Working with Wyatt, Damian and his crew was next to excellent. The crew brought professionalism every single day. Always on time and would clean and organize every day after their workday was done. Their communication was always constant and everything was explained with great detail. Our roof deck is stunning and we love everything about it. The details Wyatt suggested were perfect. We will never use anyone else and we will always recommend ROS to anyone that wants a beautiful product and most importantly amazing work ethic!!!

This is the second time we’ve worked with the team at ROS, and they continue to be the most professional, thoughtful, and efficient contractors we’ve ever hired.

Back in February 2021, they built a cedar pergola and Trex patio at our old house—in just SEVEN days. It was so fun to watch their process that I was honestly disappointed when the project wrapped up!

Fast forward to April 2025: we brought them back to build a cedar storage shed attached to our house and install a new concrete pathway in the front yard. Even after I changed the design and scope mid-project, they still delivered everything flawlessly in just FIVE days. Once again, it felt like they had just gotten started, and suddenly, it was done—beautifully.

Wyatt, Sterling, and Jakob are true craftsmen and genuinely rare finds. They’re earnest, collaborative, and take pride in their work. I recommend them without hesitation and am already brainstorming more projects just so I can hire them again.

Reformed Outdoor Structures (ROS) saved our deck. Another contractor started a new deck build for us a year ago and quit before finishing. We found out after that the original contractor under-built the framing and the construction was so poor that a licensed structural engineer suggested we not walk on it. ROS came out and rebuilt the weak portions of the deck and then completed the job with cable railing, skirting, and lighting. Everything looks professionally executed. And, the family crew (brothers and cousins) were professional and considerate. Very easy people to work with.

In over 30 years living in Texas, this was our best experience with a contractor. The ROS team did a great job on our patio project. It transformed our indoor/outdoor living space. You are dealing with the family that is taking care of your project from A to Z. No subcontractors, no employees. The project is personal for them, as it is for you as the client. Their work is excellent. They are skilled, diligent, and go out of their way to make sure the project is exactly what you imagined it to be. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

ROS really knocked it out of the park. I wanted a guardrail added to my patio renovation project, and they delivered excellent work with even better customer service. They are booked out a few weeks but are definitely worth the wait. Wyatt sent over a diagram early in the process, and then I received a phone call the day before they planned to start. They let me know they would be doing a walk through of the backyard to get a better scope of the project because everything prior to the start was communicated via email. The crew showed up the following day and got straight to work. I was away from home but they answered my phone calls and made sure to give me regular progress updates. The crew was friendly and responsive to special requests. I would not hesitate to recommend ROS to anyone looking for outdoor renovations. Exemplary work and customer service.

S Scott Construction did a beautiful job with our deck. We used Azek decking that they helped us select, and a cable-wire railing that came out gorgeous. The crew-members are all lovely to deal with. Highly recommended.

Shaun Scott and his team are fantastic! If you ever need a carpentry project done, please do not hesitate to reach out to them. Shaun has done many projects for me over the years and they always come out great with a reasonable price. Projects include: Custom cabinets, custom baseboard, custom deck.

It's tough to find honest, reliable work but S Scott Construction definitely delivers. Shaun and Larry were both upfront and honest with regard to the project deadline and pricing. On top of that, the work they do is amazing and of the highest quality. Highly recommend for any size project!

Highly recommend S Scott Construction & Design for deck replacement and construction. They removed our old deck, and designed and built 2 new Azek decks exactly as requested. They handled all permits required from our town, drafted all plans, and coordinated with our pool builder and hardscape team to make sure everything worked together seamlessly. I would use them again in a heartbeat!

We had S Scott Construction build our Trex deck summer 2021. We could not be happier with the end result. Our project was more challenging than the typical deck build in that the dimensions were limited on all 3 outer sides: we had to be so far from our septic tank along the back edge, and we had just had a concrete patio and pathway poured on both side edges. We wanted stairs coming down on each side. Since you can't pull up pavers with a concrete patio, they had to be EXACT in their measurements, planning, and building. Everything turned out perfect. The owner Shaun and operations manager Larry were very responsive and knowledgeable, and the deck builder Eric was an absolute pro. There were a couple of small items in the final walk-through that needed to be addressed and they came back and made it right. Again, very responsive and accommodating. They stuck to the timeline they gave us (actually think they were able to start even earlier than they initially quoted) and we are thrilled with our deck. We would absolutely recommend S Scott to anyone! Thanks for the great work, guys!
