Waytt and his team were amazing to do business with. We were supplied with precise photos, details and pricing immediately. Once Damien and his crew showed up they wasted no tiime getting organized and set up. By the end of the day we had a beautiful, well constructed pergola. It was impressive-a quality job at a very reasobable price. THIS company deserves 5 Stars!

Work went smoothly despite multiple consecutive days of rain. The guys came out to work even when they knew they might not be able to put in a full day of work before getting rained out again. I was impressed with their willingness to get the job done. I was also impressed with their willingness to meet the requirements I gave them. I spent months researching beforehand to try to understand what went into quality fence construction and they were always willing to listen and offer suggestions. For example, I had decided to build my own custom, steel framed gates and was concerned that I would be able to find installers that would be willing to hang them since they were non-standard. Damien and Wyatt were patient throughout the process even given that they were late in finishing the project due to the bad weather.

Contacted ROS through Yelp and they were very responsive. Very professional and started the project before anticipated and finished earlier. Answered all my questions I had about the process on installing a custom pergola on skyjacks with the bronze poly carbonate.

Outstanding Company! I have lived more years than I wish to count and can honestly say this is the most professional, diligent, and courteous contractor I have ever worked with. The work quality not only met but far exceeded my expectations. They truly paid attention to every little detail. Pricing was fair, work was done on time, and efficiently. Only company I have worked with that I truly want to recommend to everyone I know.

Wyatt and his brother did a great job with our deck in our small backyard. I live in an urban townhome where access to the backyard is limited. They are very careful hailing material in and out of the house without making a single mark. My deck is about 20'x10' with cedar wood. They did it in two and half days with beautiful craft. The deck is strong and exactly what we imagined. I found them on TREX website as their preferred contractor, but we ended up doing a cedar deck which turned out just as great. I would recommend Wyatt and his brother to anyone.

Great experience with ROS, it’s a family run business so the family is involved in quoting as well as the ones who show up to do the work. They are reliable and do great work, and so kind and considerate. I had a deck that needed to be replaced, I went with Trex for replacement and they are on the Trex site as pros, so felt comfortable they knew what they were doing and it turned out great. Very happy with the end result, I’ve attached some pics, the deck color is coastal bluff with fascia of Clam shell

Exceptional product, installation, and customer service. Wyatt, Sterling, and the entire team at ROS did a wonderful job on our TREX deck. They also took the time to educate us on the TREX deck system and proper care/maintenance. When I couldn't figure out how to properly remove and install the planks, Sterling came back out to ensure I learned.

We had Reformed Outdoor Structures transform our back porch from an ugly, uneven concrete slab to a gorgeous Trex composite deck with built in lighting, and a large pergola overhead. Wyatt and his brothers/nephew did a great job. They designed and built a free standing 20x20 cover over my swim spa last summer. They spent the extra time being Innovative and meeting my budget. The crew is highly skilled, very professional, respectful and organized. They spend a lot of time pre-staining everything carefully before it was assembled - this is so much better than "spraying" stain after assembly. The trim work reflects their pride in workmanship. 5 stars to Wyatt Smith and the inhouse crew at Reformed Outdoor Structures for a quality but still affordable wood deck they built for us in 2 days. The substructure with multiple well placed support posts exceeding code was particularly impressive. For a deck or other outdoor wood structures, save time and avoid the hassle of evaluating multiple quotes and go straight to Wyatt at ROS.

Professional team of family artisan brothers who were courteous, creative and delivered project ahead of schedule with meticulous precision. I needed a deck built in two weeks to sit a custom swing on that I had constructed. Found Reformed Outdoor Structures on a Google search and reached out to them. Response was quick and within a day I had a proposed design and a quotation. Communication throughout the process was stellar and customer expectations were clearly set which was important. The foundation preparation and quality of the construct was very good and I appreciated the follow-up call after the construction was completed. I highly recommend them and would definitely call upon them for future projects.

The best experience we have had with a contractor. Damian and his crew are true craftsmen with a superb work ethic. They arrived on time every day, cleaned the workspace every afternoon before leaving, and worked hard the entire day - and always with a smile on their face. Their quality of work is outstanding. This company is ourstanding. They built our Trex deck a few years ago, then designed and added a pergola the next year. Both jobs were done professionally. Huge advantage is they stand behind their warranty. Even go above and beyond. I would hire them again if I have another job! Great workmanship. Need to add they are timely in responding to your calls. I highly recommend.

10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND. We found ROS via Google search and were not disappointed at all. Wyatt, Damian, Sterling, and Jakob did an outstanding job on our two decks on a tight timeline. We started the project with the back deck and were so pleased with their work that we decided midway through to replace the smaller front deck as well. Their cost of work was fair and in-line with the market, and the quality of work was fantastic. After remodeling our home this past year, we've seen enough work to know when someone is doing it "good enough" and when they're doing it the right way. All the way through the process they were professional, responsive, and set expectations and communicated well. This may be one of their smaller projects but they still gave it ample attention. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make improvements to their outdoor space.
