K&A recently replaced our deck and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They were extremely easy to work with from getting the initial estimate to completion of the project. Their communication and professionalism were excellent. I highly recommend them for any deck project!

It's really hard to find contractors that are honest and reliable these days. K&A Construction is that and more. They built a great deck, cover and outdoor kitchen for us. They take pride in their work. They didn't shy away from custom features. Those cabinets were hand-made in house and designed perfectly for our needs. And they were always happy to take care of the unforeseen little details that come-up without price gouging. They moved sprinklers, extended our existing flagstone, and were gracious even when I kept changing the color of the ceiling. ;) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

K&A recently completed a composite deck to replace an old rotting wood one. This deck is now the nicest portion of the yard! Probably the whole house! Compared to the rotting boards before, I can't get over how sturdy and solid it is.

Before choosing K&A, I got a few estimates from other local companies - K&A's had the most transparent pricing and Alex and Spencer offered honest opinions on our issues, and worked with me to get the solutions we needed. The team is laid back and very easy to work with. There was a hiccup with the design plan, but they addressed it quickly and professionally, and the build was still completed on time. Dakota and Juan were hard workers, showing up at 7am or earlier, and powered through all weather to get it done. They did an excellent job on the construction. Here's to it lasting 30+ years!

Conable Builders sealed the underside of our new deck (14x32) using tongue and groove pine planks. There were some tricky areas due to the framing of the deck. It turned out beautiful.
