S Scott designed and built a lovely pavillion for our pool area. I couldn’t have dreamed of a better one.

We found S Scott Construction through our landscape design company and could not have been happier with the way that our beautiful deck came out! From detailed conversations about what we were looking for, what our material/color options were, the team at S Scott were incredibly knowledgable and we cannot wait until we get our deck furniture in and get to really put it to good use this coming Spring! From start to finish S Scott Construction & Design were prompt and professional. They installed a Timbertech deck and railings with the highest quality of work. They obtained the necessary permit and scheduled the inspection literally taking care of everything from beginning to end. Both Shaun and Larry are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The crew was courteous and at the end of each day they were diligent in leaving the area tidy. It is without hesitation that I recommend S Scott Construction and Design.

S Scott is absolutely the place to go to to build your deck/handicap, accessible ramps. Not only are they amazing people to work with!!! the work speaks for itself. This company went above and beyond to accommodate the need of my daughters ramp to fit her wheelchair and was apart of these amazing project. The deck and ramp is absolutely beautiful. No better place to go and get yours done. If we could give more then 5 stars we would. Again, staff are easy and professional to work with.

We hired S Scott Construction to assist with creating our dream backyard that includes an inground pool, new decking and landings, firepit, outdoor kitchen, lighting, landscaping, and fencing. 9 months of planning went into the project and S Scott came prepared with architectural drawings and their A-team to complete the work timely and of the highest quality of materials. They recommended decking, railings, and outdoor kitchen appliances that we loved, and were always on time with completing the work. The S Scott team was very collaborative to work with to address all our questions and concerns. If you are looking for a contractor to do any type and level of carpentry work, I would highly recommend S Scott Construction and Design to complete the work. They are the best in the business and have far exceeded our expectations!!

We tackled a outdoor deck project this past summer and solicited proposals from multiple companies. We opted for S Scott Construction as their professionalism and responsiveness was evident immediately as they fully analyzed the scope of the project and made excellent suggestions. We needed to replace a multilevel old deck, address drainage issues, reroute plumbing, reconfigure an abutting stone fireplace deck and work around mature landscaping. Shaun and Larry were a pleasure to work with as they addressed each issue and ultimately built a beautiful well crafted deck. The master carpenter, Herb, was superb and led the onsite workmen in executing the plan. My wife and I were very pleased with the work and would highly recommend S Scott Construction.

S Scott did a fantastic job.
They delivered on everything they advertised. The crews always showed when expected. On time, professional, organized and always left the area clean and safe.
Their team was always readily available to address any questions/concerns. Most notably Larry during design and with conceptual issues and Tyler onsite for the day to day happenings.
Upon completion both Larry and Tyler contacted me to review the project and address any concerns or punchlist items; of which there were very few.
Having been involved in construction projects for over 40 years I know how to read between the lines with contractors and weed out fact from fantasy.
S Scott is a top tier contractor and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

S Scott did an excellent job helping us with the carpentry components of our project. We are pleased with the new staircase for our deck and the TimberTech front landing.

Larry provided excellent service and assistance throughout the experience. He was always available for questions and provided timely answers for us to make sound decisions. He coordinated with our landscaping project manager to ensure the project remained on track and experienced minimal delays.

We will consider using S Scott for future projects and would recommend their services to others.

The S Scott team was fantastic for our deck project. It was a challenging project given the amount of stairs on our property, but they figured out creative ways to help us problem solve. They held our hand every step of the way through permits and inspections.

The quality of the work was very high, and we love the finished product. They use the best materials, and really felt like they had our best interests at heart.

At the end, even when I was happy with the work they had done, they self-identified a couple of very minor things to be cleaned up and came back to give us a perfect product. I would definitely use them again if I have another deck project.

Special shout out to Larry, the Operations Manager, and Tyler, the lead carpenter. They really went above and beyond.

My father in law had his deck redone with a new flooring---S.Scott provided him with great color samples of the product in order to feel it, test the touch in blazing hot sun and to see its true colors. The deck material they use did not get hot even on a 102 degree day today! Was out there barefoot, and not one burning foot. They provided him with a great design and actual install was even better. The team was clean, methodical, and very detail orientented. World class carpenters!!

An absolute amazing company to work with. Professional, punctual, and very communicative. We couldn’t be happier with our show stopping new deck, along with some work on our pool shed! The workmanship is unmatched! Highly recommend and will only be using S. Scott from here on out!

When S Scott Construction was recommended to us by a friend, the comment accompanying the recommendation was “they are not cheap by any means, but they are worth every penny.” Having had the pleasure of working with S Scott, we couldn’t agree more! From the moment we met Shaun, Larry and the S Scott team, we were impressed with S Scott’s level of professionalism, creativity, attention to detail, and unwavering customer service. From beginning to end, they were phenomenal to work with!
Throughout the design stage of our project, Shaun and Larry patiently worked with us, incorporating our input, bringing clarity to our ideas and ultimately arriving at plans that provided everything we were looking for. Then, Shaun and Larry walked us through various construction options, and transparently and honestly explained pricing and timing implications of each such that there would be no ambiguities later on. Anyone who has done a home construction project will acknowledge this is highly unusual and uncommon in the industry.
Once construction began, S Scott’s professionalism and strive for perfection became immediately apparent. The care taken during the demolition stage to not damage even a leaf on the nearby trees was as if our house and property was their own; the precision in construction with which each bracket and beam were placed was incredibly impressive; and the mid-project pivots were incorporated with ease. Once complete, the S Scott team went over the entire project with hawk eye attention and fixed anything and everything they were not satisfied with, unprompted by us and at their own expense. Most importantly, the team that managed our project was so warm, friendly and accommodating that we were actually sad when they told us their last day had arrived.
If you are reading this and think there is no way any construction project went this smoothly, we would have thought the same until we worked with S Scott. They were just that good. And yes - they are not cheap, but they are indeed worth every penny and more!

We hired S Scott Construction to build our backyard deck after considering several companies in the area. Excellent work and excellent service! S Scott designed and constructed a new pergola and renovated adjoining cabanas. We are very happy with the finished product.
