Everything was gutted out down to the concrete walls and floor, including old drains under the floor) and replaced with high-end cabinets, woodwork, framing, windows, plumbing (including new bathroom), electrical, structural repairs, and flooring, with many special custom features. Special shout-outs to Nathan who kept everything running smoothly, and to Charlie, master craftsman extraordinaire. We are loving this beautiful new space that was formerly unusable!

Colorado Building and Construction recently finished a complete tear out and remodel of my basement. The results are stunning and I'm very pleased with the results. The most important decision anyone makes on a remodeling project is choosing the right contractor. Finding a contractor that is up front with the costs and gives you what you want is of paramount importance. I shopped around and found a number of contractors who either had a set format of materials and designs thereby severely limiting my options on finishes and hardware. Or, they overbid for every little thing that wasn't the norm...and, I asked for a number of things out of the norm. The short list includes: A closet with a murphy door bookshelf, a bidet toilet, an over sized ceiling mounted rain-head shower and a kitchenette with a dishwasher. So, after two months of cold calling remodeling companies and suffering thru three disappointing bid sessions. My sister, tells me about a friend of hers that had a lot of work done and was very happy with her contractor, numbers and assurances of trust are exchanged and the call to Colorado Building and Construction was made. Along comes Nate Reynolds, instantly likable, he exudes trust and it is obvious that he listens to what you want. He takes my wish list and sends me a bid with everything I asked for included at fair price. I agree to the terms and sign away, then the work began. I grew more and more pleased as time went on. The speed and quality of the work was exceptional. Nates crew and subcontractors made short work of an immense project with a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail. The full gamut of skills and trades was utilized, plumbing, electrical, sheet rock, tile, flooring, counter-tops, woodworking and carpentry. They gave me everything on my wish list and a bit more. I'm glad I called them and will be drawing on their services again in the very near future. A special thanks to Charlie and Jordan they made it an enjoyable experience and they took care of all the little things. And, word to the wise...when in doubt...ask Charlie.

You've heard NIGHTMARE stories about contractors. This is not one of them. We decided to remodel our entire main floor and reached out to CO Bldg & Construction for a bid. From the moment the owner walked into our home, we knew we were going to choose them. He had a vision for what our home *could* be, which is not always the case w/builders. Most will do what you ask them to, but to find someone with an eye for how to maximize the space and make changes you never even thought of is rare.
Our project included new flooring, new cabinets, electrical, new doors, carpentry, painting, the works. Nathan, the owner managed all of it. Schedules, permits, timelines, supplies, contingencies. We paid only as milestones were reached and agreed to.
Nathan's crew is second to none. They are skilled, trustworthy craftsmen who have been with him for years. Their work is high quality and they're just really nice guys.
We never could have completed such a large project without a skilled contractor so we recommend CO Building & Construction without reservation.

We have used Colorado Building and Construction to remodel a master bath shower and counter top. We are very happy with the outcome. Charlie and Tyler worked well together, being respectful of our home by prepping with paper on the floor, and cleaning up as they went from day to day. They have done work in a former house and they are the only company we think of to do remodels.
