K&A did a deck for us recently, and we highly recommend them. Throughout the whole process, Alex and Dan were professional, friendly, responsive, and efficient. The final product looks great. We couldn’t be happier with the result, and they gave us a very reasonable quote for the job.

As if that wasn’t enough, we asked for a change when the job was finished based on a conversation we’d had months earlier during the planning phase, and they made the change the very next day with no debate or discussion. I wish every experience was like the one we had with K&A. They have our highest recommendation and we’ll use them for any and all future projects.

We have used K&A for two deck projects now and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking quality work at a fair price. They are extremely kind and easy to work with. Every step of the process was communicated clearly and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. We love the finished look!

We used Alex and team for a recent remodel of our back porch that included adding a roof to a large outdoor area. K&A was great from the start to the finish. Alex came out and walked through our vision for the project and had some great suggestions. They were competitive on the pricing but their service and communication was by far the best we saw. During the project, everyone was very professional and did a good job of keeping the jobsite clean each day. Lastly, the quality of work was excellent and they were able to match all materials to the existing house so the porch/roof fits great. Would absolutely recommend (our neighbor is using them now!) to anyone. Thx K&A!

K&A just finished installing our deck, and we are beyond thrilled with how it came out!

From the very beginning Alex has been incredibly responsive and very patient with our many, many questions, giving us excellent advice on what to consider when designing our deck, and finding ways to achieve what we want within our budget. The crew was super efficient and always happy to answer our questions as well!

K&A is absolutely the best. They replaced my old deck a few years ago and now they maintain it each year with cleaning and oiling and staining. I get lots of compliments on it. I would recommend K&A to anyone who want to work with a company that does a beautiful and professional job.

K&A Construction was incredibly professional and helpful through every step of the process to install our new deck. Alex worked with us to get the best design that suited our needs and desires, and was very responsive with options and changes. Once construction started, the crew was communicative and also very self sufficient. Any questions on details were promptly asked and answered in both directions, and we were very comfortable with the crew working while we were home or not home. The construction was quick, even though the cold November days. The product looks great and we are excited to get to use our new deck from K&A.

KA did an excellent job of installing replacement deck and railing. The deck was installed over an existing roofing membrane which posed some tricky drainage issues. They resolved those issues and I appreciate their diligence in performing this work.

I first came to know K&A Construction when they built the deck on my next door neighbor's house. I watched as the crew showed up every day, worked hard, and completed a gorgeous product - and the best part? they were super friendly and courteous (nice music at normal levels, always a wave and a smile, and kept things clean and safe). My neighbor was thrilled with their deck, so I got Alex's number. He came out and worked (very patiently) with my wife and I as we tried to decide what to do with our deck. Alex's suggestions were creative, insightful and REALLY helpful as we zeroed in on what we wanted. Pricing was transparent and fair. Communication before, during and after was always timely, professional and clear. I never wondered about what was happening next. In short - I couldn't say anything better about the team. This is our third year with our deck (it still feels brand new) and we use it every day. I'm just thrilled with the finished product and would recommend Alex and his crew to EVERYONE and anyone.

The work was quick, coordinated, and well done. K&A handled the building permit, inspection, and kept us informed. They were considerate especially since we have large dogs. They let us know when they would be working and closed gates when they left for the day.

Alex and his team (Dakota, Jose, and Juan) did an amazing job with our deck and pergola and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Alex was professional and very responsive to all our inquiries from start to finish. Dakota was our project lead and was at our house every morning promptly at 7am and worked extremely hard. Any issues or problems that arose, Dakota and team quickly fixed and were very easy to work with.

The project did take a bit longer than expected (delayed) but we had some unique/complex logistics with moving baseboard heaters, electrical, etc with replacing a window and adding a new French door to our deck.
