Not good at all ..

Coastal Fence did a beautiful job and I’d recommend them to anyone!

Solid as a rock & safety a priority, well done.

Installed a fence never came back to place fence caps. Fence panels were never screwed to the post. Fence is falling down !

Had my old deck removed and a new deck built that looks great! They also spotted some issues by the previous construction that they fixed while installing the deck which saved a potential headache down the road. I highly recommend!

From the initial consultation at my home to the completion of my driveway, front pathway, and stairs, I was completely satisfied with Coastal Outdoor Construction. I highly recommend them.

We were promised a quote 3 days after on-site visit, it's been a few weeks and my husband has reached out and we still haven't heard anything. Extremely poor communication.

I had them come out and install a black aluminum fence for my side yard. They were booked for the rest of the month but were able to squeeze me in sooner which was very much appreciated! Very nice people who do some great work. Will definitely be using them for future projects!

Brandon and Karl are fantastic to work with. We had some...unique issues with our project requiring a whole lot of interaction with the city before being permitted to build our pergola. Brandon and Karl hung with us (for literally a year of dealing with the city!) and were there to work with us all the way through to get what we needed and do what was right for us. Additionally they were the only contractor who didn’t just want to roll out a generic pergola and were working with us to get exactly what we wanted, and it definitely stands out! Once we finally got under way, they showed up on the dot when they said they would and jumped right to work.

We had a couple other issues because of course we would. Karl helped us find quick and easy corrections to make sure everything worked out. We’re more than happy and are excited for them to come back and do a few more things. Don’t hesitate!

Working with Karl and his team was great! They were professional, showed up when they said and did a fantastic job designing our deck around trees, etc. I can tell you it was a pleasure doing business with this company. Karl also is on site doing the work along with his Team! Can’t say enough about Coastal!

Brandon, Shawn and Eric were amazing. These boys jumped into a difficult situation with a positive attitude and were a delight to get to know. Knew exactly what they were doing and were professional and personable. Love love love this company and we would hire them in a second for any further work. Shawn also repaired a fence panel for my mother and she adores his work and honesty. . We would highly recommend them for any of your fencing need.

Coastal LLC just left after installing a custom deck for us. The quote we received was honored and the work was done in the time frame they quoted. They beat the competition price and was one of the few that actually showed up to do the quote. The work and quality of materials is great. The staff was helpful and detailed in what they were going to do and I could not be happier. If you are looking for an honest, hard-working company that will show up and do a great job at an affordable price you can't go wrong with Coastal. Highly recommend Coastal for your outdoor carpentry project. I needed to have an outdoor wooden staircase replaced due to wood rot. Coastal was suggested to me by a friend and I'm sure glad they did. Karl, the owner, came out for a quote as scheduled. He helped with the design and suggested a composite decking and stainless wire railing system. He thoroughly explained the job and provided a quote within a couple days. His price was much better than the previous two companies I had provide a quote. I was put on the schedule for about 2 months out. They showed up when they were supposed to. Crew was very courteous and professional. Cleaned up every day. They completed in the allotted time. Karl did a walk through of the completed job to show off his teams work. We had a few minor punch list items that completed in the following weeks after. He kept his word, performed the work as stated, and charged me what he quoted. Can't beat that service now in days. I have received many compliments on the completed stairs and plan to use Coastal in the future.

ONE YEAR LATER: Hired Coastal for a second job. Got nothing but excuses. Three different people handled the job, and every one of them played a game of "not my job" and referred to another person. Four weeks, no progress. We went elsewhere. Customer service at Coastal no longer exists. They grew too fast and their customer service didn't grow with them. Sad. If you want to have your time wasted, call them.

One year ago we hired Coastal Outdoor to build a pergola and install pavers. They did a great job. When we wanted to add on to that, they were our first call. Wasted a month waiting on them, for the quote, for the invoice, for the operations manager to give us ANYTHING but b.s. They might still have great craftsman, but they no longer have anyone worth calling to set the job up.
